I had an amazing experience with 1st Class Towing-Chris is absolutely fantastic. He spent 40 minutes trying to jump one of our work vehicles in the evening on a Friday--and when that didn't work he was willing to go back to his office and get an additional charger to try again, he was so polite and apologetic about the car not being able to be jumped, which was not his fault. I told him not to and he returned on Monday to our office after being contacted by our Fleet Maintenance Company Elements to tow the car for us.
He took pictures of the vehicle before putting it on the flatbed, pictures when he arrived to the service location in Riverside, CT and even gave them my information and took pictures of the vehicle dropped off. His communication during both visits to our office was fantastic (calls before arriving and follow-up once he arrived) and I truly appreciated working with a company that was so pleasant-good customer service goes a long way these days-and it shows!

The cold killed my truck at my school campus. I'm not originally from Westchester County so I have zero contacts in the area. I originally checked AAA and the wait was 3 hours just to see somebody and even then the tow back to my hometown mechanic was an hour and a half away. Called 1st Class and spoke to Chris who instead of having me spend $700 to tow it, come check to see if it'll jump or to take it to a local shop. Chris came and jumped it and was super nice and very enjoyable to be around. He didn't want to send me somewhere to waste my time and even showed me how to put my truck in neutral when its dead! The truck has a new battery now and I saved over $400 on what I was originally planning. Safe to say I will always call this company & recommend it simply because they care about what they are doing and who they're doing it for. That's just not something you find anymore in 2026. Excellent service from this wonderful team! We needed a tow as we were stuck due to bad road conditions from the weather ! This was not a normal day as the snow was coming down and the road conditions deteriorated so fast! The care we received from the time of the call to when the tow was done was excellent! The empathy, the expertise and just overall kindness and professionalism was awesome and so much appreciated on a day that was already so long! So grateful for the service we received! I just left from a basketball game at night hosted by the school I work for I was not expecting to get a flat tire. I called a tow company literally down the street from me and they had nobody that could help when I called first class towing, they came all the way from where they were. The driver was in Port Chester came all the way to Scarsdale Central Avenue to get metowed my car dropped it off at my mechanic took pictures and made sure that everything was safe and good to go. I absolutely cannot stress enough how safe reliable and understanding they are. I would choose this towing company hands-down any day.
