I have used Ro-Ro for many years now after they did me a huge favor and jumped my stranded car in the CVS parking lot across the street from them. I was with my elderly mother and could not have had her walk home, so them servicing the car as I waited was a huge deal for me. After that day, I started going to them for all my maintenance needs, from repairs to oil changes to annual inspections. I have always been impressed with them. Al is especially helpful. Whenever I call or show up with some issue, he always has a solution and great advice. He has saved me a ton of effort and time with his suggestions. I was literally stranded in White Plains, N.Y. when the coolant and power steering fluid circulation in my car failed on memorial day (no repair shops open), 2000 miles from home. Talked with Vinny at Ro-Ro Automotive 7:30 a.m. the next morning, and had the car towed to his shop. What happened was the most competent, caring, honest, professional auto repair experience I've ever had, in over a million miles of driving. Getting the right parts can be tricky for an older car - Vinny secured the exact part that was needed, his mechanics installed it perfectly, and I was on my way. The work that had scheduled was done without a hitch and on schedule.. Vinnie even spotted another problem that I was not aware of a gave me a referral to have it taken care of.. His referral turned out to be a great guy and he took care of the welding that was required.. Good deal all the way around!

Andy and his staff were courteous, friendly and respectful. I needed a wheel alignment and had made an appointment. I left the car and it was completed earlier than I expected. I received a color coded print out of my cars alignment before the work and after, which is good to identify any problems. The car rode just as it did before I had front end work done at another shop. Their pricing is competitive. I would not hesitate to call them again.

Hidden gem when it comes to in-ground alignments. These guys know their stuff when it comes to high end performance car alignments. Had my Type R and NSX done to my exact specs in less than an hour.

Went from having a perfectly drivable car to a car with 6k worth of damage. I’m not sure how a tire just comes off of a car in the middle of driving, but this is the only place I’ve taken my car(s) for almost 10 years. Nobody touches the car since it is in a garage most of the time. Most ppl I have asked said this is usually (at least 95% of the time) due to human error. I don’t care who’s fault it is, although the last thing we got done was a tire rotation. You be the judge. 6k is not a small amount of money to deal with unexpectedly. That’s what I care about, since dealing with insurance has been a nightmare. Somebody made a costly mistake, it’s not me, and yet I’m paying for it. I did everything I was supposed to do. Regular maintenance, etc. So this still baffles me. I’m just glad we’re alive, it could have been catastrophic.
