Honestly, best prices in the state. I was looking for a knuckle for my M3, and they had it with one of the best price's I've found. I really appreciate the owner, he was really helpful and made sure I was all setup before I drove back to Columbus.

URGENT!!! Read This!! I have read every single review of NorthTownAutoParts, and I have to say that people who call and are rude are only going to get rude back. If you call and they don’t have a part he’s not wasting your time by saying we don’t have that and hanging up. Go look somewhere else. I live in Florida and I drive a 90 Jeep. Couldn’t find a transmission in my state anywhere. I finally found one from this place and I have nothing but good to say. Rone the owner helped me with every issue I had and I had my doubts at first just like some of you. But he worked with me all the way. I was sent pictures of everything I ordered from the day I bought it to the day it was shipped to my home. Sent invoice and tracking numbers. I fully trust Rone and NorthTownAutoParts for providing a great service for over 40 years. Thank you Rone and thank you NorthTown. Appreciate the business. P.S. it’s a real place in a real town with real people. Be respectful and you’ll be handled with respect.

I ordered a part off ebay. Before they shipped it they seen there was an issue with the part and called me immediately to let me know. the order was canceled and they refunded my order. Super nice guy I talked with on the phone.

I must admit giving my card info over the phone with out even seeing a picture of what I was buying worried me. But my concerns were unnecessary. I immediately was sent a text message with a picture of my invoice. When shipping information was available I received notice of that as well. Very friendly very speedy service. I received the correct part very quickly, and for a more than fair price especially since it was shipped from several states away. I had looked everywhere for a 92 Mazda drivers window glass and it was nearly impossible to locate Northtown Auto Parts got me what I needed. The only other place that could find one was a franchise Auto glass repair company in which I'd have to bring the car to them two towns away and I would have still paid double for it. Thank you so much Northtown Auto. You saved this car for a few more uears.

Made a phone call to ask about a part on eBay, the guy was rude and laughing when asked what the condition of the back of the part looked like since no pictures displayed on the site. He then proceeded to say it had rust on it. And continued to laugh. I would be cautious of this place since they are only showing you the good side of a part and they could certainly use a person with better customer service. I take it the person answering was the owner but, he doesn’t realize how much business is lost due to bad customer service and trying to hide the obvious. Thank you previous reviewers for being honest, you saved us a two hour drive!!!

Do not call they will say no immediately without finding out any of your vehicles information like make model or year Ok just called north town auto parts before I could get the vehicle out I was being told no before I ever gave the year or make of the vehicle and was told that there old pictures even though the eBay posting has clear pictures of both doors the tailgate along with the seat The guy didn’t look up anything rushing me off the phone immediately so obviously these people are incompetent and 40 years of experience treating customers like garbage so feel free The pictures attached shows seat and tailgate along with both doors and if they sell update your pictures and stop being lazy it was last updated in November so there not maintaining there post Extremely rude so call at your own risk On top of all of this the guy answering the phone does speak English well enough to even fully understand what your looking for or haw to speak in full sentences in order to be able to look up the part to help you probably because he don’t know how to use the computer system I feel they have one It’s apparent that someone it’s fluent in the English language made this post for them due to the fact of the incompetence of the office staff Case in point see attached photos I simply asked how’s much for the doors and front seat and they respond with ( NOT HAVE ) what does not have supposed to mean Honest reviews from honest people just looking for old Toyota truck parts so I can restore mine and I get this

Called early on a Friday to ask if he had a part available for a weekend fix. Was told yes. Asked if I needed tools or if it was already pulled. Was told he thought he had one pulled. I asked him to then verify he had the part pulled. He said yes. I drove 45 minutes from out of town and was told upon getting there that I would have to wait until MONDAY. Ended up having to drive another 30 minutes out to get the part elsewhere, for $15 cheaper. He was very rude when I went in. I would avoid this place! EDIT: their reply was posted 5 months ago. My review was posted 5 years ago. Really believe they remember what tone I came in? No. Come on. Own up to your mistake. If I had come in that late the other shop I drove to would have been closed. I came out EARLY. Right after I called.

Went in looking for an abs module for a 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe. They didn't have one on the shelf, but the owner took me out to find the car on the forklift, brought the vehicle up to the shop and took it off. He also gave me some tips about installing it. Considering, that part new would have been $975... I was very fortunate to find it there for $150. Part works great too. Next time I need a part I will definitely be calling them first. Great service and great price. Thank you!

Called to ask about a part they had listed on ebay, the guy on the phone sounded as though he didn't care to be on the phone and immediately said he didn't have the part. There is no way he took the time to look up the part. On this experience, I will never conduct business with Northtown Auto Parts.

Many people in this day would say that customer service is a "lost art". In most cases they're right. My experience with Rone at North town Auto Parts caught me by surprise when he took the extra mile to take care of what I needed. Even followed up by sending pictures of the item before and after it was boxed up and supplied a tracking number promptly. Really wowed by his service. Thanks Rone!

I called about a engine listed on online for my dads truck. Rone said he couldn’t find it in his system but pulled a different one for a better price with less miles . Rone sent me pictures and came in on a Saturday to match my schedule. He sold me a great motor and knows his business like the back of his hand. On another note I was reading some of the other reviews and I can say that rone isn’t rude, he just comes across alittle strong due to his German accent. But if you take the time to listen, he knows what he’s talking about and is very nice to do business with

I called Northtowne looking for some parts for my Suburban. The owner let me look at several vehicles and point out the parts I needed. This was a couple of suspension pieces and a few interior pieces. I came back in an hour or so and all the parts were waiting for me. The price was very fair and I would use this place again.

Drove an hour to the yard. Purchased a transmission computer for a Mercedes, Yard told me "cash only" sure no problem, they had the right part number. Drive there, drive back (2 hours of my day) return to the shop, install and program part, car went from being stuck in 1st gear, to being stuck in 3rd gear. fault codes came back for faulty tcu (different faults as before) opened the unit up, found an electrode missing off of the board. (compared to google pictures and my original dead unit) Yard would not take the part back, offer a refund. The LAST time i ever pay cash only for a part, or drive and hour to get it.
