Horrible store. Wish I could give them 0 stars. 1 feels like to much for this place. I ran out of gas directly in front of this store. I ran inside to buy a gas can but did not have enough cash, so I ran back to my car to get more money. The second he seen I had a 100 dollar bill, he called for a manager so I figured ok that's fine he needs it checked whatever. No I was wrong. I was told unless I want to spend most of all my money, then they will not sell me anything. Just because I had a 100 dollar bill. They want 400 dollars for a 50 dollar part but can not even give out change. What is this store coming to. I had a broke down car and they are a car part store, yet I could not even buy somthing for my car. Even in distress. I will never go back. BTW my item was $30 dollars, not like $1.50.

Gas cap … nothing fancy 25$ Nice counter help….usually is but they find ways of making a ton of money…here’s an example….feels a bit like theft, but whatcha gonna do

Worst experience ever. The guys working there were not helpful, judgmental, and insensitive. Never going here again.

So after getting the runaround from the Marion location for 2 days in a row I was desperate to get my under warranty battery replaced because obviously ir was dead and I had very limited times it was going to starr I contacted this location gave them the warranty information and within 25 minutes had my battery under warranty replaced awesome job very happy because after my dealings with the Marion location I was to the point where I would probably never buy anything from Advance Auto again but this location helped turn it around awesome service highly recommend

I called to ask a question and whoever answered the phone was SO incredibly rude. He treated me like I was an idiot because I wasn’t sure of the size of my engine.

They always seem to have the part I need even if the computer program sucks there the guys are super helpful.

I entered the store and was immediately taken care of. The store was clean and looked nice and tidy. The salesperson was so very helpful and courteous and was very excited to help me. I was at the store on Sunday, April 2, 2023 at around 10 AM.

Jake was truly a 5 star employee. Respectful and efficient. I was in and out of there. He helped me out even tho it was like 500 degrees outside. give the man a raise!!!!!!

As a woman, when I go into auto shops like this I’m usually get upsold and lied to. But the man and woman working were so nice to us. The gentleman talked me through what I needed to do and I was successful. Thank you guys for not making me feel stupid. I will be coming back!

Danny at the Houk rd. location helped me with a code that my car had come on. He was friendly, helpful and very quick since I was on my lunch break! Thankfully it's something simple my car needs! Thanks again Danny!

When in doubt, having troubles with your car, this is always the place I come too, friendly service and always satisfactory customers. Plus, it’s convenient because is down the street from my house. Just walking distance to get the essentials that I need to maintain a vehicles needs. 😊

Handy auto parts store to have. Like everyone, they're being affected by the pandemic and so their stock might be low, but stuff does come in and customer service is super helpful. Will definitely return here in the future as needed.

They have always been great. Comforting to know the closest place to the house will take care of everything you need.

Had a dead battery and a younger guy named Hunter was super helpful and got a new battery installed for the wife and I even though it's cold and snowy out. He was very friendly and got us all taken care of. Will come back for sure

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Rude, disrespectful, employees not to mention flat out liars. Asked to read a code on our vehicle, told us they didn't have a scanner, clearly they did because it was sitting right next to the employee on the counter, called him out on it, he said oh it doesn't work. Mind you then screen was lite up and working. Always a headache when we go into that store.

Cee-Dee was friendly and extremely helpful! Checked my battery, installed the new battery with corrosion protector, and re-checked the battery, starter, and alternator to make sure the battery was the only problem.

Top notch customer service and friendly team members. Cee Dee and Sara were a pleasure to talk to and very helpful.

Stopped here thinking my battery was dead, and Joe helped me determine the problem and fixed it for very low cost compared to the price of a new battery. Joe’s service was quick and cost effective!

This is a great store. The associates are always polite and helpful. The prices at Advanced Auto are a little high but their auto parts are always on point. I needed new wiper blades for the front and rear. The Trico blades were on sale. They were still a little pricey but the old ones had really had it. Heath F. was kind enough to install them for me. I left a happy customer and that's all that matters. Thank you for a great experience.

The staff is very helpful and friendly, everytime i walk through the door i'm always greeted and asked if they can help or if they're with another customer they'll simply say "i'll be right with you." By this i'll always come back to purchase parts from them. And if they don't have what you need in stock, they can get it with no problems.

Order online use promo codes pick up in the store or have it delivered to your home...can't really find anything wrong with that. Bought a battery online they had to return it and charge me another out because of how the system is set up...I ain't mad they went above and beyond.

Cody rocks. Extremely helpful, doesn't blow smoke like some other local places. Answered all my questions honestly and straight up.

Cheap parts great in store service with knowledgeable sales people. Phone service has lengthy wait times as you could easily be on hold for over 20 minutes

Excellent customer service but you can always tell when it's the season to replace windshield wipers. Some sizes are always out! The distribution center needs to pick up the pace on getting products in high demand to the stores. All around great service and help from the store employees though.

Third strike and you're out! Three separate times I've driven here after they told me on the phone that they have a part only to be told "Oops! Sorry! Guess we don't have it." Won't be back.

Super helpful staff can always answer anything I throw at them! Easy layout of the store also makes it easy to find anything you're looking for as well.
