Poor service on my Navien boiler . Did a quick review of my boiler, said it was an issue he couldn’t resolve and left me with a bill. I had someone else to come look at the unit and they were able to determine that the issue he said it was is not the issue. Thanks for nothing. Tried to call him and can only get connected to a robot which is not able to answer any question. Useless and waste of time. Left my home freezing an my family wasted valuable time. By the way amazing that you provide a phone number and website in your replies to resolve the issue when you know full well that there is no human to speak to and your automated messages do not provide anyway to resolve any issue.

I had a great experience with Tech Andre from the Sears dryer repair service. The Andre was professional, punctual, and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what was wrong and provided a solution quickly. It’s refreshing to work with someone who’s honest, respectful, and takes pride in their work. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing appliance repairs and wouldn’t hesitate to call again.

The online scheduler asked for my dryers make and model “in order to have appropriate parts”. My dryer is an older Maytag that basically only needs a pulley, a belt, a roller or a heating element. My heating element was fine, but the technician said the other three parts needed to be replaced. He didn’t have any of the three parts with him. Each of the parts I needed cost about $40 each. His estimate to replace them was higher than buying a brand new dryer. I understand that they need to up charge a little for parts and add labor but the estimate was ridiculous. That being said I need a working dryer fast. I wanted to take a day or two to decide if I should have them install a new dryer or install the new parts. The technician said if I didn’t sign an agreement for repair on the spot, I would have to pay another fee when they come back to install the new parts. I paid the diagnostic fee and told them I would prefer to work with a company that doesn’t try to take advantage of people. I give two stars because the appointment was easy to schedule and the technician was on time. I will never call Sears again. I should have called my local appliance shop to begin with.

Service what efficient. Price is too high and warranty is insignificant. I paid $450 to have an igniter replaced warranted for 30 days.

Desmond was excellent! He was very knowledgeable and accommodating. He was patient and knew excellent what was wrong with our dryer! I highly recommend him and would not hesitate to have him in the future to fix our appliances!

Tech is great, my problem is solved. The only suggestion would be can we make the appointment window shorter? 8 am to 5 pm is really a long wait. 4 hour window will be much better.

Great experience with the tech not so great with the parts as they were sent missing pieces and had to reorder which put our dishwasher out of service for 7 weeks.

Jim and Jose were great. I think $ 470 to troubleshoot and replace $80 in parts is very expensive.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! It is all through AI and you can’t get a human being on the phone. There have been 3 visits plus one appointment that was a no show and it still has not been repaired. They came for the diagnostic appointment without the part, despite me providing the AI bot with the model number, error message, and all the details that could be used to assess the problem ahead of time. It spins but doesn’t stay hot so it takes too long to dry. I paid $129. Then I was charged for a part and $299 for the labor to install the part. It took all of 15 minutes for $299 in labor. So far I have spent over $500. The technician was condescending and told me that when he arrived the last heat setting was in Econ so that might be the reason it wasn’t hot. Meanwhile, I had just been drying a delicate blouse (or trying to). I think I know that heat is needed to dry clothes, thank you. He also told me not to use any of the settings like “towels” and instead just use time dry and decide on the heat level I want. Why should I have a fancy dryer if I can’t use the smart settings? The kicker- it still doesn’t work. I had to search for the number to speak with a live person. These folks were very professional and kind but the next time I tried to call this number it had also been changed to AI only. Oe I can’t get in touch with a live person. They sent another technician who told me that I don’t know how to use my dryer and I need to consult with the manual. So in other words, it used to be able to dry a load of towels in one our and now it takes 2.5 hours. I’m not doing anything differently. Yet it’s my fault and there is nothing wrong with my dryer??? I wasted $500+ and my dryer is still broken. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY.

Julian was the technician assigned to repair my washing machine, he called before arriving was very cordial and got the job done! I am glad to know i can still service a Kenmore machine through this Sears service, they do not make them like they used to anymore,this one is the first repair in 17 yrs !!

First repairman didn’t even open the machine and just ordered parts. Second person told me we needed more parts and that it would cost me more to fix it than to get a new one. Wasted a lot of time on the first guy and the second guy came an hour after the original 4 hour appointment block

Vincent (this week’s tech) was good on informing us on the current issue (this was a recall appt from last week). Last weeks refrigerator issue was resolved and coincidentally a new issue appeared the afternoon of last weeks visit. Apparently there were parts that were on ordered that I didn’t authorize for a problem that I wasn’t made aware of from the last visit. This better not appear on the card. Service with Sears Protect has been cancelled because of an inexcusable bad experience that had nothing to do with Vincent. And because they do no have a live customer service person to speak to - only AI automated “service”. It is impossible to effectively communicate and resolve issues. The automated system also called to confirm an appointment that occurred in the past. Trust is lost. Overall, it’s very messy

Technician diagnosed the issue and said it needed parts which we would order. However, my order is closed and there is no mention of any parts ordered. Had to recall the cus service and get another technician, who i think we do the same thing. THis has set me back another 2 days.. and god knows how many more days if the parts have to be back-ordered

Danny is the best! He’s professional, intelligent and very knowledgeable. He compensated all deficiencies of Sears services. Without him, I’ll rate this service 2 star. The deficiencies: a) long blocking time of schedule: 8am-5pm. b) I was told when Danny was on the way, my snowblower (Ariens) was not on the service list. I almost cancelled my service.

I am giving a 4 star rating because it took a month and a half to complete the repair of my refrigerator due to delay in delivery of ordered parts. Took several phone calls and rescheduled appointments however, the repairman (Dexter) from A&E was the nicest man, considerate and repaired my refrigerator efficiently.

Kevin did a great job. He made sure my washing machine was up and running. He checked all parts & pumps for leaks as well as the machine cycles to make sure they were running correctly. He also installed the motor panel. Kevin was very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend him. Good customer service.

I hesitate to praise him because I did it almost a month ago for that technician & the same problem appeared again. This technician pulled the fridge completely away from the wall & used a bottle with a syringe & hot water to clear out the ice on the freezer floor. Hopefully I won’t have the same problem again..? unfortunately the next morning the freezer floor was filled with ice. Had to call again. Robison came & made some adjustments. Hopefully this will work. Otherwise you’ll get another call from me.

Unfortunately, no repair was done though I was told repair and diagnosis were included in the fee. Also the service person made a fuss about a lack of parking on my block as if this is something I could address. Turns out there were indeed spots half a block away. All in all, it was a poor experience, almost upsetting experience for me and my partner, who spent $140 for a 5 minute diagnosis and no assistance otherwise. I had a lovely conversation with another employee the day before, when we went over the details, checked my notes in the system, and she assured me the fee included diagnosis and repair. I'm never one to complain but this warrants it, unfortunately.

I was very impressed with the service provided. The communication was excellent, with a reminder of my appointment date and a notification from Luis M. when he was on his way to my home. Luis thoroughly checked my refrigerator, adjusted the temperature for both the freezer and the main compartment, and even vacuumed the dust from the back and front of the fridge. He also recommended that my husband and I clean the dust at the bottom of the refrigerator every six months. We greatly appreciated his patience and were very satisfied with the quality of his work. The technician, Wayne, was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. He communicated about the process and ensured my reservation was connected to the previous work order so I would not be billed twice. I appreciated his effort to keep the new appointment I scheduled and get the job done. I would give 4 stars if not for the technical difficulties and the excessive (6 weeks) time I had to wait for the repair to be completed. Thank you, Wayne!
