I went there to replace windshield wipers. I asked them if they would install them and the salesman said there was no one available even though there were 3 employees stand around. He was also a little arrogant. So I went a block or 2 away to Napa and purchasd them there and they were happy to install them.

This is a great location, The staff is always very helpful and friendly. Phenomenal staff

Blake was the absolute best!! I needed help with a battery and wiper blades and he made the process go so smooth and quick. Not only did he help me find what I needed but he installed it for me in the freezing cold ?. I want to give a special "thank you" to Bert and Maria. I needed a battery for my '99 Wrangler and asked if they had an Optima yellow in stock. Maria said they had one left, I asked her to hold it for me and I would be right over to pick it up. Bert helped me when I got there, was super friendly and attentive, and we chatted it up about being car guys. It's always nice to deal with people who know what they're talking about. I have to say that Alex advance Auto is the nicest man go out of his way to help you but unfortunately some people don't appreciate the help but Alex you up the good work and you'll see me again, thanks for all your help

The mangers Burk and Greg weren't very nice, the place was too expensive and the customer service wasnt very great either i wouldn't recommend this store but it was the only thing open.

An employee name Alex saved my car from undergoing a cease on my engine. He gave me knowledge that’ll make me more cautious about my engine! Thanks Alex!

I walked in at about 7:30ish with 2 friends of mine, looking for a spark plug for a pit bike. As we go to pay for starting fluid, an employee Chris Nunez said and I quote "I was wondering the store and then accused me of putting something in my pocket"(stealing pretty much) while the lady Holly was looking for the sparkplug, I only looking around picking up and putting things back down. I'm a car guy so of course I'm going to walk around the store, I was thinking of opening up a business account with advanced in mount kisco but that won't happen anymore. I'm Hispanic so hopefully it wasn't racial. I guess he expected me to just hang out at the register. I also took everything out from my pockets, and showed him what I had. Hey chris, you should check the cameras!

Christian was extremely rude on 03/14/2023 at 7:40. We were waiting for hollie to find the spark plug for my bike which took awhile, so we wondered the store. He went to my friend and said he saw him take something and to empty his pockets. He never stole anything or had any Intention. I hope it wasnt due to his race or ethnicity.

But bad fit generic auto part store . Anything special order or specific takes time costs the same as OEM for non OEM designed to work with OEM part numbers but have had two bad ect sensors!

I gave this store a shot since the other auto parts store was closed when I needed to buy something and this store is too expensive and they gave me the wrong product twice and now they won't take my return since it's "used". Seriously? How else am I going to see if it works or not. I'm never coming here.
