I tried to contact on 12/19. Called over 20 times. Left a Google form in the website. Never got back to me. Went to the actual address on Christmas Eve. Spoke to a driver there. He said he would meet at the site for pick up at 2pm. Waiting 30 minutes, never came. If they were serious they could have at least called me back at told me what the issue was. Got a hold of someone else, got someone on the phone immediately and they came out right away.
They partner with local tow companies who have ZERO respect for the customer or their time. Called me instantly after using the site and made a decent offer. However their local partners have told me multiple times theyd be here within an hour to hour and a half. Last time I called to see if theyre really interested I was told they'd call me within 2 minutes. 30 minutes later.... I'm moving on to another buyer. Wasted my whole day waiting
They were very polite, attentive as well since I never done something like this before. They were very fast, originally gave me a 2-hour window but they arrived way earlier then their estimated time which was really nice. When he arrived the process happened really quick. About 15 minutes total. Very courteous and professional. Very happy I reached out to them first. Definitely recommend doing business with them.
