I have been going to this specific shop for 15 years give or take. I have had 4 trucks in that time. I can't say enough good things about this shop, and manager, Jeff Booth. Although I do know a fair amount about repair, I can say there has never been ONE TIME that Jeff suggested or diagnosed anything with my vehicles that did not need fixed. He always is up front with me on what is "needed" to be repaired, and some things that could be done. If you are hesitant to trust someone with a diagnosis or repair for your vehicle, rest easy. This is the place to go. The service is fast, spot on, and at competitive pricing. You will be well taken care of. Don't make the mistake of taking your vehicle somewhere else!

Pulled in to the Dr across the street and something started to drag the ground called earl brothers he told me soon as your done come over . He was able to get it right up on a lift and snap the under cover right back on and told me have a happy holiday. We definitely found a new shop for repairs with this shop. Fast really friendly I would definitely recommend earl brothers.

Jeff helped me in so many ways. He first helped me negotiate with a prior mechanic that was overcharging me and when that failed, he fit my car service on the very next day and fixed my car’s issue for free that another mechanic told me would cost $670. Jeff is honest, reliable, and kind. I will be taking my car and telling everyone I know to take car my Jeff for as long as I live in Toledo.

I’ve had a malibu trans rebuilt there twice. The first one lasted about 10,000 miles and the second is still in the vehicle but the fluid is black from the clutches. I had them rebuild a 02 Yukon that I had just purchased from the south. They cut my exhaust rather than pull from the manifolds. Insult to injury, when they welded it back together they left a mig wire 8” or so long that almost took my eye out when I did the next lil change. Fast forward 40,000 miles later I had my Yukon towed to a DIFFERENT shop to rebuild the trans because I lost the reverse clutches. They will NEVER see another of my vehicles and I STRONGLY recommend anyone considering this shop to find another option. The ONLY thing I can say positive is that they honored the warranty on the first malibu trans they rebuilt for me.

Have had my car repairs done here for 22 years and never had any problems, only good experiences and results. Honest, fair, reasonable prices, and attention to detail. Highly recommend, and a big thumbs up to Jeff and his mechanics.

Jeff Booth is the manager, and he is one of the most customer-centered representatives I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. He always looks out for the customers, being as cautious as possible with his recommendations for repairs. When applicable, Jeff will give you options like using used and reconditioned parts if you are on a tight budget, or if you have a clunker you just need to get roadworthy. I went to him when I got my car back after it being in someone else's possession. He made me feel safer about driving it after taking a look at it. Gave me an idea of what will need to be fixed in the future. He was very knowledgeable and had no problem explaining things to you so you understand. I then went to get my brakes fixed over the winter. He did an excellent job then too! However, somehow my hubcap rolled off and I called him to see if he had it at his shop. He did not, BUT he ordered me a new one AND put it on for free. I appreciated that so much. He takes real good care of his customers and I highly recommend him and his place of business!

Car was only with them for an hour or 2, when I called to get the update Jeff booth had an attitude with me, told me a bought a piece of junk and that we need to take it somewhere else, he had an attitude with my father in law when the vehicle was dropped off, I use to recommend this place but now I will no longer recommend the place because of the customer service that they think it is acceptable to pick at the vehicle we bought, he was rude, had an attitude with every snobby remark he had to say, I will no longer recommend anyone to this place as long as that man works there. Customer service is customer service I was polite and kind on the phone and once he found we were waiting to hear back from the warranty company attitude change dramatically and told us he didn't want our vehicle holding up a bay in his shop when all he had to do was let it sit in parking lot. Which is somewhat understandable but it's the way he said it

Jeff is awesome. I called to get a second opinion on a transmission diagnosis. He said he did not want to turn away business but asked if I wanted to put the money for a new transmission in my vehicle. I brought the car over so he could look at it. He called me right away the next morning and again said he was hearing some other engine issues and it would be in my best interest to look into putting the money into a new vehicle rather than put the money into this one. I appreciate his honesty and opinion. This business looks out for its customers and is not just out to make a buck.

