Excellent, friendly, knowledgeable staff. This is the second time I’ve been here. First time I was helped with replacing a bulb in my headlight, second time for a battery check and replacement. Highly recommend!

Walked in and was immediately helped in locating the necessary parts / tool. In and out in under 10 minutes. Back in later in the day and dealt with the same staff member, same great service. In and out in 5 minutes.
Bought a new rear turn signal bulb. Gentleman came out to help change it, but it was corroded and he could not get it out. A young lady by the name of Jami Deel came out and said "let me try". She deserves a shout out...she not only got the bulb out, but she cleaned the socket really good and replaced the bulb. She did a great job and got me back to work on time! Thanks Jami!

Had someone steal a lugnut of of my vehicle. I went to find help. As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted friendly and respectful by Mark. He helped me find exactly what I needed and went the extra mile to make sure I was safe. Thank you Mark for your kindness and help!
My battery died this morning, and I needed it replaced in order to get to class in Columbus. The worker (I unfortunately forgot to get his name) replaced my battery and ensured it was in proper working order before I left. He was super nice and helpful! We had a good conversation too. Very appreciative for the service, and I was able to make it to my class!
These guys are fantastic! My husband and I are on a road trip and our check engine light came on. Eddie did a diagnostic test on it. We had a code for something that needed an immediate repair and he called an auto repair place close by and asked the owner to take a look at our car. Eddie went above and beyond today. Thank you!

My AC wasn't working, so I stopped by O'Reily, but the customer service was horrible. I then drove to this Autozone and was greeted by Jami. She was knowledgeable and walked me the the steps of how to add Freon. After about 15 mins, my AC was working again. If you need any auto parts, this is the store to come to!!! I stopped in and without any knowledge of cars, Mark knew so much and helped me with so much information. I took his advice to my mechanic when I got home and he was right as rain on his diagnosis. I did return to by the parts needed to fix my car but Mark was not avaialable at theT to e for me to thank personally. I hope he reads this as I am very thankful for him and what could have been a very pricey repair if he hadn’t relayed his knowledge.
I come in here on a regular basis to grab everything for ours cars, I usually have the best experience with the manager an employees that’s why I love coming to autozone in of advance. So let off of customer experience. Today was different story, I had to deal with Malcom today he was just rude not pleasant at all to deal with an acted as if we were a bother even being there. I’m pretty disappointed because if you didn’t want to deal with people, leave it to the other very pleasant people an go run parts or something please. It’s bad enough we have to spend all this money on our cars, we don’t need a sour attitude with it.
Just wanna say that Clark Newland (I hope I'm spelling that right) and his coworker whom I failed to get the name of but they were working the day of march 3rd when my boyfriend and I broke down 2 hours away from home and when I say they were SUCH A HUGE HELP, they were SUCH A HUGE HELP!!!! We came up to MI for a wedding, and on the way back home our alternator went bad. Since everything is expensive now we were worried that we wouldn't be able to buy a new alternator and get Gass along the way. The management and the whole team helped us out, big time. I have been so pleased with the staff at Auto zone, Delaware, Ohio. Recently, I bought a battery from Auto zone, and they installed it and had one that I needed in stock. Today, Eddy just help me out by installing two new headlights. Everyone who works at this store is knowledgeable and always ready to help. I would come here first for my car needs every time!
I shop at AutoZone first when I need an in-stock car part. I always prefer to buy locally when possible. But I'd recommend researching your issue and any parts you need before your visit instead of expecting the staff to direct you completely. Last time I bought a bulb, for instance, the salesperson was pretty insistent that I also buy some grease for the installation. I went ahead and bought it, despite knowing it wasn't actually needed for my application.
Jose is awesome. I missed his knowledge in Marion store and was glad to see him in Delawares today. He’s truly an asset to the company and I really appreciate his help on solving my light issue
