I have a brand new Jeep wrangler. I needed to get an inspection as soon as possible being the temporary one was expiring. Went in and spoke to the gentleman who I assume is the owner. He was absolutely amazing told me to pull up the car in the first day and had my inspection done in under 10 minutes. In addition, he was so polite and appreciative of my business. I highly recommend automotive service center.

Took the car to the dealership, they wanted $830 for a repair. Took it to Abraham, total was $37. As he said, "I want to gain customers by saving them money." Well he has! I'd give 6 stars if I could.

My first visit a few years ago was for a simple inspection sticker. I was impressed by many small things most don’t notice. 3 years now and it’s my first choice for my 22 BMWx3 to my grandfather’s’68 Fairlane. Abraham is honest and simply a delightful person to deal with. He explains everything in thoughtful detail. My wife has been just as pleased and before coming here, she didn’t want to deal with car problems. Not anymore. They have earned our TRUST.

I've been bringing my car to this service center (formerly mt Kisco Automitve) for almost 20 years. They have been the best! Honest, use quality parts, work with their customers, effecient, and curteous. The owner is great and is deeply involved in every repair that comes thru the shop. Highly recommended.

It started out being my boyfriend’s mechanic shop and quickly became my go to mechanic shop. Abe, the owner is so kind, patient, friendly and his work ethic, outstanding. Promptly there by 8am and he’s ready to get you in and out with his team of excellent mechanics working together to get your car in its best shape. I highly recommend Mt. Kisco Automotive. I traveled from New Rochelle to here when I needed my car inspected and new tires. Abraham is extremely kind, understanding, and communicates clearly! He helped service my car at short notice and provided the tires I needed same day even when he was out of stock. Pricing is fair and affordable. 10/10

Last year I purchased a new car. I live in NY but bought the car in CT. I needed an inspection. Asked some neighbors for recos and was told about Mt Kisco Auto II. Abraham couldn’t be any more pleasant and appreciative of your business. I was expecting to bay the $37.00 for an inspection He said, no, for the first 2 years it’s less because it’s only a safety inspection. He could have easily charged me the $37 and I would have paid it. That convinced me he was an honest person. At this time I need only oil changes and tire rotation. While waiting for my car, the people that come their for service know and trust him. Other reviews also have great things to say about him.

Abraham and the technicians are fantastic people. Always providing great service and fair pricing. I take my care there for any issues and it is resolved very quickly.

What a nice group of workers at this shop. I stopped by in hope that they could check my tires since the pressure light came on an hour into my 5 hour drive to south Jersey from Connecticut. I was so concerned that I Googled this shop for help and they could not have been more helpful! Since my brother sold his auto repair business 8 years ago I have been jumping from auto mechanic to auto mechanic until I was introduced to Abraham. He has to be the most trusted and honest mechanic I have dealt with since my brother sold his business. He is quick, knowledgeable, his premises are very comfortable, his workers are friendly and his prices are more than fair. What more could you ask for in an auto repair business! For those reasons I recommend him with 5+ stars to everyone.

Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. I paid a completely unnecessary $1000 repair bill for a blown motor on a car I ended up having to junk, that Abraham should have known and advised was not worth it. Instead he pushed me to do the repair and convinced me otherwise. What was wrong with the car was that the water pump broke and jumped the timing belt. The timing belt jumping caused several of the valves to either bend or break, causing the engine to not start. I didnt know any of this, Abraham advised me that it was just the water pump, and replacing ALL of the timing components would fix it. It didn't. He told me AFTER the $1000 repair bill that there was no compression and likely the valves are bent or broken from the timing belt jumping....this was only told to me after this repair was done. i do not know why he kept that information from me until then, as if I had known the repair would be futile, I would have never of gone through with it. After speaking with 3 different auto shops, they all told me the same thing; that a high-interference engine like the one I had, would almost certainly have had bent or broken valves knowing the water pump broke and the timing belt jumped, and would have advised that prior to any repairs and would not advise any repairs except an engine replacement. Why would Abraham keep this information from me? Either out of malice, or out of technical inexperience. Either or, I paid the price. Hopefully you dont by avoiding them for any major repairs. I'm sure they can do all the simple stuff like brake jobs and wheel balancing, but I'd go to someone more reputable for any and all intermediate-advanced technical work.

