Lost a break line on my wife's Mercedes wagon.Heavy Metal was there in 30 minutes. The driver was professional , He was verry careful putting my baby up on its deck..truck was clean and he put the wagon right in my drive perfectly. Thanks for making this breakdown simple and quick.
Richard arrived on time, hooked up the truck, and was on his way within a matter of minutes. He moves like a man that has done this a thousand times...which he probably has too! Very professional & will be happy to do business with them again.
They are the best! When we had the awful snowstorm I was literally stuck in my driveway for three days. I called HMT and they were to my house within 10 minutes! They not only got down my street and got my car out.. they gave me a ride into town! I was shocked by how little I was charged. By far the best in the area. The driver AJ was super friendly as well.

My truck wouldn't start and my hood wouldn't open. I called Heavy Metal towing. They scheduled my appointment quickly and were on site within 15 minutes. Professional , courteous, and had me on the road within 10 minutes. Five stars would definitely use them again.

They arrived at my location within 15 minutes, found me a dealership to take my car, they called Uber for me to pick me up at the dealership and not only that, they called the car rental place and reserved a car for me to use. I had to get my C7 Corvette towed after it completely lost power, and several tow companies refused to take the job. Heavy metal and recovery stepped up and handled it without hesitation. The tow was done carefully with zero damage to the car. Huge thanks to Richard for the excellent service — I highly recommend them if you ever need a vehicle towed.
I couldn’t express more of why I would highly recommend using heavy Metal towing in the future. Their customer service was phenomenal for what they have to deal with every day. My driver went above and beyond what I expected a tow driver to do. As this was already a long day for me, he Helped me get to my car rental place since it saved me time because I probably would’ve had to wait another hour and a half to get a car sent to me. Hands down five star service this company definitely takes pride what they do.
They picked up my car very quickly and were incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. Not only did they handle the towing efficiently, they also took the time to talk through what was going on with my car, potential repair options, and even other choices if I decided to go a different direction. Can’t say enough good things about this company and their operator Richard. They are reasonably priced and Richard is incredibly knowledgeable about towing. I’ve had the pleasure of being towed by him a couple of times now and have zero complaints! He is respectful of my vehicles and an absolute pleasure to be around. Can’t recommend enough! They were recommended by a friend to tow my spotless, vintage, square body Ford F150. Needless to say, I was already nervous, but it made it far worse when I couldn’t be there for the pick up because of work constraints. It went off without a hitch. Tyler bent over backwards to accommodate me in my needs. He arrived at the exact agreed-upon time. Staying in communication, letting me know when he arrived when he had it up on the bed and when he dropped it off at the shop. Not a scratch scuff or ding on the vehicle. I won’t use anybody else moving forward.

Allen and his staff is extremely quick and careful. Having to get your vehicle can be stressful but they make it as comfortable as possible with me and my experience. Central Ohio and they have you covered. And believe me if there is a person who will do you right it’s Allen! (Edit) they won’t let me make another review, but on10/19/25 last night I locked my keys in my car. I called heavy metal towing and I pressed one for immediate service. They answered the phone and was at my house within 10 minutes and I’m talking about it was 830 at night. I can’t express enough how grateful I am and how professional these guys these guys put the blue in blue collar. If it wasn’t for them, I would not have been at work this morning.They are reasonable. They make an effort list to fulfill your needs! Please go and call them for any leads you want that has to do with towing Mechanic lockouts great company and great people. Thank you guys.
Called them in the morning. Needed my car picked up at a certain time and delivered to my house at a certain time and they were there as promised. Great experience. Would use them again and recommend them to others.
Incredible service, and super fast!!! My truck blew up on a stretch of 71 Northbound, and they were able to send me a location tracking link in a text to pinpoint my location. Within minutes we had a plan and a strategy and the price was fantastic! I got picked up by my fiancé, but the tow truck driver called me when he reached the vehicle and let me know it was safe and sound. Highly recommend! Absolutely will use them again!
