Today a man helped me explaining how to install LED’s in my car for headlights. He was the only worker I saw there, I unfortunately did not get a name. He was so helpful and so kind. He has tattoos and facial hair. Thanks for the help!!!
Location is hot spot , I came here for a online order pick up . The staffs attitude on POS was not welcoming. I had couple of items to be picked and he just gave it to me without asking if I need a bag or not. Not sure if this the way the store operates. I always wanted to help local or close to local store instead of going for big box store. I know this is also not a local but trying to give as much business I could give. Sorry to say and hate to record low stars.
Was in store on Saturday evening.8/30/2025. Very nice young man was working in the store. He works 2 jobs and is putting himself through college. I didn't catch his name, but he was a model employee and so helpful and knowledgeable about everything in the store. Very courteous. Im am glad we went there rather than the store we normally shop. This young man needs a raise so he can finish up his schooling. Advanced auto, you have a gem there. They are hard to find anymore. Treat him well, he is treating your customers well and deserves the same. Thank you for your help young man!!
I have to say, i really know nothing about cars. I went to this store and they found i had a bad battery. Warren (idk if he's a manager or not) was so kind and helpful. Trust for me it's really hard to earn, but you, sir... earned mine today. Thank you so much for your professionalism, knowledge, and kindness. I definitely recommend this establishment!
All workers helped me find which parts I needed and answered all my questions. One of them, I think his name is Warren, even put on my new wiper blades in the pouring rain, bless that man 🙌
All the representatives were extremely helpful when I went to have my battery checked and replaced under warranty. John went above and beyond by not only changing the battery but also explaining the process to me in detail.
Great customer service ! Gene was extremely helpful and I felt better when I left then when I came in. I desperately needed some assistance with the issue I was having with my car. He not only got me what I needed but was also very pleasant and delightful to speak with !

I just walked in store and wanted a service that y’all provide for free. My check engine light came on my work car so I wanted to make sure I could drive it tonight and not cause anymore issues. I see you are short staff but it’s a service y’all advertise to give. So I can understand he was the only person in building which again that’s your issue not mine. I wasn’t done talking he proceeds to go help the guy from Midas that just walked in. Like what type of customer service is this?!

Serial numbers worn but he still had me out the door with exactly what i needed in 10 minutes.
So, it was Friday night about 8:30 p.m., and I needed a part desperately for work I needed to do on my car Saturday morning. This location was not only open, but I was the only customer inside, and the two employees were very helpful, and very pleasant to deal with. I was extremely happy to be able to get my part so late on a Friday night, and also very grateful the employees were so friendly and accommodating.
If I could give no stars I would ....very disappointed with the customer service or lack of cs I received this labor day holiday 22..I had wanted to make a exchange for a part for my car ..fairly expensive in price.. I first received no smile no hello no nothing just a blank stare when I entered location from a unwelcoming person at the front counter.. I'm older I still like customer service friendly greeting etc ..so anyway he didn't know what to do so he turned me over to the assistant manager who was fake nice but not helpful or accommodating at all ..I just wanted to pay a certain price that the thorndale branch quoted me ..but this joker at the Exton branch did a upsale and sold me a brand new reman part .my car is over 10 years old I don't want or need a new part.. I don't earn a lot of money. when I do go to spend its done with care until now I never had a bad word to say about aap. but I will never go to this chain ever again .and I don't recommend you do either. too.much competition out here ..will spend my money with people who value the customer..godspeed horrible people L ..ast mgr...and CL they know who they are
