This place used to be decent. Now I am not sure they know what day of the week it is. They have had my car for 2 weeks and still no word on estimate or anything. I called at 3:45 today and the person who I need to talk to is at lunch at 3:45pm and they close at 5pm. I definitely am questioning if I should even trust them to do the work right after this experience and their recent reviews. Seems they lack leadership. The entire Performance brand has turned to crap IMO. I will follow up if I ever get my car back.

I had my 2016 Honda Accord in for an accident repair job and they did an outstanding repair job. I was very pleased with the outcome. I was very impressed with my paint matchup and how clean and polished my car was upon returning to me. Great experience!

Took my camry to get the bumper replaced & they did amazing. Paint match is perfect & they communicated very well. Everyone i spoke with was really nice. They also washed & cleaned out my car.

I had my 2018 Honda Pilot which was involved in an accident. Everything was taken care of (as quickly as insurance company would allow). Steve went to bat for us against the insurance company (which really pushed for used parts?) and ended up getting us all new parts instead of used parts. They were very thorough with their inspection as they began to dismantle the car piece by piece and the repairs got pretty involved with the suspension, axles, tires, balancing, etc. Steve was also making sure to stay in close contact with us throughout the entire process. Making us aware of things that the insurance company wanted him to do whereas the insurance company wanted those details (used parts vs new parts) to be remain unknown to us. I would definitely recommend this shop to others. ****Also unrelated to myself....I witnessed another younger gentleman service rep help someone who wanted an estimate to get some scratches removed from his car. The service rep looked at the scratches and then came back out with some compound and a polisher and then educated the guy on how to remove scratches from his car and how to tell if the scratches are too deep and will actually need repairs and didn't charge him a single penny. He spent over 30+ minutes with this customer!! He could have easily charged the customer $1000+ for the scratches.... Honesty is alive and well....just got to look for it!

Just picked up my Tacoma and am extremely happy with the repair. They went above and beyond. I highly recommend them to anyone. They even cleaned the inside of my truck. I was not expecting that. Great communication through the whole process. AAAAAAAA++++++++

The body shop had the car for almost 2 months then finally get the call the car is ready. The car was NOT ready and a part that was replaced by the bodyshop on the car looked like it was already coming off or would come off after going over a speed bump. Car had a fairly large grease spot on the front of the car with it being cold & freezing temps outside thats not good to be sitting on the paint. The car is a 2024 like have some common courtesy to clean the car off from the grease that came from the bodyshop especially when you can clearly see it on the driver side of the hood. Communication is horrible and still horrible til this day have to constantly call about the car because they will not reach out to you about the car to give an update especially when they are taking as long as they have its already a stressful situation and the lack of communication does not help. Asked for an estimate multiple times it felt almost impossible to get an estimate it was always the estimate will be emailed but it never was emailed. Overall wouldn’t recommend anyone to this place unless you already want to make a bad situation worse. The lady last name supposedly taking care of the process with car is Powell. The bodyshop wants to fix something that should have been originally fixed while they had the car under warranty work but it was never fixed from the beginning. How could something be warranty work when it was never fixed properly? Lastly, the bodyshop says they do not work with the insurance company TREXIS they DO work with them. I feel for the people who have had to go through their own insurance because this bodyshop has lied about the bodyshop not working with Trexis Insurance. That is not right to lie to potential customers. Your whole response is nothing but lies. You wanted me to bring the car for you to keep the car for another week because of something you all didn’t fix from the beginning. That part was actually pulled out too far now it looks like I have wide body Honda so there were no waiting on parts delaying that process. Performance never called about the part issues nor asked did I want to pay out of pocket for parts. Performance went ahead installed non OEM parts knowing there were fitment issues. Allstate paid for any OEM parts needed and even when there were issues with the parts that were not OEM Allstate paid for an replacement which was the OEM but you all had to pay for repainting the OEM part because it was clear as day that it didn’t fit & shouldn’t had been installed on the car. It’s something called a “test fit” that would make more sense to do. Unnecessary lies please save yourself from a headache.

HONEST REVIEW WITH EVIDENCE Never be fooled by “Performance Collision Center” especially if you are customer of Performance Lexus or Performance Toyota by your car dealer’s brand name in Cincinnati Ohio, Because I am also a Performance Lexus customer; that’s why I had choose this “Performance Collision Center” to fix my car . I found the service at this repair center to be the worst in town. Unfortunately my car had an accident last month and I came here to get my car repaired. They took a lot of time to repair my car and did it poorly but damaged some parts as well. They damaged the front hood holder gas jack and put a nail in one of the tires so that the customer will have to go to them again and they can make more money. I had to fix it those later with my own money. The people at this repair center keep asking for too much money and the work is not worth the money. I’m really sorry about it, thank you!

