I am very satisfied with A&C body. From the moment we called to report that my car had been in an accident, i was immediately taken care of. They asked us to bring the car in right away and even offered to pick it up if it wasn’t drivable. They quickly contacted the insurance company, processed the claim, and generated a quote without any hassle on our end. What truly impressed me was their online tracking system, which shows the entire repair process from start to finish, including near real-time updates and a detailed breakdown of parts and materials. If you’ve ever dealt with a mechanic, you know how rare this level of transparency is. On top of that, they personally called to make sure I was aware of updates especially helpful if aren't actively checking their online system. They handled all communication with the insurance company, including approvals and completion of the work. And the repair itself was impeccable. The car was thoroughly washed before pickup, and they even returned my rental car to Enterprise for me, making the entire experience incredibly convenient. Had an unfortunate incident with my car being assaulted by the door of another car in a parking lot. Their insurance was Geico, who sent me to A&C Auto body for an estimate and repair. Before agreeing to have my 6-month-old car repaired here I read the reviews, it all seemed quite positive. They assess the damage, and concluded that it needed to be repaired and couldn't be removed through PDR. The insurance company agreed to pay for it, and A&C did a fantastic job, you can't even see where the damage was or that the car has been repaired which is exactly what you want. Joey was amazing, and a car guy who you could tell, cares about cars as much as I do. If you care about your car you want somebody fixing it who cares about it as much as you, and is going to fix it the way they would fix it for themselves. Overall I was very satisfied with my experience I got my car back sooner than expected. I hope not to have to come back again and see Joey, but if that is the case, I know where I'm going to be taking my car, or my wife's car, or my kid's car, or any car.

I have used A&C auto twice for repairs to my Accord. They did a great job working with my insurance so that I never had to deal with any paperwork or calls. Work has been perfect. Their management is so friendly and helpful, calling to give me updates without me even asking.

You couldn't get a better bunch of people from the owner. All the way to the workers is a pleasure to go there. Unfortunately we're going there to get our car fixed, but other than that these people are great and do great work.

Great care and great service. Very knowledgeable techs also. They're able to give you suggestions for the best possible service as well as alternatives to fit in your price range. They also work very quickly and get your vehicle back to you within a reasonable amount of time. The care and concern they show are also top-notch. We recently lost both of our vehicles when a tree branch fell on them. They were very courteous and sympathetic as they helped us through that entire process, including removing the plates before the cars were hauled off to the junk yard. I highly recommend this company. ??

Brought my car here through a geico claim for an accident I wasn’t at fault for. Flawlessly easy process from start to finish. The rental car was set up for me from the start, good communication, rear bumper on my car was done in a week and they did a complimentary interior cleaning. 100% would recommend.
