U Pull R Parts is a self-serve automotive parts store. We are the place where real DIYers shop, yank their own parts, and save big! We may be the last stop for a vehicle on the highway of life, but we're really just the beginning for valuable metals to be reborn. After a car gets picked over by industrious DIYers to keep their cars on the road longer, its remains are crushed and sold to metal recyclers. Then all that metal gets the chance to start a brand new life as a can, or hammer, or wrench or even another car!

I Believe I was there on Friday or Saturday, with my husband. Nicky and Sarah, helped us find our interchange cars and checked us out. they were very professional along with very helpful and welcoming. Sarah stated that Nicky was new and I would have never known if I wasn’t told. They make an awesome team and work really well together. It was pretty busy that day and they still managed to get us out expeditiously. My car is back on the road and rolling YOU GO LADIES!!!!
They were very helpful when my battery died in their parking lot the guy told me the battery I was buying had a little bit of a short but it should get me by which it did then I also didn't have a tool and they let me borrow a tool they were very helpful and very friendly
Went to u pick r parts on 5/10/25 everyone was super nice and helpful even tho I asked a lot of questions on price and details Nikki was the one who cashed me out but I had great service from the other ladies there as well when I needed it is very organized and I was able to find my the car I was looking for right away parts were all in good shape I had went to get my boyfriend some new seats for his vehicle because our anniversary is coming up and they were more than willing to help me with my endeavor thanks for being so great guys!!!!! Would highly recommend and return

Place is clean and service counter was fast no wait and offered 1 dollar water included in my purchase with part. I've Been going here since it was cherry picked auto for since I was a teen and can say its the same when I was a teen. Place is laid back the people are helpful as can be.
If you struggling to find a part and want to support recycle ♻️ over ordering from Amazon I recommend going here. Check there Facebook page as they try and update inventory and pictures of what they get in daily. I will come here as long as I can. Yearly they have 100 dollar carry what you can Sale. Last year I lucked out on a lot of parts.
Always come here before looking anywhere else. Usually in and out with what I need in half an hour. Staff are always super helpful and inviting, including Sarah, who's helped me a ton on multiple visits.
Ive been going here for Years. Usually for if if ignitions. I had on multiple times been charged for ignition switches instead of ignition cylinders which cylinders are significantly cheaper so I had been paying more but once I noticed and brung it to susans attention she was knowledgeable in parts and rectified this problem and let it be known she would let other coworkers know the difference so this wouldn't happen again that was very helpful and let me know a 5 star review was warranted. Thank you so much Susan for all the help, I will be back soon.
I just wanted to take a moment to brag on Sarah her customer service was absolutely lovely. She went out of her way to make sure everything was taken care of. My grandpa stopped by to grab a part for his truck, and he couldn’t stop talking about how sweet and helpful she was. Sarah and Susan were awesome I got there right before they closed because I work late and they let me run in and get what I needed and we even ended up having a wrong part and they still fixed it for me at the end of the day when they should have been leaving awesome crew awesome place its the only junkyard I'll use!!!
I didn't go there for parts, I sold them my junked out vehicle. Had no idea I could even do that, but here we are. I messaged them online with my vehicle info, got an email the next day, called the number they gave me and set up the pickup day. I got more than I thought for my vehicle and it was really easy. I needed some things for my daughter's car so I stopped in. Just so happened they were having a sale so I got really good deals. As I'm checking out the young lady working (I cannot remember her name) was so kind and very courteous. Me being a female, she asked if I pulled the parts all by myself, I said yes and she gave me a high five, and praised me on the ability to come do.it on my own and not depend on anyone else, it was a nice compliment to hear. I was very pleased with my experience and I would totally recommend anyone to go there . The selection of cars they have is huge. And they are all in neat rows and off the ground. Lot was a little muddy and had big puddles in some places but other than that I will definitely be returning if I need anything else in the future. Those who have been there during the previous owners rein and maybe had a bad experience (like I did), I promise you will be pleased if you try them out again. Very different atmosphere.
It used to be a great place now they charge for every little thing, I pulled a bench seat and they charged me the $47.32 for the seat which was what I was expecting to pay then they also charged me $20 for the seat track which is literally a part of the seat! I've been coming here for the past 5 years for parts and I don't think I'll be coming back after that. I also got a tail light wiring harness and they charge me for 4 bulbs when it only had 2 on it.
I like the fact that I found the car I needed, but I didn’t like the fact that she double charged me on a window regulator. Watch out they don’t know what the parts are. The other part was door latch, which looks completely different and is like $8.81 versus $17.90 for the window regulator, I’m not happy that I paid extra. She should’ve thrown in the wheel covers for free since they were all scratched up and she overcharged me. They seemed a little agitated that I came from the yard @ 4:58. I told him that they should just go ahead and close 15 minutes early like they do it all the junkyards in Oklahoma City. I get a little agitated when parts counter people don’t know how to identify parts and they just act like overcharging a customer is an acceptable practice. That’s basically stealing from a customer. I feel like the prices on the parts are very high. Some of the parts were in very poor condition. Some of the parts you can buy brand new on Amazon for cheaper. The junkyards in Oklahoma City throw in extra free parts. Especially if you’re spending $190. If there’s a few clips or some little plastic parts or some little oddball parts they just give them to you for free, because they want you to come back. But I won’t be coming back here.
I needed to sell my car after an accident and was very nervous at first but Susan helped me out and was very kind and professional and made the whole experience easy. I am very happy with the service provided and would recommend this establishment to any potential customers looking to sell their vehicles.