Being involved in an accident and having to have your car repaired is stressful—Performance Collision Center makes things that much easier! I felt heard by the employees, all of whom are very kind and personable. Doug was extremely helpful in getting me an estimate and walking me through the process as well as keeping me up to date on the progress. Doug was so able to help make sure everything was repaired and covered by the insurance company for the other party. Olivia was very nice and a great first person to speak with when you call or come in. While PCC is out of the way for me, I would absolutely recommend them and come back, if future events necessitate.

I stopped in there today because I had a scratch on my new car about 9 inches long. They buffed it out for free and provided excellent customer service. They went above and beyond for me and I’m so thankful and grateful for their support and service. I chose Performance because I have used them in the past and they always do a wonderful job and really take care of their customers.

Your insurance company or car dealer will recommend that you use them only because they are a partner company. They are bad, have no voicemail after hours, and claim they can't find the vehicle, my vehicle had been sitting for a week and a half before they even did the estimate. Phone reps are very short-tempered, untrained, and rude (they act entitled) wouldn't ever use them

I needed repairs of near $6000. The repairs were done well, but I found greasy smears over parts of the paint and the windshield. The grease would not come off with a car wash or glass cleaner. Had to use car polish on the paint, and turpentine and alcohol on the windshield. The windshield also was covered with hundreds of tiny spots (looked like overspray of clearcoat) that required acetone to remove. The manager offered to look at it, but I did not trust them to work on my car again. 6-14-2024

I've had my car worked on here multiple times and each experience has been outstanding. Leon, in particular, has been incredibly professional, kind, and timely every single time. Had my car there for a week, they did a great job repairing the damages!!! Very friendly people & clean shop. they even offered me the options to use OEM parts vs the used parts my insurance suggested. Would definitely recommend this shop!! Thank you to everyone at Performance Collision.

I repaired my Toyota here. The experience was very bad. The attitude of the front desk was very bad. My car could no longer drive, and the bumper had fallen off, but the front desk meant that as long as it was not a trailer, it could not be put here. I could only make an appointment for one time, which was disgusting. I could only call one at the door of this store. The trailer they recommended dragged me in. It's ridiculous. As a result, I expected the repair work to be completed perfectly, but I was wrong. Their bumper installation can even be shaken. It's really an outrageous store.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! My car was in the shop for 2 months and over $5,000 later when I finally got my car back it the front bumper, hood and piece of a part that's connected to my door wasn't even put on correctly. Very poor at communication! Their excuse was "well this isn't toyota parts thats why it dont fit correctly". Then why even say the cars finsihed when clearly it isn't. All they care about is getting paid not fixing your car. Horrible customer service.

I am writing to express my concerns and dissatisfaction regarding the recent experience I had with the repair services at Toyota Performance Collision. I entrusted my vehicle Toyota Prius, 2021 to your collision repair services with the understanding that the repairs would be completed within three weeks. Regrettably, the process took an unexpected turn, extending to more than 9 weeks. This considerable delay has caused inconvenience and frustration on my part. What exacerbates the situation is the lack of proactive communication during this period. I found myself having to initiate contact repeatedly to inquire about the status of the repairs. It is disheartening that I did not receive updates as promised, leaving me in the dark about the progress and causing unnecessary stress. Effective communication is fundamental in maintaining customer satisfaction, and regrettably, this aspect fell short during my experience. I believe in the importance of transparency and timely updates to manage expectations and build trust

Would not recommend. My 2015 Honda accord took 2 months to “repair” just to be make new noises upon getting my car back. They wouldn’t address the new issues clearly caused by the accident I was in. I went into the Honda dealership to find out that there was assembly errors on performance collisions part and lots of corners skipped in the process of repairing my vehicle. I’d recommend getting your car done the RIGHT way at verified dealership. The wait time to have a job NOT well done isn’t worth it. Hopefully your service manager isn’t Steve as he is little to no help at all

Performance Collision recently repaired my 2021 Honda Pilot. The back hatch and bumper were damaged. The work they did was top notch. They were able to save my hatch and I was very pleased with the interaction I had with the service advisor. Unfortunately when I went out to get in my vehicle there was a significant layer of dust throughout. Mostly in the back seat but really everywhere (see pics). I was dropped off there with my 3 boys and didn't have time to go back in to voice my concerns. I didn't truly know the severity of it until I got home. I spent half the night giving the interior a thorough cleaning. I can't imagine working on a more or less new vehicle and leaving it in this condition. More so not taking the steps before hand to cover it up or plastic off the rear. Extremely disappointing.

