Extremely Disappointed with Service and Communication I was told to come in on Saturday at 8:00 AM. I arrived on time and waited for over an hour after being told someone would come open the gate. No one ever showed up or called. I let them know I could return later around 4–5 PM, and they agreed. When I returned at 5:00 PM, the same thing happened—no one was there. I called and was told again to wait and that someone would call me to open up. I waited another 35–45 minutes without receiving any call. I called several times, but my calls were sent straight to voicemail. Luckily, I had a second phone and tried calling from that. They picked up on the first ring, likely thinking it was a new customer. When I explained who I was and the car involved, they said someone would call me shortly. I waited another hour before finally receiving a call—only to be told they’re closed on weekends. This was a complete waste of time and extremely frustrating. The lack of communication and professionalism was unacceptable. Their website also falsely advertises 24-hour service, which clearly isn’t accurate. They need to update their site and improve their customer service drastically.

Great experience. Driver (unfortunately we didn’t get his name) was extremely nice and professional. He got us within 15 mins of calling and took us to the Costco tire center. Prices were very reasonable too. Would definitely use them again.

My dad and I arrived at the tow lot and nobody was there. We called to let them know we were here and they sent us to cvs to go get the cash which was a 10 minute walk there and back. They informed us they will be there when we come back. We came back less than 10 minutes and they told us we now have to wait 40 minutes because the guy went on another call.

This guy John charged me for a extra day when I can to this business before he was there at 8:00am, he also didn’t show me the rates when I asked about them. Furthermore he scratched my car .BAD FOR BUSINESS!!!

the guy that tow my car is the only one that can handle and asnwer question regarding form of payment, amount and when to pickup car. I spoke to two different people that work at the same location none could give me answers, and the guy that I need to talk to forgot his cell phone at the office.

over the phone agree with the price, and send them all the locations and details, didnt even show up, and they ask me to pay.. I really don’t understand why is this happened, and I told them to let the tow guy call me, so I can get my driver find him, and he told me that my boss don’t wanna take to anyone.. horrible to work with this company.

They broke my front bumper cover n didn't say anything super expensive for a overnight tow by wppd $425

The truck drivers are reckless coming home from work and i see a truck with this logo endangering so many lives cutting through traffic imagine what they do with cars

Excellent service and definitely most affordable service in elmsford area. I had a 16 foot box truck I needed to tow from Hartsdale ny to Naugatuck ct. 76 miles distance and they did it for me for a price at least I was able to afford specially with economy so bad. I called the other local companies their quotes were $600 more than what this company charged me. So I appreciate what they did for me. Otherwise I couldn't afford the towing. They came next day at time we agreed.

Awesome business. I had my car towed to my desired location with zero problems. Steven is professional, courteous, and kind. I am very grateful that a company likes this is in Westchester. I definitely recommend this business. A plus.

Towed my car on Sunday morning at 3am and i tried picking it up but said offices closed on sunday - they charged extra $250 why on earth would they tow my car if offices closed that day, complete scam stay away!!

This guys are thieves. They way over charged a highway tow. State mandates those prices. They put bogus fees. Beware.

Very unprofessional, began cursing at me and yelling at me. I couldn’t make out the names the driver of the tow truck was calling me... two others started yelling telling me to get lost, when I was checking on my car where I live.. threatening and abusive

Great Experience. They helped me out late on a Sunday night. No other company came out or was despatching trucks beacuse it was Sunday night. The driver was friendly and checked in regularly with me beacuse he was running late. The pick up and drop off was quick. An overall great experience.

They were doing an accident recovery and while attempting to roll over a vehicle, they did not properly secure it, so as soon as they flipped it back onto its wheels, it rolled almost 300 feet down a hill AND INTO THE SIDE OF MY HOUSE. And now they are arguing with my insurance company because they say ITS NOT THEIR FAULT!!!! AMATEUERS!!!! They cant even own up to their own mistakes. Notice the owner replied claiming ignorance! Typical of them. Part of the settlement means i cannot discuss this further. But i will say STAY AWAY. TOTALLY INCOMPETENT. UNSAFE. And crooked! Read the rest of the reviews!!!

Without my consent he came with another vehicle and came out with $2600 and told me that if I don't pay he will tow the vehicle to his yard ... TOOK HIM 15 MIN TO DO THE JOB !!!!! AFTER I PAID HIM WITH THE CHECK ... HE DECIDED IT IS NOD GOOD ENOUGH ... TOWED MY TRUCK TO HIS YARD AND DEMANDED $5500 TO RELEASE VEHICLE !!! I HAD TO PAY BUT I WILL SEE HIM IN COURT ... PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS !!!!

Horrible service, kept me waiting all day for a service I should not have paid for, literally all day from 2pm to 10pm to try and charge me, then he has the nerve to get loud on the phone and try to muscle me out of money. Stay away, bad service, bad people.
