They screwed us. The man named Ali spoke disgustingly to my mother on the phone when she called less than 1 month after purchasing the car with issues for the third time. Beware that their warranties include no coverage and are just an extra expense to tack on. The associates will call you “Little Miss” if you’re not a man (they straightened their tone when my husband called) and refused to cover any cost of inspection that resulted in a cost of $10k on an entirely new engine. Sleazy and money hungry, an absolute dump. The only good thing was the kind woman behind the counter who handles receipts, the rest of these people are condescending and unhelpful to anyone in a time of crisis. Leaving this review because these people ruined mine and my family’s financial life for years to come.
Will repo/tow your vehicle the day its due with no courtesy call or communication of any sort. Payment system is garbage,no way to keep track of payments no receipts showing proof of payments, balance or anything.
Amazing customer service. He had the paperwork done extremely quickly and professionally. They helped me get into something that I could not get into @ any other dealership!! Hands down if you have any kind of credit issues that are tying you up at the bank… just come here!!! I could have saved months of disappointment and stress if I had came here first! Low miles and gorgeous suv!

Steve the salesman is super upfront. All the cars at this lot are super low mile, he has a renegade with literally 4500 miles on it. My girlfriends came with powertrain warranty. Im going up there to get my car next. I wouldnt buy a used car anywhere else. I went to dunn chevy for our last vehicle, a 2017 malibu, and the taures limited my fiance got from steve is much nicer and they are way easier to work with. Recommend for anybody that needs a buy here pay here with good staff and nice vehicles. The ONLY catch is you pay the tax of the entire vehicle up front, but he does give you 3 weeks to come up with it so it wasnt an issue

Never bought a car from here but I have visited here several times because different family members where shopping the area for cars and I felt very disrespected when the owner he would not finance us because we have visited his auto lot to often! Strange as consumers I just wanted to see what is available before committing to a car or car lot first! End of the story we purchased two cars elsewhere and are very happy!
Had a great experience working with Steve. He was a great help in finding a cars. My husband and I love our Jeep Trailhawk. They are great when it comes to work with us on payments. They are so nice. Steve and his team really care about the people that finance cars with them. You guys have been so great to me and my husband and understanding. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID I PURCHASED A 2014 LINCOLN MKS AND HAD IT FOR LESS THAN 5 MONTHS AND THE WHOLE POWER STERLING WENT OUT COMPLETELY I CALLED THEM REGARDING THIS DANGEROUS SITUATION AND THEY SAID THEY DIDN'T COVER THAT AND I HAD TO GET IT FIXED MYSELF WASTE OF MONEY SO I TOLD THEM I HAVEN'T EVEN HAD THE CAR 6 MONTHS AND IM NOT PAYING FOR A CAR I CAN'T EVEN DRIVE I HAD IT TAKEN TO THE YARK DEALERSHIP WHO LOOKED IT OVER AND THEY TOLD ME WHAT ALL NEEDED DONE AND HOW MUCH IT WAS GONE COST 3,000 JUST FOR THE PARTS ALONE 2,000 FOR THE LABOR NOT WORTH IT EVEN THE DEALERSHIP COULDN'T BELIEVE I HAVEN'T HAD IT FOR 6 MONTHS SMH DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!!!!!! Went there today at about 11:30 am & was out by 1:30 pm with a car. Steve was very straight forward & nice to work with. I love my Dodge Journey & would definitely do more business there. They have great deals for low mileage cars. By far the fastest process I've ever been through getting a car.
