Car was towed here after an accident. Staff was helpful with the process of working with the insurance company.

Joe's Towing came out very quick when I needed a tow and also did a great job on the repair. They got me in and out quicker than any other auto shop could even get me in to look at my car. The price was very reasonable for the tow and repair. They are all very friendly and the customer service is great!

Ran by the kindest family who doesn’t prioritize profit, but more so making sure everyone is safe and taken care of. Will always reach out to Joes when in need! They are honest and will get the job done.

Very quick response on a Sunday afternoon after my old Ford sputtered to a stop. First, they answered the phone (!) and quickly dispatched a driver my way. The driver called to confirm exactly where I was, and arrived less than 30 minutes after I called. He took care loading and unloading my car from the flat bed. The price was very fair (being Sunday I thought it would be much higher).

My car was stranded in Columbus. I called Joe's Towing around 4:20 in the afternoon - just as rush hour is gearing up - and the driver arrived about 1 1/2 hours later. It is normally a 45 min. drive - add rush hour to this and I thought he made good time. Jim was friendly and polite on a hot summer day and efficiently loaded my car and took it to a mechanic closer to my home. I was very pleased with the service and would use them again.

Joes Towing is TOP NOTCH! We needed a tow from Tanger Outlet back to Mansfield for a vehicle emergency. Joe was amazing - he received our call, gave us the best fair price that we received. We accepted Joes quote and he was there to get our vehicle in under 20 minutes. Joe also gave us a ride back home with him for no extra charge. The truck was very clean, had a great air conditioner and the trip was perfect. I would recommend this company to anyone in the Delaware area needing assistance. Fairly priced, handled with care, and the BEST customer service in the industry. Thank you Joe from the bottom our hearts.

My vehicle just stalled in the middle of a very busy road. Joe's Towing & Auto Repair was the only company who went out of the way to help get a tow truck to me as fast as possible. My own insurance told me I would have to wait for over 90 minutes. Thank you for taking care me during a scary situation.

Screwed up a simple wheel change. The technician put the floor jack on my rocker instead of my jack point and when he got the car up the whole rocker gave out and the car fell to the ground. Absolute nightmare of a situation simple $80 job turned into thousands in repairs and my car still does not look as it did before THEY MESSED UP. Would be really awesome if they would make it right but they do not seem to want to.

I had some oil dripping after an oil change right as we were getting ready to leave for vacation. Joe’s was able to get an on-call employee to come to the shop and check it out for me (no problem, just some residual from when the old oil was drained) and give us peace of mind before we left! Amazing customer service! They really take care of their customers!

If I could give a lower review I would first off truck was there for 11 days and mechanic was very touch and go when it came to working on my vehicle. Eventually leading to them replacing ignition switch but instead of them putting ignition switch back in right way they didn't. which by day 11 I've had enough of the excuses they give me. Have it towed out of there to a shop to have them realign ignition switch and truck fires up. Highly recommend you hire someone who knows what they doing

Absolutely amazing service! From the tow truck driver who was kind, understanding, patient and so very helpful to everyone at the shop who even helped remove the license plate when our screwdrivers wouldn’t work I cannot thank everyone enough. Highly recommend!

Incredibly quick and easy! The receptionist that answered the phone both times I called was very helpful and nice. Mike, my tow guy, was also very kind and friendly to us! I would definitely recommend!! Price isn’t as steep as I thought it would be either!

Picked up my suv in freezing weather with snow on ground when AAA refused. Loaded it & delivered to dealership without me being there. I had not used them before for service but they serviced my truck. Definitely recommend them for towing & service.

We broke down along the 2 lane section of 315 just as the last snow storm was coming in. We were towed by Joes and had the repair completed which included a new alternator. I feel like the cost was respectable and considering we were broke down, the towing was handled painlessly.

I locked my keys in my car with it running (started it then tried to scrape the snow off my windshield) Joes was the ONLY towing service that was able to make it to me in less than an hour and the tech arrived even earlier than he suggested. less than 5 minutes and my headache was over. Highly recommend this place based on the Tech i had (I think his name was Tom) easiest 5 star review ive ever given out.

Very quick response. I called and they were at my apartment within 30 minutes. The price charged was adequate and was actually a bit cheaper than other towing places I checked into. We had an awkward place that we parked and this towing company was great getting it hooked up. The guy was very pleasant and I would definitely use them again if needed.

Highly recommended. Very responsive. Very helpful. I drove my van off the back of my slightly elevated driveway and was stuck. It was after dark on a Friday night. Derek Thomas was quick to respond and quick to the site. He was professional/knowledgeable and had the equipment to get the job done. I am very grateful.

They picked up my son’s car from the accident scene as he was taken away by ambulance. When I went by to retrieve items from vehicle they had removed obvious valuables and kept safe for us. Very thoughtful and friendly folks. Highly recommend them.

I feel bad I did not get the gentleman’s name who just towed our car but, I do want to say he was awesome! He was very kind and helpful. He tried jumping the car at first but no luck! We do not have the easiest driveway to get into but, he did a great job and helped my husband push the car the rest of the way into our driveway. Unfortunately I’ve had to get a tow many times but this was the best experience I’ve ever had with a tow company! If anyone is in the Delaware area and needs a tow I highly recommend this company. Thank you again for the great customer service. Made a crappy situation a little easier.

Broke my cv axel & some ball joint on my car.. called Joes! They awnsered right away… explained was gonna be a minute due to it being hot outside & having a few call ahead of me… very understandable.. driver picked it up… delivered it to my shop in town I use regularly! Great flatbed service @ a great price! Very professional! no hassle service! no more damage created than what was already done by me like some towing company’s do! I will use again when needed! Hello, I have been to Joe's Towing quite a few times in the past few months. Mostly for oil changes. They get me in and out in less than an hour. Most recently I had a problem with my ranger. Jim called me the next day and explained to me what was wrong with it, and said that he would have it done for me that afternoon. There prices are great, and the service is exceptional. Joy is a great and personable lady that answers the phone, and kept me informed on my vehicle( ranger) repairs. Would recommend anyone to go there, for auto repairs and etc. Great company that you all have. Thank you again Joe's
