these guys are horrible dont bring your truck here for repair they will scam you and give you the run around will make you sit for week we have towed our truck in to do clutch job and bell-housing was damaged so they initially said its 3 day job now we are waiting 5 weeks truck is not fixed yet they said they dont know how to actually fix it the said special toll they dont have why would you work on something you dont know how to fix it fix carriers the run around stay away companies and owner ops from giving them your business
if you have truck to be repaired be aware from these people please dont take it here
our truck been sitting now 4 weeks no update or communication every day its next week it will be ready and next week comes truck is not ready excuses daily we brought it in they said it will take 3 days max then now its on week 4 with no estimate time of repair they made us pay the parts upfront so we stuck with them so if you are a trucking company who needs a tow tow it to a near by shop not there shop i have warned you dont fall for the trap we regret doing business here never again this is why am leaving the review for other carriers to see this not use these guys or owner ops dont come here for service or work done you will be scammed might make lose your business
If you are a driver, avoid this company at all costs. They refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes and will try to blame you instead. In my case, the operator didn’t even want to use my straps and insisted on doing things his own way. If you’re forced to work with them, make sure to notify your dispatcher immediately and leave all responsibility on them. Extremely unprofessional and terrible service.
Josh is an absolute God send. He definitely went above and beyond to get me back on the road. Even the dispatcher was fantastic. Highly recommend Bubba's to everyone and anyone needing roadside assistance! Thank you all for all your hard work and employing angels.🙏🙏
