Where do I began, this place is hands down five star customer service. I was referred here for my 2012 Buick lacrosse I went for one part but left with every part I needed all at a reasonable price. They appreciate their customers and are always respectful and go above and beyond to help you resolve ANYTHING they have. The knowledge of! They have an enormous variety of vehicles and parts. I was looking for replacement right side doors for the Jeep we purchased new for my Mother. I had looked at local auto parts lots in my area and didn’t find anything. I went to Toledo and luckily called Osman Auto Parts and spoke with Deserey. I told her what I was looking for and she asked for my number and would call me back. She did as she said and let me know they had one black Liberty and that the right side doors looked pretty good. I drove over and she took me to the lot to take a look. They were as she described them and the deal was made. She had both doors removed and placed in our car. The car is being updated and our Daughter will be delighted to have the car that belonged to her Grandmother. I highly recommend calling Osman in Toledo if your searching for replacement auto parts. The shop and lot is very neat, clean and organized and the staff is great.
