Terrible service I bought a predator 4375 generator 3 days ago and it has mechanical problems they told me they wouldn’t take it back because it had a cap full of gas in the tank while I drained and emptied tank best as possible the workers gave me a attitude and said they wouldn’t take it back but 5 mins before this the guy was ready to return it and give me the money back minus the re stock fee bad business and service guy in picture needs to be fired terrible attitude and customer service !

Great prices, helpful staff (if they don't know something,they find someone that does!) easy returns.

Friendly staff and a good place to buy tools. The lifetime warranty is legit and the staff will exchange anything you bring in.

This is the second time that I really spent time in the place looking around and I was surprised. The staff is great and believe it or not the tools are just as good as the big box stores on most tools I should say.

Exceptionally nice staff! They always know where anything you want is located in the store. The people that work there are what makes this Harbor Freight the great store it is. My last cashier, Donell was so pleasant and great to deal with.

Every Harbour Freight store I have been in always is mis managed with staff at registers. 4-6 registers, one over worked cashier begging customers to sign up for membership as line goes to rear of store. Such a pity.

I’ve always been a fan of cheap junk for cheap prices when you need cheap junk. But lately the prices have pretty much stayed the same and the junk has gotten worse and then when I walk around the store, I noticed that the only way to get the cheap junk at the old cheap junk prices is if you pay them a $29 fee to join the “cheap junk discount cheap junk buyers club”. There’s just something wrong with advertising sale prices with little tiny * signs only to find out that you don’t really get that price unless you join their “cheap junk $29 club”. And on the way out, I see the sign for the Harbor Freight credit card with it’s ridiculous 29.9999% interest rate that “works hard”, and I mean really hard, at emptying your bank account lol… And if you dig a little bit deeper Into what they want you to sign and agree to it’s borderline comical. Here’s a few provisions. I caught while waiting in line to buy some of my cheap junk: 1. "Daily Rates May Vary. The APR and the daily rate on your account vary with the market based on the prime rate. The prime rate for a billing cycle is the highest bank prime loan rate published in The Wall Street Journal in its Money Rates section on the last business day of the calendar month preceding the first day of the billing cycle." This convoluted language basically says your interest rate can change at any time for any reason, allowing them to jack up your rates whenever they feel like it. 2. "We may give up some of our rights under this Agreement. If we give up any of our rights in one situation, we do not give up the same right in another situation." Translation: "We reserve the right to selectively enforce this agreement however we want. Just because we let something slide once doesn't mean you can expect the same treatment next time!" 3. "You acknowledge that the reward points have no cash value and that reward points and any Harbor Freight Money are purely promotional, may not be redeemed for cash or its equivalent, and are provided without the payment of any consideration or other thing of value." So those "rewards" points you earn are actually worthless Monopoly money that Harbor Freight has no obligation to honor. But hey, at least you get a "free" mini flashlight after spending $500! 4. "We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, change, or terminate the Rewards Program, in whole or in part; to modify, limit, or suspend the accumulation, collection, use, or redemption of reward points or rewards in any manner, including but not limited to imposing time limits and changes to reward point values or the number of reward points required for a particular reward." Heads up - Harbor Freight can alter or eliminate your rewards points whenever they want, for any reason at all, without even telling you. Hope you weren't counting on that electric drill "reward" you've been saving up for! The terms are filled with legalese giving Harbor Freight all the power while minimizing their accountability to the customer. But what else would you expect from a 16-page credit card agreement? Always read the fine print!

Love this place, I've bought many products such as: collapsible cart; various weatherproof cases for my professional photo gear; not to mention TOOLS, lots of TOOLS at very low pricing. Thanks guys, Frank Bruno.

I like the store and Nyack better than the one in White Plains. Seem to have more selection. Harbor freight has a little bit of everything. You just have to be careful about quality. I don't think I'd buy any hand tools, electric type of things there I don't think they would last. You just have to be careful on what you're buying.

This harbor tools is pretty good. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Helped me find everything I needed in a very timely manner. Would highly recommend to anyone interested in getting tools at a reasonable price.

The staff is very helpful and relatively knowledgeable about items sold. But the quality of the merchandise is questionable. Not getting old Sears Craftsman quality level tools, but made in Asia items that don't last. You get what you pay for.

