It was fine at first, I called and they told me to come in at 9am for a consultation. We began the consultation but the guy locked himself out of the building. Told me to leave because he was locked out and that they would call me back to follow up. I never got a call back.

I went there to fix a part for my car , They were very nice and polite, took great care of my car , and respectful of things I had in my car , even took a stain that I was trying to remove forever , made my day

Matt and his team I’ve known for 15 years when I got my dream car needless to say some idiot backed into my Brand new Jeep Cherokee and try to get away with it and the damage came out to $4600. He never answered the phone thought he would get away with it. I only had my jeep for two days. Matt made sure within 10 days I would have my baby back and not only that they put the decals on from the 70s that I picked out Perfectly, and when My stupid friend backed into my grandfather‘s garage and busted the thousand dollar tail light Matt The amazing human being that he that he is Got a hold of Jeep and lowered the price down two tail lights for only $800. Matthew knows how I kept that car pristine and clean. I was basically sleeping with the enemy that’s how clean I kept that Jeep and when I asked him should I get rims he said no my advice to you go with what Matthew Beobide says to do go with what his crew tells you what to do. You’re in the safest hands possible.

Customer service is top notch. From older vehicles, to brand new ones, every make and model out there, Ethos is professional, meticulous, 20 plus years experienced, friendly, cooperative, understanding, compassionate and much more. The entire crew is amazing. Owner Matthew Beobide along with the entire staff, meet all of the needs of their customers to the absolute best of their ability which is done with utmost satisfaction. Making sure customers needs are met and take care of all the hassle of dealing with insurance companies, loaner cars, etc. They make the unpleasant experience of an accident or even a scratch on your car, one that eases the stress and anxiety that things like this may cause in our lives. People pick up (or have their vehicle dropped off to their home if needed) feeling like their car looks better than it did when it left the showroom.

Came in for a detailing and left happy and satisfied. Employees seem friendly and knowledgeable. The shop looks professional, clean, and in a good area. Seems like they work on a variety of cars judging by the cars in the lot. I'd recommend coming here for sure.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Ethos Body Shop! My van was badly damaged in the rear by a skid steer—busted door, window, bumper, body panel, and various plastic pieces. After a long and frustrating insurance process, they really went to bat for me when the adjuster came to assess the damage, making sure that everything was taken care of and fixed properly. They were accommodating with my schedule and ordered a special part I requested without any hassle. Work kicked off as soon as we got the insurance approval and wrapped up as quickly as I could hope for. The final result was flawless and you’d never know there was ever any damage to the vehicle. Huge thanks to Raymond, Ashton, and Steve for their amazing service!

I brought my Defender in to do some aesthetic work. I worked with Ashton to get an understanding of my options and pricing. Once we decided on the best option, Ashton was able to get me an appointment immediately. I came in early to drop off my truck and was immediately greeted by the team and spoke with the shops owner Matthew. He came out to my car and did a walk through to assure he knew exactly what my goals were. At the end of the day, they called to let me know my car was ready. When I showed up to pick up my car I was blown away! Not only was the job perfectly executed, they detailed my entire car - it looked better than the day I picked it up from the dealership. Luis (manager) came out and walked me around the truck to assure I was happy with their work. I don’t usually don’t write reviews, but this entire experience blew away my expectations. The Ethos Team really rolled out the red carpet! I’m very grateful and looking forward to continuing to work with their team! I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to assure their vehicle is in good hands!

I brought them my absolutely filthy - it's been used as basically a farm truck for two years - little Chevy Spark to be cleaned up before surprising a 16 year old with it as his first car. Even though I hadn't been able to plan in advance and make an appointment, Luis the manager couldn't have been more helpful, fit us in and just a few hours later, I picked up a car that was sparkling inside and out, smelled great (replacing the previous overwhelming scent of donkeys!) and renewed all over. I didn't really have time to do any repairs to the paint scraped off in back after an encounter with the corner of a barn while backing up once but Luis and the gentleman who did the detailing worked some sort of magic that darkened it so it blended with the rest of the car's black paintwork. Couldn't have been happier with the job they did - at a great price. The whole team was friendly and it was just a very positive experience from beginning to end.

Somehow they outdid themselves again, Ethos auto-body, took in my almost totaled Camaro 2SS and made it look better than new. Throughout my entire experience with Ethos , they were extremely supportive and engaging during the process. They made sure to keep me updated and completed the job in a more than fair timely manner. Big thanks to Luis for honoring his word and doing everything he could to help me out and get done what needed to be done and as well as everyone on the Ethos team. Regardless of whatever you need done to your vehicle, it would make no sense to bring your car anywhere anywhere else.

These guys are great—had a fender bender that needed work, and they got me in right away, handled everything directly with insurance, and got my car back quickly looking brand new. Nice touch with a great, full detailing on inside and exterior. Just updating to say I stopped in needing some help with a road tar splatter situation and they just took care of me like family as a returning customer…hard to find businesses like this. A real gem.

Owner is friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced. Easy to work with and accommodating. They do excellent, high quality work! I brought my car into Ethos Auto Body after having backed it into the garage frame of our house and after speaking with the owner Dan. Right off the bat, I felt at ease...the entire shop, from the front/waiting room to the actual shop floor itself was pristine. Further, Dan was welcoming and friendly and completely straight forward on the process and cost to fix this little boo boo! He also offered to help set me up with a rental car. Service was quick and Dan provided updates through out the process and was quick to respond when I asked questions. Last minute, I asked if they could also do an oil change and a cleaning of the interior. He gladly said yes without hesitation. When I picked up the car, I was beyond impressed with the results! It was better than I ever expected. No more dents, garage paint, etc. The exterior was cleaned and detailed, literally sparkling! The oil was changed, and the inside was cleaner than ever! They also managed to get 99% of our yellow labs hair off the black interior!!! From start to finish, the service at Ethos Auto Body is top notch. I have and will continue to recommend them and will certainly be back for future service!!!
