I think this is the first salvage yard I’ve been to in 21yrs of the car business where the staff was nice, helpful, fair pricing, and accommodating. I will drive 3hrs to do business with them again!
I found these guys on Facebook and I’m so happy I did not only was the pricing really good! The communication was outstanding. And I didn’t even ask them to help me pull parts off. They just went straight at it! By far one of the best places to get parts from in the area!
No show for 3 days for a peddle junk pick up talked to them everyday they were suppose to pick up and nvr did cherry picked offered more and picked up same day

Scheduled to pick up my car. Never called, never got the car. Out the $400 they were going to give me and out the money I had to pay to get it towed by another company.
I asked them to call me before they send my car to get crushed so that I could grab my tools that were in the trunk. One day later, the car was crushed without informing me. You recognize part of this is my fault. However, I kindly asked them to call me first. Five star review if they would've called first.
We was looking for a alternator that had to be a 140 voltage and Curtis auto parts had it .... And it was a 129 miles round trip to get this and almost there Curtis Auto parts call us and tells me they can't find it and they sent us to A&S Salvage everybody was nice kind and helpful this will definitely be my 1st choice when I need parts and Curtis Auto parts was pretty classy about helping me and sending me to A&S... Thank you
I needed a new fender and some other parts and that place is a low-cost on their prices for parts which is very sweet.Very nice and friendly people.You won't find that hardly now days😀

The gentleman here were very patient, friendly, negotiable and inviting! Their customer service was excellent. They even agreed to stay after hours to accommodate us and allow us to get the parts we needed in one trip. Something you don’t get very often. That alone truly captivates their generosity! They had no issue talking down prices and coming to a reasonable amount for parts that had existing damage on them. When it came to the other parts we still needed for our vehicle they took a look at what else was around to see if they could point us in the next direction. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of their services. It was a very quick in and out experience, but an extremely professional and pleasant interaction. Thank you A&S Salvage!!
My brother and I chose A&S to dispose of our dad's old car after he passed - not an easy thing to have to do. We greatly appreciated the professional and friendly service of Omar - even found us a bank nearby for notarizing the paper work. We were able to drive the car in and they matched a price offered elsewhere further away. Would not hesitate to recommend them if you need auto salvage or parts services in the Toledo area.

Was one of a few places open on Saturday that had the part we needed was very reasonably priced and the nice worker Deezul even installed it for me I've been to many junk yards and was never treated this good
If you are looking for parts, this is the first and only place to call. They didn't have the parts in stock so they found the closest place to Toledo that had them--plus they gave me the phone number for the other place. This all happened within 2 minutes on the phone. Great service!
Would give it 0 stars if I could. The man at the front desk was extremely rude. He even yelled at me multiple times, talking over me as I was trying to understand the pricing of my car. Instead of explaining the miscommunication, he proceeded to have the attitude of a 2 year old. He then kept connecting me to dead numbers. Eventually, I was connected to the owner and he explained everything to me and was nice about it. I don't know who hurt his feelings but the owner needs to fire him ASAP or tell him to leave his feelings at the door because his attitude is extremely unprofessional. Was going to sell my car but immediately changed my mind after two weeks of putting up with his verbal abuse. I will also be telling my family members not to come here anymore. Do NOT go here.

Great experience. I've been dealing with another local salvage yard for years and finally had enough. Called A&S to see if they had parts for my car and when I arrived, the guy I spoke to was very courteous. He helped give directions to where a couple options might be and gave me a great deal on the parts I pulled. They were busy crushing cars at the time, but not too busy to offer help if needed. Best junkyard experience by far; I can't imagine going back to the other place.
Frankly, I don't know why this place has only 3.5 stars, probably previous owners didn't run this place well. But I can say from my personal experience that now this place is GREAT if you are searching for a good deal. I drove here all the way from Pennsylvania and got all parts that I needed for the fraction of the price that I was quoted from many other salvage yards. The staff was very nice, friendly and very helpful. 5 stars from me guys. It was great to have a business with you. Thank you again!
Great group of employee's there. My blower motor went out on these cold January, days. A quick fix and a group that made me feel welcome. I love driving my 07" Ford Taurus, now I have heat. Thank you.
I would not recommend this business! They aren’t even worth a star!( But I have to put one) They are selling parts at new prices! All I wanted was a exterior door handle and they want $40! I can buy 3 online at that price!! Not to mention when I asked the dude hung up on me! Poor business all around....
