I don't have any problems. Guard guy very friendly 12:00 appointment arrived 12:15 park on the right side Walk up to the guard check with Driver license 45 minutes later got the door quick unload.Yes it's true don't come here too early not much of space for parking

Idiotic. 3 stars for the guard, not his fault the establishment he works for sucks. And for the fast unloading. Check-in is dumb

No overnight parking. Not anywhere around. Got a 3 spot pad before gate, but they won't let you park as they keep it open for morning appts. Huge line of trucks around 11am and they use 1 dock for otr deliveries. Pathetic!!!? I'm glad i stopped buying in store at Retreat Auto parts

If you come before your appointment they don't take you, if you come on the appointment they make you wait this place sucks?

When arriving, park on the pull off before the guard check. Take your paperwork and identification to the guard to check in and when it's your time the guard will come to your truck and let you know what dock to go to. You will also need to slide your tandems. There is no overnight parking unfortunately.

This place is so slow. They want you to come on your appointment time then let trucks go in front of you because there behind. Smfh.

Give my appointment time to another driver and want me to wait for another hour totally unprofessional

Took driver 3 hours before appointment time, offloaded within an hour, and very polite folks

They Let You Park Up To Two Hours Outside The Gate If You Want To Stay Overnight Pull To The Side Down The Road From The Facility

They go by appointment times but once 7 hit I was sent through the gate put in a door and was gone before 8am ..good place to deliver to

slow has hell they will keep yu until yur pick up time and n don’t even bother to contact yu for no god dam thing Avoid

They only take with appoiment time, They will give you the door 20 to 30 minutes before your appointment but very fast unloaded. and good people

Came 2 hr before my appointment. Now 1 hour after and I still outside waiting to be called. Awful

Drivers: Mon-Fri receiving starts at 0530 and closes at 0100, Sat 1900 Sun 1930. If you get there early, there's no proper place to park, so try to be on time. If you're doing a drop and hook, and you're able to get in just before closing, go in and get out as you're probably holding them up from leaving. There's no need to go in with an attitude and burning bridges. From my experience, the staff was cooperative, nice, and helpful.

Receiving department was great guy knocked it out and brought my paper work to me....3 stars only because guard run me off when i parked along the syreet outside the gate was only THERE for 5min tring to get my paper work done

I got unloud for 20 min. Fast working people. don't go early, they may leave you on site of the road to wait for your apoiappoint.

Run out of hours unloading there wouldn't let me park for my layover. All though they have plenty of parking. Was forced to park outside the gate an was woken up with 1 hour too go on my layover an was told to move. Call a cop I am not moving until my break is over.

Great receiving team. From check-in to unload, very friendly and a fair amount of unload time. In and out in under 2hrs. Entrance on London Rd

What's the use of an appointment. You know there not the only people that have things to do too. You arrive they make excuses that there busy.? If more companies would charge them detention time,it would stop this nonsense.
