Someone hit my car and their insurance company sent me to Brandywine Coach Works Exton. They did an amazing job on my car. I got it back in better condition than I left it, outside of the repairs. Plus I got it back 2 weeks earlier than expected. They were great to work with. Communications were top notch. Being in an accident sucks, but they somehow made it better.

The ONLY positive after hitting a deer and smashing up the car was that I was sent to Brandywine Coachworks. I cannot compliment Julian enough. Excellent appraisal. Worked with my insurance. Kept me posted. The work the team did is better than Honda when they made the car originally. First class operation. Would not hesitate to use again or recommend.

after my car got backed into by a school bus i was extremely lost and confused by the world of insurance. Not only did BCW do an amazing car making my car look just like new, but Amanda helped me through the entire insurance process with kindness and grace that I am extremely grateful for. Seamless and hassle free. Rental was waiting when car was dropped off. Body work looks great...can not even tell where repair was done. Work and re-calibration completed ahead of schedule. Staff was friendly and accomodating!

This is the 3rd time I've taken my vehicles to Brandywine Coach Works in Exton, not including 2 prior trips for detailing. I am very particular about having any type of work done whether it be on my home or my car. Brandywine Coach Works has consistently provided the most beautiful work performed by the best technicians, all total professionals...the workmanship is excellent - every time. I have never been disappointed. The results are always beautiful and the car is always returned to me in pristine condition, inside and out. Customer service is also top-notch. Everyone is friendly and courteous and great at keeping me well-informed and answering any questions I may have. I would recommend their services to anyone and everyone seeking any type of repairs or bodywork.

I had the car there for insurance / body damage repair .Everyone there is great . I like that someone actually answers the phone . I was always kept in the loop . The waiting room was clean too. The car looks great .

I was looking for a repair for a clipped mirror. At Brandywine, I was quoted roughly $450 initially to repair the mirror. Upon returning for the repair, the quote had shot up to over $600. The reasoning that Paul provided was that the used mirror they ordered may be a different color and would need to be painted. It was indeed a different color, and I insisted that it was good enough the mirror functioned and that aesthetics were not a priority currently. Paul then proceeded to push me towards the higher repair cost, claiming that his boss would not allow him to install the mirror as is without painting it. Customer service is “very important” to them, and he described my request of a functioning mirror sans matching paint as a “shoddy repair job.” He said he could try talking to his boss about it, but his boss was conveniently absent from work that day. He flipped-flopped back and forth throughout our discussion between the above point and that the added paint cost was a “mistake.” He was incredibly concerned about the reviews the company receives, to which I pointed out that if I was unable to obtain a functioning mirror, the review would be that he had pushed me towards a higher repair cost. He angrily replied, “No I did not,” and insisted the paint cost was a mistake. I said then we can rectify it by removing the paint order. No, we can’t do that, he said, but in his defense, he did offer to come down to $530 for the job. How generous. I took my business to Reedman Subaru instead, where I learned that it was only the glass in the mirror that required replacement - not the entire mirror housing as Brandywine had lead me to believe. Overall, Reedman quoted $275 for the glass repair. So it turns out, I could get a better deal elsewhere, contrary to Paul’s claims.

I had a minor accident in my car, and Brandywine Coach Works made getting it fixed so much less stressful. Service was quick, the staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly (especially Amanda at the desk, who was lovely), and my car looks as good as new!

OUTSTANDING SERVICE. Julian, Exton Team was friendly, courteous, patient and most helpful when I arrived for my appointment. He immediately looked at my car body issue and told me they could handle it right away. 10 minutes later the car was back - fixed. The whole time Julian had a smile on his face. From the day I arrived for the estimate to the day I picked up my vehicle Unbelievable customer care ,service & quality of work was impeccable Hands down the best collision center in chester county !! Brandywine Coach Works of Exton did an amazing job detailing my truck — even hours of rain couldn’t ruin the shine! Their work is always top-notch, and they’re the only shop I trust with my truck.

Overall a good experience. The issue I had when I arrived to pick up my car was the new door edge guards had not been installed (they were forgotten inside the van) so I had to wait and pay my baby sitter for extra time. Amanda was very helpful.

Highly recommend taking your car to Brandywine Coachworks in Exton! The staff is very responsive, communicative, helpful, and friendly. They return your car to you freshly cleaned inside and out - with a little treat on the seat! I have been twice to have work done on my car, and have always had a great experience.

Brandywine Coach Works in Exton is one of those places you hope you never need, but when you do, you’re so thankful to have. Each time I found myself needing work done on my car - Joe and his entire team have been phenomenal and my car repairs are always done perfectly. After two weeks of Brandywine coach works having my car, I’m simply relieved. My damage is unnoticeable and the paint job is excellent! All in all satisfactory job! The finished product and Lexus certified parts made it worth it.

Brandywine Coach works was amazing! They repaired my Subaru using genuine parts which was a big concern of mine. Rose in Chadds Ford was amazing and made the process easy and less stressful. They did a beautiful job and the car looks brand new. My car was fixed from the Exton location since they could see me sooner and they drove it to Chadds Ford for me since it was a closer location to pick it up. I was very impressed! Highly recommend!

Excellent service! Joe Gallagher was incredibly knowledgeable, kept me informed often on the status of the vehicle, and completed the repairs by the estimated due date. The company walked me through the entire process and if something needed to be confirmed, Joe was there. The final work was outstanding and the paint job was crafted to perfection. Very impressed with this place! They quickly fixed my rear bumper after someone rear ended me. They also took the time to keep me in the loop and updated on my car. Additionally, they detailed the interior and exterior of my car. When I picked it up, it looked like a brand new car!

Great body shop, they fixed up my Chevy Trailblazer and it looks brand new, inside and out! They also deal with all the hard stuff for you, so the process was pretty easy. Shoutout to Julian!! Definitely recommend! Edit to add: I had an issue with my car, they took full responsibility and fixed everything up at no cost to me. Really appreciate this business!

They repair and restored our 07 Silverado 3500 truck after it was damaged by tree limbs after a storm. Paul was great to work with, kept us informed throughout the process and offered options along the way. The paint was perfect, interior flawless, it looks better than the day we bought it!.
