The owners are knowledgeable and helpful. We start here when we have to find car parts. It's been rare that we had to wait on a part or find the part elsewhere.
Great hometown parts place. The staffis knowledgeable and many of them have worked their for years. They ACTUALLY WORK ON THEIR OWN VEHICLES so they know what they're talking about. Not like their other guys...
There staff is great and very knowledgeable. Most popular parts are in stock. If they don't have what you need they can usually have it the next day. If your there in the morning early and they have to order something in they can often have it same day. I rearly hhhgo anywhere else. This NAPA is my go to sores for all of my automotive needs.
The older gentlemen replaced my wiper in the middle of a 10 inch snow storm!! IF he sees this I will forever be greatful for him getting me back in the road seeing how I still had an hour on a good day back home!!
Better than any autozone or O'Reilly's. You can get anything there and if you can't then they will send a car from another store so you can get it as fast as possible. Its much cheaper there than any other auto store.
Great community store. Dave and Patty are pleasant to interact with and provide great customer service. The ownership has changed a few times the last few years and is not always as friendly. Do not retire Dave or Patty!
I’m traveling doing a 12 State Marketing tour for a Fortune 100 company and I need reliability in the companies I go to for parts for the tour vehicle. I believe in supporting the smaller what we have come to label as Mom and Pop businesses before I support the big chain retailers. This is the only way we keep the small companies in business. If your thinking you will get similar service across the country with this brand you are mistaken. The owner/manager gave me this well planned excuse on why he couldn’t take back a brand new two day old ticket item with receipt. This pushes the consumer to the big brand retailers that have a well designed return policy across the board in most cases around the country. I had to drive over an hour back tracking on my route just to take the items back to the original NAPA. How convenient is this for the consumer. Over 60% of small businesses fail because of the mindset of the owner. It’s not the economy or location or competition it’s all about the owner and management. I will no longer support NAPA because of their indivisible franchise policies putting more weight on the corporate stores.
It was very good they took the time to help me on everything I've lived out here in Ross for 2 years and just found out that there was one back there a NAPA store they need better signage thank you I would rate it a five-star
We had 4 lugs break at the same time on the side of the road an hour from home. The brought them to us on the side of the road. Saved our butts. Thank you so much.
Great service and knowledgeable staff and if they don't have a part that you need they will order it in in a timely manner. I frequent here for our truck preventive maintenance needs such as fluids and repair parts such hoses etc.
