don't never go here and buy parts. i bout a bumper didn't fit they told me it would for 2010 F150 took it back the next day with the receipt they wouldn't give me a refund wanted me to get the store credit for $200 or or or take 75% of what I pay and they take 25% for restocking fee me and my buddy is the one who took it off the shelf. Real racist karen at the front desk too.And she called the police for no reason i ended up talking to the officer outside he new she was full of bs.
just bought a brand new starter from them works like new and everyone there was very respectful and know how to treat their customers (btw these are the updated hours for everyone wanting to stop by)
As a auto repair shop I work well most auto Parts places this one is unwilling to work with me. sold me the wrong part and refused to refund The money.
Instead, forced me into a store credit with a 25% restocking fee. I would completely understand if I bought the part and I was in the wrong or I gave them the wrong information.
Not the case.
I would highly suggest another auto parts store. They don't care about their customers.

I Had an awesome first time visit with Osman's. They gave me friendly and above expected customer service. I bought a rim and they mounted my tire on it for free. Hands down the best auto salvage yard I've had to work with. I highly recommend this place to all. I was also given a free T-shirt....Thank you Osman's!!!
The guys always have the part that I need and are fair on prices compared to other junkyards. The Osman's are good people and care about their customers. Don't hesitate to give this place a try when looking for some parts.

Where do I began, this place is hands down five star customer service. I was referred here for my 2012 Buick lacrosse I went for one part but left with every part I needed all at a reasonable price. They appreciate their customers and are always respectful and go above and beyond to help you resolve ANYTHING they have. The knowledge of! They have an enormous variety of vehicles and parts. This is my first phone call whenever I need a repair 👨🔧 you should too !!!😃 thinking of putting all of these men on my holiday gift list that is how excellent they are !!!!!
The owner Tony is cool. Had the parts I needed for a good price. Had a issue with one of his employees but he came in and handled the situation very well.

Called and asked about a wheel hub for my car I needed that day. I told them I was about 2 hours away and could make it there a couple hours before closing, and I was told it was no problem. When I got there, I was told they decided not to part out the car. They had my email and phone number, and never contacted me. They caused me to waste half a day and a tank of gas, and never heard so much as an apology.
I was looking for replacement right side doors for the Jeep we purchased new for my Mother. I had looked at local auto parts lots in my area and didn’t find anything. I went to Toledo and luckily called Osman Auto Parts and spoke with Deserey. I told her what I was looking for and she asked for my number and would call me back. She did as she said and let me know they had one black Liberty and that the right side doors looked pretty good. I drove over and she took me to the lot to take a look. They were as she described them and the deal was made. She had both doors removed and placed in our car. The car is being updated and our Daughter will be delighted to have the car that belonged to her Grandmother. I highly recommend calling Osman in Toledo if your searching for replacement auto parts. The shop and lot is very neat, clean and organized and the staff is great.
I have nothing but sincere thanks to these guys. Our car broke down in Toledo on our way to South Carolina on the Thursday before the long 4th of July holiday weekend. They not only had the part in stock that we needed, they had the workers available to get us fixed and out the door. The price was fair and the service was exceptional. Very Highly recommend. I had no idea this place even existed until we broke down and Autozone recommended them. I wish they were closer to us, so we could take our car there whenever we had problems. Amazingly happy.
