The part that we bought was damaged, so we had to return it. It took over 2 weeks for the money to be put back on our card, it was a $200 part.

Excellent customer service! Received a defective part and there was 0 hassle getting it swapped out.

I should have given them a 0. Sold me a dead battery. I returned it 2 days later after installing it and they won’t give me a refund. The associated verified it was dead. By the the time I’m through no one will ever by a battery from them again. It’s one thing if I returned it a couple months later, that’s fine. But if you sell me something dead out the box, I expect a refund. I don’t trust them giving me another one.

I buy ignition coil and not work , I try return the guy tell me can't return , they tell me can switch new coil but don't have in stock , they tell I come back tomorrow pickup. Next day I come back day send me other stores go pick up . That stupid . The coil I buy AutoZone cheap and Toyota part . Never buy something in here

Takes soo long to buy anything here. Wanted a pair of gloves... Had two people in front of me. Any other store this is five minutes tops. Here, try twenty minutes.

I prefer Advance Auto Parts over the others. They've always had the parts I needed when I needed them and the people there have always been helpful. Price-wise, it's comparable to many others (besides Pep Boys, terrible), but this has the feel of a small shop that is set up for customers and not a big cookie cutter store for consumers. Whatever the reality, that's the impression I get and I continue to shop here for my parts because of it.
