Dominic is a great employee and was sooo helpful. My car broke down in the McDonald’s parking lot and Dominic stayed with us the entire time walking us through what to do to fix it. He’s awesome and deserves a huge raise.

Dylan was super helpful from start to finish...... We travel to the US every other year - adn in August we chose to fly up to PA to visit family and drive through the state. Picked up our rental car in Philly and started off for Meadville PA. Roughly 45 minutes into the drive - in the beautiful local areas of PA our rental decides to notify us that is need engine oil (right I know!) Fortunately for us - we pulled off the highway and found Advanced. We normally do not drive this particular vehicle and pulled in asking for assistance. Dylan, took the time to look up the vehicle needs - even went out to put it in the engine - checked we were all good and we were off and running again. Coming from customer service background - it is hard nowadays to find staff that are still in the frame of mind and willing to help the customer - in particular one's that have a vehicle that could have had worse problems due to lack of engine oil in unfamiliar territory. Not a favorable way to start a week vacation. Dylan went above and beyond - and wanted to drop a review for him! Shout out to Dylan! Chris & Rae (Bangkok Thailand!)

The customer service here was spectacular, the worker Tyler was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, really helped turn around a bad day for me.

Today I was quoted at BMW $700 for the battery test and replacement so I called advance auto parts and Charles said he could test and install the battery for free after the purchase of their battery. He was polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. He did the job BMW said would take almost two hours in just 15 minutes! He saved me over $400 and I’m very grateful for it!

Purchased a set of bulbs for head lights. Receipt states 1 year warranty. After 9 months the lamps failed (both) store was not able to issue replacement and received a "return declined" receipt. I called the customer care line. On the receipt to be to told that they can't issue a refund due to the transaction being over 45 days old. In other words, their warranty is only 45 days and not 1 year.

Be careful! Read their return policy before purchase. Even if they confirm you are getting the correct part, they may not let you return it. They did not let me return mine. Returns are made at the stores discretion.

Received a jump from a tow service, thinking my starter had died. Tow serviceman said it was just a battery and to keep the car running and get a replacement. Went to advanced auto parts which is right across the street from me. The gentleman who assisted me was extremely nice, was able to identify the appropriate battery immediately and installed it in less than fifteen minutes. Such a relief after thinking I was going to be without my car for at least a week.

I've been coming to the Eagleview Blvd location since it opened. I've gone here 3 times over the past 2 months and the current crew they have must put effort into making you feel unwelcome. I'm not expecting red carpet treatment here, but you should reciprocate verbally when greeted by a customer. Blank stare or the look you up and down then turn away quickly is how they do things here at Advance these days. Then the disappearing act comes when you are ready to get checked out. 3 strikes you are out Advance. Amazon it is now. I hope Mr. Bezos sends y'all a thank you card.

Chase, Caleb and Ephriam went above and beyond for us today, helping us rescue a cap we had dropped onto the exhaust manifold while putting in power steering fluid. What great guys - so eager to help! Great store!

I was visiting philly from Ohio and my check engine light came on figured it was an ignition coil purchased one online from Advance picked it up but I didn't have any tools on me I asked Chase and he was glad to help me. Loaned me the tools I needed to get the repair done so I could be on my way home. Thanks Chase!

Honestly, the service was a 10/10! The guy who was helping me was super helpful with showing me all the differences in brands and prices for the part. When we realized we didn't have the part I wanted he also tried to help me find a good and affordable alternative. It didn't come off as him just trying to make a sale, but he was genuinely helpful!

Needed some minor parts and was helped by Brad, who spared me the hassle of looking up bulb numbers and just did it on the computer. He grabbed the parts, marked them front/back so I would know what went where when I got home. Wonderful service!

This location and it's employees have always been helpful when I've needed things. Have purchased headlights wiper blades, coolants, a car battery, and they are always willing to help. Needed a new set of wipers this weekend, so ran in and met Tim, the GM. He was very friendly and helpful, looked up the sizes I would need, and went over the different brands. Bought what I needed, and he quickly changed them out for me in a matter of minutes. I once went to the competitor across the street, and they couldn't get my online order right, so I never made the same mistake again. Tim made my transaction quick and easy Numerous places sell auto parts, but this is the customer service that keeps me coming back.

My battery died due to the cold. AAA came out to charge it and said it was done and needed to be replaced. They said if the car turned off I wouldn’t be able to turn it back on. I called advanced auto because that is where I bought the battery and at first they couldn’t find me in the system. Tim the manager got on the line and found me in the system. I was worried about driving there in case I stalled but he said once I got there I could stay in the car and he would come out to me and replace the battery. It was such amazing service !!! Tim is an awesome manager. He totally cared and did everything necessary to help me. My battery was not that old so it was fully covered under warranty. Tim made sure that all of my info was updated and correct in the system so that I would not have any issues going forward. I am truly grateful to Tim and his care and outstanding customer service. What started out to be really stressful ended up being a great experience. Thank you Tim 🌟

If I could give them zero stars I would honestly . When I first walked in I spoke to one of the employees , he didn’t even speak back . I went in for a problem with my battery … they do free battery testing when I asked him to test my battery he had an attitude and he came out and said that they can test it but can’t change it . Now my car is pretty complicated to change the battery but to deny me something that it says you guys do for free on your window is absurd . He proceeds to test my battery and then tells me that it’s fine . I drive my car to another place and they test it and my battery needed replaced just as I thought , not only did they replace it but they installed it for me ! Never going back here again ! Get some better employees who actually enjoy their job

I've been here a few times to have the battery in my car keys changed and to have wiper blades replaced. Nine times out of 10, the service has been good. Once: the kid was a bit snarky. That was when this store had just opened...but subsequently no issues. They help you figure out which wiper blades will fit your car and will come out and replace the blades for free if you buy them here. Also, for replacing the battery in your car keys they do all the work. Well worth it.

I don’t know much about cars and needed assistance with coolant. Both young men who helped me were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to help me with my car.

First time going into this store with copies of what I needed and Gabe not only located the items for me, but also installed my windshield wipers for me! Gabe was extremely nice and very helpful! Will definitely go back!

Excellent customer service at this location. We easily found what we were looking for thanks to the nice and clean layout of the store. Access from the road is simple and easy. They had my 2008 Toyota parts in stock... Ordered them on line with discount coupon for local pickup... Went to store, fairly quick checkout... Parts works fine in car... People in store are nice and helpful... Saw one guy helping women put wipers on her car... Recommended.

I was in a pickle last night, called over to double check if they had in stock what I needed, Matt answered the phone, said "yes, I have what you need", it was 8:50pm at this point, he assured me he would stay until I arrived since he knew I needed to stop over. Very thankful for their help with our car and their recommendation for a garage that didn’t over charge us the day after Christmas! You honestly do not know how much it meant to us as we were there from out of town and needed to make the 12 hour trip back home.

Incredible service! I welcomed warmly and treated with great respect. I came in looking for a headlamp bulb and they discussed with me in detail all my options with no manipulation. A guy named Wes helped me and I want him and your company to know how grateful I am. (I had just come from a competitor's store, Pep Boys, where I was lied to and treated like dirt).