Found this place because of its high ratings and positive reviews. I found the owner Abraham to be honest and his price was more than fair. The job was done quickly and I feel the work done was excellent. If I happen to run into any more trouble with my vehicle I will not hesitate to bring my vehicle back to Mount Kisco Automotive.

Abraham has been a constant go to mechanic and his crew always seem to be up to the task, big and small. If Abraham feels it falls outbid his domain he will tell you up front and also where to go for help. I recently bought a “new” late model used hybrid for my wife and asked him to do a safety check…. He asked me to come back the next morning to give his guys enough time to evaluate the car properly. He took me the next morning, gave the car a thorough once over and congratulated me on my purchase. I tipped the mechanic but Abraham said “you’re a good man for making sure that your wife is safe, I’d do the same…no charge, see you soon my friend “ …. How does it get any better than that!

I cannot say enough about Mr. Abraham and is team. I truly feel they go above and beyond to take care of you, make sure you are driving safely and very reasonable prices. Mr. Abraham is a kind man who values his customers and treats them with respect and fairly. Mount Kisco Automotive 2 (Abraham and his son Richie) are a bunch of unscrupulous and incompetent auto mechanics. When I brought in my 2013 Subaru for what I thought was a minor suspension issue, Abraham suggested replacing the lower control arms. After that, the nightmare started. The CV axles were now making a clicking sound and Abraham suggested replacing them. After he replaced them and returned the car to me there was a strong vibration and shaking in the front end and alignment was way off. I brought the car back to him four more times, and each time, he returned the car to me in the same condition (strong vibration and shaking in the front end and alignment was way off). The last time, when I told him that was going to complain to Westchester County Consumers affairs, he told me “I was like a brother to him” and to bring it in again. When I finally picked it up, he told me that he had two other mechanics look at it, that it was fine and safe to drive. The son even had the audacity to say that pebbles in my rim were causing the vibration. By this time, I knew they were full of it, and when I drove away, the car still had a strong vibration and shaking in the front end and alignment was way off. Two weeks later, when I brought it to LaDuca down the road (he’s awesome by the way), to take a look and have the car properly repaired, when he took it for a test drive, one of the CV axles that Abraham replaced, broke. LaDuca had to replace both of these along with the lower control arms that Abraham replaced, as the compliance bushings were separating; this is after a total of 1100 miles had been put on the car after Abraham’s shoddy repair. Stay away from Mount Kisco Automotive 2. Once again, incompetent, unscrupulous, dishonest, etc... Returning a car to a customer four times in an unsafe condition says it all. I could have had my family in the car, and had I driven it just a few miles more, I would’ve been the one on the side of the road with a broken front axle.

I always have hated going to get my car serviced, because they can tell me anything and I pretty much have to believe them, not knowing much about cars myself. But with Mt. Kisco Automotive 2, it is no longer a problem. Abraham gives amazing service and is clearly an honest man. Today, he didn't do something I'd asked for because apparently I didn't need it and he saw I had kids and knew how expensive they are. He calls with updates instead of the usual chasing. The prices are more than fair. He will squeeze you in if your are really in a hurry. In 40 years of car ownership, this is by far my best service experience!

Abraham is the man!! He is so nice and attentive. He always answered the phone, called me with any updates, and was very up-front. Fixed an issue with my front brakes and oil change in less than 24 hours at a good price. I'm not a car person and still he was very patient and didn't try to take advantage. Car feels like new now!

Ordered tires from their other location in the past and was happy with how fast and professionally everything was done. Additionally, being in a competitive automotive area their prices to mount and balance all four tires were very reasonable! Last week I brought my work van to the new location for a tune up, brakes, rotors, etc. I had a tight schedule and the owner Abraham offered to drop the van off at my house when the job was done, which he did! Work was great, van feels brand new, and no more check engine light. Overall, truly pleased with the service I received and grateful for Abraham’s hospitality!
