These guys definitely hooked me up with some tires. Went over some preventive matienance to be done in the future also. Very knowledgeable on all model and makes. Very friendly atmosphere, nice air conditioned room to wait in if needed. Refreshment cooler stocked with drinks and TV to watch if your bored. Definitely coming back in the future
Terrific shop. I've been bring cars to Matt since 2017. The experience has always been excellent. Attention to detail is top notch, there are never any surprises, prices are fair, work is always done correctly. I never have to worry about something being done incorrectly as I have with other shops in the area. At this point they're the only ones I let touch my performance cars. Highly recommend.

I found Black Label AutoKraft through word of mouth from another custom/service/auto shop. They came highly recommended for working on european cars. I own a 2014 BMW 328i wagon and have done a couple at home mods, but was looking for someone to do a suspension upgrade for me. Matt ordered all the correct parts and helped me determine what would work best for what I wanted. I ended up going with Bilstein shocks/struts and H&R Sport Lowering Springs. Matt was very professional and flexible with collecting my car and communication. I was happy with the cost of install and more than happy with the result. The wagon sits lower, rides slightly firmer, flatter in turns and in braking. I would highly recommend Black Label AutoKraft for your BMW mods or services.

Just had another great experience at Black Label AutoKraft. I had an engine light on my BMW 328i xdrive wagon (over 100k miles) with the code reader hinting the thermostat was faulty. Matt was able to get me in promptly to service the car. Very happy with the quick turn around and trustworthy service from Black Label AutoKraft. Will be back.
EXCEPTIONAL experience with Black Label Autokraft . Made an appointment for service and the staff followed up with quick communication with items that were additionally needed. The tech was very knowledgeable and informative and advised me the step by step repair. Office/parts manager was also very informative on choices and prices of parts needed. Clean and attractive waiting area with basic "complementary" refreshments ( Water, Soda ) Kinda like a boutique'ish auto repair vibe to the place with out the pretentious. Will be back !