Visited this place last week for the first time. I am really amazed how many different things they carry and almost everything is affordable. Can’t even compare to the other very well know stores! Was looking for low profile and long reach jacks and jack stands. So many different options. Best thing was to see in person what you want to buy! Great place for professionals and DIYs.

Harbor Freight used to be amazing when they handed out 20% off coupons. Now, there are few coupons and when they do have them, they're only 5% or 10% and exclude a lot of brands. They're still great for cheap, one-time-use things and their hours are pretty convenient. Their staff are also very helpful even if the store's policies have turned into garbage.

Store was immaculate and well stocked. Employees were very friendly and professional. Cashier was super friendly and very kind to my young son. I will be returning this store is a benchmark for all others. Simply excellent.

I was happy when they opened this location. The store has a good selection of everything from tools to car accessories and some camping gear. It is the perfect place for grabbing whatever you need while in the middle of a project without the hassle of busy crowded stores with on one to help you get what you need. Love this place!

It's Nice to have a harbor freight tools in the neighborhood. While they do stock an awful lot of products, there is not a great choice of brands. You go to the store when you need something specific. The staff is extremely helpful and alerts you to any discount you might be eligible for, and they are great at knowledge of the placing of products in their store.

Amazing array of tools for just about every trade at incredibly low prices.They have special sales for extra savings if you become a HF member for a nominal annual fee. I can't visit this store too often because every isle I walk down I see something I just have to buy. ??

Great store. Very helpful staff. Make sure to check the website for coupons first. At least once a month you can get 15-20% off. Bring a photo of the coupons on your phone zoomed in big enough to scan the bar code. Plenty of parking and the staff will bring out big things to your car.

It’s rare to find a store with amazing customer service. If you go somewhere and don’t have a problem, you feel fortunate. At harbor freight you dare to Expect a great experience and get one. Jared is an example of what customer service should look like. You can tell that he cares about the experience. He should teach Other sales people how to treat customers. My guess is his parents did an incredible job raising him teaching him how to interact with people. The rest of why he’s so good is probably A combination of his personal experiences plus working for a store and manager who treat all customers That way. My experience with his manager Tara was equally great. I have a unique situation and you could tell that she will do whatever it takes to make it better. I highly recommend this location as opposed to the experiences we’ve all had at Home Depot and Lowe’s. I know when I go to stores like that I’m going to walk out with a headache. It’s the opposite at Harbor freight in White Plains because of people like Jared and Tara. Thank you!

As always Harbor Freight has the greatest prices. It's always a great idea to hunt for coupons before coming to the store. The store is well organized. The staff is really helpful. They always have great sales. Be sure to check out their website to see the latest coupons. They also have the option where you message a particular number and you get a 10% discount coupon. If you have great patience, then wait for their Parking Lot sale, at that time you'll be amazed at what all deals you can find.

Over all I like this Harbor freight. Its always easy for me to get to and it always has plenty of parking. We all know what they are famous for... tools at an affordable price so don’t forget you do get what you pay for and all that. They only issue I ever had was I bought a compressor there and it didn’t work. They gauge was never accurate and every time you used the tool you had to adjust the output psi. So that’s definitely not going to work even for around the house. The manager rolled her eyes and said “well what do you expect it is a power tool”. Thats not really the answer you give to someone who brings it back the next day. I was going to just exchange it but after that I just returned it for a refund. The store gets 4 stars for always being clean and convenient.

I love a bargain priced tool. The store is well organized and has friendly, helpful staff. Make sure you check over the tools you are purchasing as the quality varies a bit. The off gassing smell could be a vented better.

Too much stuff to choose from so study the catalogue before coming in or you'll burn 3 hours easily. This place is always well stocked. Just know the limits of the tools you buy here and you won't be disappointed. I bought a $15 fibreglass handled sledge and this thing is still shiny after repeated weekly uses. A much better purchase than a $100 sledge from the tool guy in my opinion.

It's a tool place worth visiting. They have a great selection, and are very helpful and friendly. They definitely beat others prices. Plus they always have a coupon on your way out for 20% off your next visit (check the dates). You can call ahead of you have any questions about their policies and products. It's definitely not like shopping at other tool places, much more helpful and customer oriented.
