This company is complete trash. They will scam you out of money and sell you parts that they know are no good and refuse to exchange it or do anything for you.
This place went above and beyond for me. Their communication during the process of getting a bunch of body parts for a Ford Focus wreck I have was top-notch. They took the time to text me photos of their parts and assured me that the three-hour drive I had would be worth it. Adam and the rest of the crew are solid.
I recently purchased an engine from Greenbelt Auto Parts, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Despite my hesitation after receiving a bad engine from another Savage Yard , the team at Greenbelt was pleasant and professional throughout the entire process. They promised that my engine would be ready in two days, and they delivered on time as promised. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable, making the overall experience smooth and reassuring. Never said anything about a core exchange or charge. Sent drivers 3 hours to pick up a transmission and got surprised. I was told “I’ve been doing this for 30 years” 30 years doesn’t mean you’re good at what you do pal. Will never do business at this place again!
Absolute joke, drove hour and a half away to pick up front end, every part was broken or damaged, shut your doors no need to be open clowns . Attitude? Lmao every part but 1 was broken or damaged, what was you waiting on ? Me to come see broken parts b4 you gave me good ones?? Lol joke of a business
1 star simply because you can't leave 0 if you want to leave a review. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, ANYWHERE ELSE. This place is a scam. Gave one price over the phone just to up the price in person. Lied about the condition of the wheel, said it was in really good condition. Drove there to find it looked beat up and I highly doubt a tire could have been mounted/sealed properly to it. Waste of my time.

Needed to get some parts after I was rear ended in my 200. Greenbelt had the best prices locally and the parts were in beautiful shape. Would recommend if you need vehicle body parts. Thanks guys!
Called ahead of time 3 times to ensure that they had the part drove there and they said the part was still on the car and needed payment then a couple days to have them remove the part would not recommend this place waste of time
Very good used products pretty much new great prices. Great customer service would highly suggest anyone who needs any used farts for their vehicle or anyone doing repairs to a vehicle to check out my people down at Greenbelt auto parts. They’ll take care of you.
Terrible place to buy auto parts from! They sell broken auto parts and just try to scam you out of your money! They're wishy washy when it comes to their own return policy. They also do not have anything on their walls on the counters etc. Stating that they don't do refunds on car parts that they sell that are already broken unless you pay a restocking fee and also they racially profile people and the owners son is not professional AT ALL! He's very aggressive and is just bad for business!! I would not recommend anyone I know going there! Toledo Auto Parts has the best deals and service if you ask me!
After getting scammed on a Honda Civic i bought, Green Belt auto had all the parts i needed to repair my vehicle and make it operable. They were honest with me from the start and the staff is very personable. I would recommend Green Belt auto 7 days a week 365 days a year. Don’t waste your time with any other salvage yard.
This is a joke bless I want to order Fender it’s really important to have it today and he told me he has 9 car For sure he have it he let me wait to 5 o’clock And all the junkyard close after this he told me the 9 car Doesn’t have fender No body you people doesn’t wanna work because it’s lost our don’t waste peoples time Because of this I have to wait next month to get inspection again for my cab
Would not recommend. They sold us a used engine that had been in a fire and was full of extinguisher residue. It is unusable. They offered nothing other than shady excuses.
This place is a joke. Ordered parts on Wednesday for pickup on Friday came Friday to find out parts were not taken off then he said he will take them off in an hour no big deal. Went got food and hour later I got a phone call saying how the parts were damaged beyond repair. Wasted my day since I had a 2hr drive there and a 2hr drive back. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
Amazing family owned business. Treated me like family. Felt very welcomed and so much variety of auto parts. This is the place to be at, if you need auto parts in new or like new condition for a great price.
the guy that answered the phone hung up on me. I gave him the info of the car told him 1999 to 2004 . Being I know what years will work for the part I'm looking for and he didn't like that and just hung up on me. Well guess you don't want my money and your doing awesome business wise.
THEIVES AND LIERS!!! Broke down and was promised a part by a certain day, well they didn't pay for guarantee shipping like the said so I'm stuck here for at least an extra 4 day. Was told it was not their fault and laughed at
EDIT: after writing the original post the owner called me after business hours from his personal phone threatening if I didn't take it down I would never see a dime returned for sure
Received part broken in shipment. Was told I need to file a claim with ups. Asked for pics .I sent ,no response. They we're supposed to send link. Again no response. Now I get a response was screamed at by an individual on the phone to remove review or no refund.
VERY disappointed. Needed a wheel for my car, called, confirmed they had it, was ON MY WAY and received a call and the man told me that he didn't have it anymore not even five minutes later. Seriously? I was driving on a donut on a 20 minute drive to this shop, and then wasted my time, gas, and safety just to find out you don't have it anymore. Be HONEST with your customers. Won't be recommending you to anyone. I don't care how CHEAP your parts are. Honesty is better in my book...
Terrible service, we purchased an AT and they gave us MT. when we called, they told us to return and they will replace it with an auto transmission. when we drove from Detroit to Toledo OH, they gave us a refund and said they don"t have one. if there was an option for less than ONE star, that is what they get. 2 trips for a stupid transmission.