I want to thank Earl Bros for taking the time to inspect a car for my daughter. The tech was honest, forthright and knowledgeable. These guys are the real deal. No gimmicks or fast talk. If I lived in the area, I would not hesitate to have them work on my family's cars.

Jeff and his guys did an amazing job with my dodge ram im very happy with the work they have done. Jeff was very pleasant to talk to and I felt he was honest and pricing was fair. They got the work done quickly and I will absolutely return to them for any future work that I need on my truck.

I had the best experience for the worst situation. My 2016 Ford escape transmission went out at 104,000 miles! Shocked by that alone, I called earl bros and Jeff did everything to make this experience easy and felt like they genuinely cared about my car since it did have such low miles. They towed my car on site which was a huge life saver. Cars are not made like they used to. They rebuilt my transmission and could not be happier with how it all went!

Honest and trustworthy. There are a few trusted professionals one needs in life. A family doctor is one. A mechanic / auto shop is definitely another. An acquaintance referred me to Jeff Booth and Earl Brothers about many years ago when my car needed a new transmission. Through several other vehicles, Jeff has never steered me wrong. He's a very straight-forward, no BS guy and won't recommend service on my car unless it's needed. My opinion hasn't veered off course over the years, and I've personally witnessed how Jeff and his team treat customers with respect and dignity. I whole-heartedly recommend and trust Jeff Booth and Earl Bros with my vehicle's service needs.

I haven't had a mechanic I can really trust since moving to Toledo but I think I've finally found one here. My transmission was acting up for a while before it went out completely, but I avoided taking it to a shop because I was certain they'd tell me my car couldn't be fixed. Earl Bros managed to salvage my wrecked transmission for $422. Its driving better than it has in months now. Shortly after my alternator went out, they replaced it for me for $400. They've been very understanding that my husband and I are on a very tight budget these days. My car is pretty old and and still needs more work done, and Jeff was very good about explaining to me what repairs still need done and why. I think I might have to get those done at a tire shop where I have credit, because it sounds more urgent than i can save for, but after that I hope to make this my regular shop. TLDR 10/10 would recommend.

Jeff booth was very honest and answered all my questions. I called about my transmission and he had it in shop the same day. Everything was fixed the next day and truck is running flawless. I will be sending my vehicles over there for now. These guys do great work!!

Our Toyota Sienna died on the road and AAA towed it to Earl Brothers after Belle Tire took advantage of my Chinese immigrant mother and charged her over $2500 for their gross misdiagnosis and repairs of non-critical items that should have waited. Earl Brothers swiftly diagnosed our vehicle and rebuilt our transmission, which was internally damaged from burnt ATF. They were very skilled, did an excellent job with the repair, and charged an honest price. The store manager, Jeff Booth, is a man of exceptional integrity, honesty, and honor. He patiently explained everything he performed on our vehicle and was extremely friendly, personable, and willing to help.

Jeff Booth and his team at Secor Road saved me, again! My transmission failed on my car, leaving me stranded on the road. Jeff quickly sent a tow truck out to pick up my car, and get it off the road. Jeff diagnosed the problem and fixed the same day. I was prepared for a transmission replacement, but quick fix, saved me $2K. Jeff noticed my brakes were completely worn, and at risk of total failure, he recommended replacement which I gladly agreed. Jeff even provided a loaner car. Jeff Booth took excellent care of my wife and I for our recent repair. Not only did they do an excellent job on the repair, but they were fast and reasonably priced. They always have time for me when something happens to my car. The manager does a great job at explaining to me what's wrong when I don't know what he's talking about. Their mechanics work fast and diligently. He has saved me and my family each hundreds of dollars from what we used to pay with our previous mechanic. I always recommend people to go here! Very pleasant, Ill be honest I'm a price shopper. I had a few issues on my car that had me worried. The gentleman at the front counter was very courteous and very helpful. He reviewed estimates by other shops, and was more than willing to beat the price from other shops. I got my car back later the same day, and the issues were resolved. very pleased with the service from Earl Bros. Glad to see there are still shops in the area that i can trust. Thanks!!!
