Monica and crew with puroclean were wonderful. They worked diligently to find the source of odor in my room and resolve the issue. I had contacted another company and they just said they didn’t know the source of the odor and left and then another company never even responded to my request for help. When I called puroclean they came to my house promptly. Everyone was professional, friendly and knowledgeable and were determined to rid the odor in my room. We had a great experience with Juan and Arik from PuroClean. Juan responded quickly to our request for service and was kind and professional to work with regarding the quote and payment processes. Arik and his partner did a careful and thorough job of removing the mold in our wall. We felt the company charged a fair price - and we were thankful to have gotten money BACK when the work ended up being LESS than was quoted!! So there were no surprise upcharges, which says a lot for the integrity of this company. We are happy to recommend them to others!

PuroClean gave us peace of mind! I was really worried when I found mold in our attic and bedroom closet. I had no idea how to get it taken care of as I had never dealt with mold. Turned out it was from a leaky roof. PuroClean was recommended to us and I have to say the whole process was actually very easy. They had a team come out for inspection and then a removal team who took all the drywall and moldy wet stuff away with them. They then sprayed and cleaned the parts of wood affected and ran a HEPA filter while it all dried overnight. I enjoyed seeing the process and feel comfortable knowing my room will be mold free. The employees (For both the inspection and removal/cleaning) were all friendly, courteous and explained exactly what would be happening. 5 stars from me!! Thanks PuroClean.

Juan arrived with all the equipment and started cleanup process right away. He knows what he is doing. He is honest, hardworking, and very professional. Monica and other crews of the company are equally awesome and courteous. Highly recommended!

When a disaster struck they were there super helpful I have to say Monica, Justin and the crew. They were the best, very informative, explain things to me and made me feel at ease. They knew what they were doing, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. They will be my first call the next time if a disaster strikes.

The same day as our house fire, Beth and her team arrived at our home. They installed air scrubbers, she told us what to expect going forward, and comforted us in ways we did not expect. They cleaned every inch of our home and smoke or water damaged items. They hauled away the items that weren't salvageable. PuroClean took so much stress off of our plate for us! We were still living in the home after the fire and they were respectful of our space, time, and schedules. They worked directly with insurance. Beth and her team literally got my home back in order so we could put our lives back in order. I can't thank them enough!

A Christmas morning water pipe burst saturated the ceiling (and floor) of my two car garage. Juan of Puroclean worked to fit me into the busy schedule quickly, was thorough in his evaluation of the damage, and started mitigation immediately. He and his team were punctual, efficient, and attentive to detail in removing debris. Great to work with!

PuroClean was so great to work with. They got out to our house very quickly to assess the damage and in the same day, had their mitigating team out to start drying up quickly. I feel like there was less damage because they responded so quickly. The 2 people that came out to dry were very responsive, communicated with me and worked with my schedule. They were professional and polite. I would highly recommend them and if something like this were to happen again, they would be my first call.

From the moment we met with Jim and Monica, I felt completely at ease about having PuroClean take on our job. From the initial inspection through the remediation process to the final inspection, PuroClean Delaware was great to work with. Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had in the midst of a pipe busting. David is outstanding! His professionalism and attention to detail is second to none. He goes above and beyond to find innovative ways to make impossible situations possible. He and Edwin were reliable and such a pleasure to work with. They quickly became a part of the family! I highly recommend using PuroClean. The owner Jim is very personable and accessible and just an overall joy to work with and get Along with. I can’t say enough good things about everything they did to help us through such a stressful time! David was amazing at follow up throughout the entire project up until the very end and afterwards!

I have only great things to say about David and Dylan.They were both reliable and did job well! I always had a lot of questions and they answer all with full explanation. They always respected my home and took care of things that they needed to move. They worked with my schedule and was very understanding of me being upset because my house was so damaged. I trust and respect Dylan and David's professional opinion and would recommend them to anyone.

At 8pm we realized our sump pump had stopped working and had flooded our 1000 sq ft finished basement. Our insurance agent recommended we contact PuroClean and they came out the next morning at 8am and worked until about 2pm ripping up the carpet pad, removing damaged property, cleaning, etc. 3 huge humidifiers and about 18 large fans were set up to dry the area. Someone came each day to check the numbers. Basement was dry in 3 days and due to the quick response PuroClean was able to salvage the carpet, baseboards, drywall, cabinets, etc. Everyone was professional and communication was great. Would definitely recommend their services for anyone experiencing water damage.

This business does a good job however they want to make sure they spend every cent from your insurance check doing so. We called due to our basement flooding and our insurance adjuster gave us the number. Their first question is how did you hear about us. They came out same day do to their availability and evaluated the basement. Their suggestion was to leave 2 humidifiers at $80 a day and bring out 15 fans at $50 a day. They said that this would spend up all of our check with no money left to replace the flooring. My husband suggested that we tear out carpet and pad . That night we found fans elsewhere and let them know we would still keep the humidifiers over the weekend at $80 a day. After 2 days basement was dry and humidity level was lower than normal. Called company back to pick up humidifiers and they were not happy, but said they would stop the charges and pick up Monday. When we received the bill we had a emergency call during business hours fee of $120. When asked about fee I was told that since we didn't spend extra money he actually lost money by helping us. Bill was still $445. So I'm not sure how they lost money. Please beware and ask every question up front!

All PuroCleans are not the same. I worked with 2 on my recent fire, and this branch in Delaware, Ohio was hands down fabulous. They are very professional and caring about your belongings. Their work was very thorough, many items coming back far cleaner than when we first got them. Great to work with. You will be in good hands.

After we spoke to our insurance agent Pro Clean arrived within an hour. Ben came into our home and was a complete professional, he went right to work in our basement, he covered our wood floors upstairs where they would be bringing the damaged wet stuff through to take outside. Ashley came shortly after to work with Ben. This team worked so hard starting at 9am going to after 5pm. We would recommend Pro Clean and we would call them first if we needed this type of service again. Pro Clean is a great service to Delaware County residents and businesses.