Performance Collision did an excellent job when I got rear ended and needed a bumper replacement and trunk repair. Doug was awesome, called me with updates and worked with the other insurance company to push and get what they needed so I could get my car back as soon as possible. They did a great job on the paint, the color match was almost perfect. My car was pretty much spotless when I got it back. There was one badge missing but they were able to put it on within 5 minutes. There was also a scuff on the quarter panel that I wasn’t sure had been there prior or not but Doug was kind enough to buff it out really quick for me. I definitely would come back to Performance Collision for any repair.

Doug has made me & my family’s experience, top notch. He’s super knowledgeable, and truly works with his customers as if they were his family — and goes above & beyond with quality care. Not very many companies have people like him, particularly vehicle collision repair shops. Picked car up and a piece they were to remove and replace had been broken, they let me drive away with piece flapping in wind, I turned around immediately they said they would fix it the next day I returned immediately, I got a call 2 hours after open and they said it was fixed, but it was the same broken piece, now it’s glued onto my windshield. I noticed the hood looked like it was open from it being adjusted and put on terribly, there is a piece of the fender that sticks out and paint is chipped, I took the car back twice to have it fixed properly. They charged about 3x what it would actually cost to fix and it’s still not looking good. I’ve been back to have it fixed properly 3 times and I don’t want to go back but I’m not happy with the work done to my Lexus at all. If you have a nice car don’t take it here, they’re not professional, kind of rude, like they were doing me a favor. I just wanted my car fixed right. It took about 6 weeks for a job that should only take 4 days, I guess they had to wait on parts or whatever but the communication was terrible. I shouldn’t have to follow up and ask what’s going on.posted photos to show the fender that was replaced. The hood still doesn’t seem flush either. 0/5 stars, don’t recommend

I had the BEST experience ever here. Someone hit my one year old Odyssey and dealing with their insurance company was-surprise-a long drawn out nightmare. Once I handed their estimate to Performance Collision, they handled EVERYTHING. Matt was amazing. He updated me on the status and it was ready exactly when he said. But the best part-I had a small scratch on it from a shopping cart unrelated to the accident. I asked them to look at it. He fixed it FREE of charge and you absolutely cannot tell it was ever there. My mind was blown. I hope my car doesn’t ever need work, but if/when it does, I’m FOR sure bringing it here to Matt!

Took my Lexus there for collision repair. Terrible experience. Put a large ding in my driver side door and did not care When I confronted them about it. Took my car to White Castle to pick up lunch. I found receipts in the center console. Dealer had to top off air conditioning Freon And engine coolant. Had my car there three times and they were unable to fill it properly. Poor quality workmanship. Front grill looks like garbage on my car.

Had my new car towed here after it was hit, there was some pretty bad damage and after 6 weeks only because of the other driver's insurance adjuster, i finally got my car back looking brand new! Thank you to the awesome people at performance collision center! Would definitely recommend anyone that needs repairs done to trust them! Special shout out to Steve who made countless calls to the insurance company and my husband updating us on our car throughout the whole process!

The staff is friendly and the work was faster than estimated, but my back end is now crooked. I would prefer first time right to faster turn around on service. I was unable to leave a message on the machine so I am going to call as soon as I can in the morning. I picked my vehicle up at the end of the establishments hours so I was unable to give my vehicle a proper look until I got home. The individual that did the work brought my car around and left immediately so they did not review the work with me. Later or earlier business hours would be much appreciated as basically any customer would have to take time off work to get the vehicle and review the work with hours matching every 1st shift job. If the warranty is as stated and the back end gets fixed I will review this post and rating. This is a follow up: I was able to get the car sorted out in under an hour the next business day with minimal issues. The Collision Center took care of the rental and I was on my way. I bumped the rating up to four stars since it took two visits but all around I would still say my experience was above average! Thank you to the Performance Collision team for taking my issue seriously and executing a quick turn around to the follow up bumper adjustment.

I just picked my vehicle up after 3 weeks. I am sure I was pain to deal with but the staff was very kind to me. The repair work they did on my car is excellent. You cant tell it was ever damaged. My car was clean and looked wonderful. It was definitely worth the wait. Thank you Performance Collision.
