This place is a joke. They’re very very unprofessional. I had almost 3000 pounds of Junk got there @ 404 and this rude employee told me they were done for Today and wouldn’t let me weigh in I bring a load or two in a day and this is how they treat loyalty ? What a joke so I will never recommend or bring them anything else ever again

I have been here numerous times it is a good facility to come to if you're looking to get a good payload

If u guys haven't scraped in 4 yrs DNT come here they won't let u scrap it's not for public use anymore Maybe y'all should change ur darn website! I wouldn't have given this place a star at all but I wanted to leave a review 😕 CHANGE YOUR WEBSITE!

Another way to get there ,if Reynolds Rd is closed at Hill ave . If coming from the south off 475 /23, Take 2 / Airport Hwy east ,left on S Byrne Rd, right on Hill ave, right on S. Westwood ave , they are on the left. It would have been nice to have these directions when I went.

This location is closed. I wish Google maps was updated.

Too picky,stopped me from dumping 3 times and then started hollering they were closing in 12 minutes. He was a tall skinny man who came out of nowhere Going to metal management or R&M they pay 10.00 more a ton. Who needs Omni source, they are a headache

Cheaters and fakes go one block away for a better deal.

They make you wear a mask while outside when you are the only customer in the lot. You have to wait outside if someone else is in the building. Overall I did not like going there.

Sucks people work there have very bad attitudes

Horrible, ive been doing electrical work there for years. Today I go n to scrap some wire, they turned me around. Ive never bring n anything stolen. They got this little weasel that works there, some people r not meant to b n certain positions. Hill/Westwood, the guy taking licenses to scrap wire.

It seemed like one hand did not know what the other hand was to do..

Rude employees that don't know how to do their job. Once into the yard they told me where to go. I asked them how I should park, they just told me anywhere. After I get out of my truck and start unloading I am then told by the same employee that I need to move since I'm now in the way, after I had asked them where I needed to be. Same employee then later accused me of dropping off a bathtub of fire extinguishers which I did not do. The employee over at the non-ferrous side was also rude. Started yelling at me for one person inside at a time. Well you can't see the sign because they had it in front of a vehicle door not the man door to the building...

This was my second time in ten years recycling personal scrap metal. The staff is very efficient, friendly, and capable. They are very understanding and willing to help you learn and make sure you are care for.

They basically cheated me out of money I took alot of different stuff in and one thing was a radiator and I ended up getting 18.96 cents out of it the guy have me old sheet iron price which was 12 cents a pound. I use to scrap all the time know what things are classes as and it's not old sheet iron this is the last time I ever go to Omni source on Hill Ave. Toledo Ohio. I think the people that work there need educated on types of metal.

Very patient with me and the guys I work with. There are plenty of rules to follow, but that is Omnisource following the laws. Guys in the yard are always helpful and the clerks are friendly. Scrap prices are super unpredictable....call ahead and ask. I get the prices before I go and I avoid disappointment😊

Treated like I stole what I was trying to scrap. Wont be back. Trying to do the right thing and recycle and they just cost me more time and money.

Look at these reviews and call in to find out how your scrap needs to be sorted etc. to bring here before you come. $ you get is probably the best you will get. When you call in the people on the phone sounds like they are in North Korea, hard to hear them. People there are good to work with.

Would give a 0 star if I could. Tried to scrap metals laying around garage from a project that was leftover and was told I needed a business signature&card and was declined service. Basically treated like a thief. If that's what I can expect from this place I'll take my business elsewhere, other yards pay little higher anyway
