I ordered parts the other day and they came so quickly. They called and let me know they were in and ready for pick-up. They have great communication. I will continue to shop there.
Went into the store looking for some brake dust removal stuff and rich was a great help and got me what i needed to remove brake dust and also helped me by explain best way to use it

I normally don’t leave reviews but I have had multiple horrible experiences with this place over the last couple of weeks … I have ordered calipers that never showed up for weeks and every time I called they said I don’t know and I’ll call you back and never did … my specific issue is also with the employee rich who again would never call me back with info … them today I called in to ask for rotors and pads because I also needed those and they had a good promo going but again rich as a horrible person to talk to and couldn’t explain the promotion then got mad scuffed his voice and hung up on me … and since oreillys is for some reason the only place that can order new car parts other the dealerships I called the one in Hillary and talk to an amazing employee he helped me in 10 seconds … as someone on sales Rich needs to be retrained on how to deal with customers and the lady I talked to at Hilliard needs a raise. … never buy from the Delaware location
I am grateful for stopping into this store, Aaron and James saved me from a costly mistake. I stopped at their store for a scan on a vehicle me and my wife where looking to purchase. Originally we where happy with the car we test drove but upon them running a scan on said vehicle, they found multiple issues that where over looked and told us "buyer beware" and not 5 minutes later the car was not starting in the parking lot. Thankfully an associate came outside and jumped our vehicle and got us to return the vehicle safely. Overall both emplyees at this store where knowledgeable about auto mechanics and very helpful and we will definitely be returning.
GO TO AUTOZONE If I wanted someone to read from a computer screen I would have my wife read to me. Autozone has had the same and best helpers around for years and years. Autozone is best in town and I would assume they beat the pants off oreillys. If I still had my garage you would never catch me calling up one of these stores. They haven’t a clue what a car is
I never write reviews, they always seem so fake and forced. I especially never thought I'd write a review for an Auto Parts Store. I found myself in need of brake pads for my 2017 Sonata recently. I looked around online for prices and stores and want having much luck. I noticed there was an O'Reilly's just a few miles away so I headed out. Once I got there the female that offered assistance was knowledgeable and so polite. I can't remember her name "S" something I wish I could remember to give her credit. Anyway, I went in expecting to be upsold and told I needed 12 things I didn't need. Instead this woman sold me a great bundle deal for brake pads and rotors and explained if I didn't need the rotors that the return process is simple and quick I won't be buying car parts anywhere else from now on.
I was impressed with the quality of service I received from Shastity while in the Delaware (Columbus Pike location) store. She was very helpful and the store was clean, organized and well stocked.
I am not what you would call a particularly well versed person when it comes to repairing my vehicle. I'm probably better than some but a weekend warrior at best.
I went here twice with some problems to my daughter's car and then my wife's car. Michael was there both times. Listened to me. Diagnosed the problem. Helped me out.
Michael was TERRIFIC!!!! He is what all employers hope for when hiring people that deal with the public.

WE were at a campsite when our battery died and needed to replace it. { Your no#1 competiter 3 minutes down the road ,AutoZone told us over they only had two people working and didnt have the time to help us. Always very helpful and if they don't have a part they can typically have it the next day. They have had quite a few parts in stock that most other part stores don't have. They also have a decent selection of speed parts, Holley Carb parts, MSD products and many others!
I couldn't find Royal Purple manual transmission fluid and it's the only brand I'll use in my car as it's restorative in nature. Advance Auto Parts didn't and couldn't and Summit Racing was almost as pricey as Amazon Prime with the shipping. Not only did Rhoda, our store manager, order it, she had it the next morning at 7 AM ! Talk about service . . . and best pricing to boot. Thank you Rhoda.
Rhonda was awesome!! I got a splinter next door at the Habitat for Humanity store. When they weren't helpful, I went here. Rhonda helped me get the splinter out. Helping someone who gets nothing out of it... That's customer service.
