Excellent service I called to have my car Towed out of the police impound and with no hesitation, they helped me immediately. I didn’t have to wait There was no long drawn out process he asked for the address told me how much it was and got me my car here within less than an hour and took payment upon his return with my car. Awesome highly recommended.

Ahmed from affordable towing did a wonderful job with my 2011 GMC terrain, the job turned out to be harder than anticipated but he was sweet enough not to charge me anymore than what he quoted me. He also helped diagnose the problem with it. He came when he said he would come and offered a fair price and honest service. These men do not play around about your car and customer service. They are going to get to you faster than they say and make sure you get your vehicle fixed. And not spend extra on anything, you may not need. My car wouldn't start and Amed came out to bring me a new battery and install it, him and Abdul installed it but still wouldn't start, so they offered to fix it atvtheir shop and I said take it right now! So they did and im not even sure it was 24hrs later and my car was running and ready for me. As a single mom with 3 kids and need my car, im sooo appreciative for this friendly and fast service. Ill definitely recommend to anyone and call again if I ever need car help. Thanks so much!!

Hit a pothole and had a flat on southbound 23. Early morning rush hour, semi trucks and other traffic flying by with a driver's side flat. I'm not dying for a tire change today! Ahmed showed up real quick and had that tire changed to the spare in about 5 minutes! 5/5 stars! Highly recommend!
I drive a Subaru forester Wilderness and have Subaru road side assist . Had a flat tire on 23 combo back from Ann Arbor Subaru got in touch your company and Subaru text me that dispatch you and will be there in 25 - 45 min Ahmed the tech called me had my location I told him I’m off the highway an in a fuel station right off the exit Ahmed said I be there in 15 min. He arrived I opened the back he got the spare tire out jacked the car up and changed the tire within 25 min.
oh by the way it was night time and 5 degrees.

I drove old cars and dealt with towing companies/roadside service many times before, this one was the fastest and the best. Ahmed was fast and friendly, and as long as you text him with the full correct address he will be there! They are also 24/7! Can't beat that! I also like his boss will follow up with the customers to make sure the service was ok. Finally I just noticed they do auto repair too, I may try that in the future!

First time he came my tire was changed in 10 minutes 2nd time he ran into some troubles with rust under my car. Ahmed did not leave until he made a way to get my tire changed. My car was down and needed a jump. My roadside service sent them out a few times each service always a quick response importantly got me jumped with no problems . Helped me get back on the road right away very professional. and dependable. I highly would recommend them for a battery jump. When they say they are coming they are coming no delay or wait.
