I towed my 2025 Tesla Model 3 Performance there after it was in an accident. They are certified by Tesla, the work looks great, and the performance seems unaffected, like nothing ever happen. (I am writing this review 3 months after my car was repaired and returned) Matt and his team communicated well. I would recommend this body shop.

About a year ago, a deer hit my beautiful Tesla Model Y and I brought my damaged but drivable car to Northern Westchester Auto Body. They made the car look brand new, erasing significant damage to the car. They also washed all my interior protective floor mats!! The communication and service was fantastic! This Saturday. 2/21/26 I decided to get an estimate to the lower front bumper of the same car that was hit while I was on a business trip, parked in an offsite lot near JFK. When I got back from the trip, my car, which had been moved several times, (love the Tesla App) was covered with snow and slush, and at 11pm in the dark, I couldn't see the damage. Upon washing my car I found the damage to be more than what I thought, once I noticed it. Vinnie had one of his service techs clean up the front bumper, buff the area and then spot painted with touch up paint to make the issue much less noticeable. No charge!! Vinnie suggested I give the tech $25, I gave him $30 and we'll make a long term game plan for bumper this spring. I would highly recommend Northern Westchester Auto Body to any car owner, especially Tesla owners!

Stopped in at the Bedford Green Street location, a bit in distress over a stratch on my Jaguar. The guys there were terrific! They gave me excellent and immediate service and fixed it in an instant. I drove off a very happy and impressed customer. Thank you! Will be back for the next one!

Last month, I was involved in an accident where I was rear ended. The tow truck that picked up my car was from Northern Westchester Auto Body. I asked them to tow it to the nearest Tesla dealer and Matt Brosso was very agreeable. I found out at the Tesla dealer that Northern Westchester Auto Body provided body services for them. I felt secure knowing that Matt Brosso and a Tesla certified auto body shop would be taking care of my car. Throughout the whole process dealing with insurance, Matt was very responsive and helpful. Eventually, insurance decided my car was a total loss. Since I live an hour away, I asked Matt to send me my license plates and he kindly sent them to me. Even though getting into a car accident is not fun, I am glad that the accident was near Northern Westchester Auto Body and I am thankful for Matt Brosso.

I highly recommend Northern Westchester Auto Body – they are absolutely outstanding, especially when it comes to repairing Teslas! A few weeks ago a deer ran into my car as I was stopped at a traffic light on the Saw Mill and did massive damage to my 2025 Model 3. Crumpled hood, shattered headlight assemblies, cracked bumper, dented doors and fenders, side mirror ripped off and windshield cracked. I was devastated and worried sick about finding a shop that truly knows how to work on Teslas properly. From the moment I called, Matt made the entire process stress-free. He’s incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his customers. He kept me updated every single step of the way with photos, detailed explanations, and realistic timelines – no surprises, no radio silence, just clear and constant communication. That alone put my mind at ease during a very frustrating situation. When I picked up the car today, I was blown away. It honestly looks brand new – better than new, actually. The paint match is flawless, every panel lines up perfectly, all the sensors and cameras were recalibrated correctly, and the car drives exactly like it did before the accident. From the very beginning, Matt was responsive and a pleasure the work with. They were able to get my car in within a few days and got to work immediately. This is my second time working with Northern Westchester in Bedford Hills NY. The service and attention blow me away every time. Matt and his team are some of the nicest ,most patience and sincere people you will ever meet. They go out of their way to help and are super service oriented! What an amazing place! From start to finish, Matt kept me informed and updated and even helped me to negotiate which parts I wanted the insurance company to use! I had a brand new CR-V Hybrid with less than 5k miles and a young lady pulled out in front of me causing damage to the entire front of my new car. I reached out to several body shops in the area for a unique project—having the body panels from my remote-controlled helicopter professionally clear-coated. Most shops wouldn’t even look at the parts. But when I called Vinny at Northern Westchester Auto Body, he immediately invited me to bring them in. To most people (including my wife), the idea probably sounded a little ridiculous. But Vinny took it seriously from the start. He offered a fair price, treated the job with care, and delivered incredible quality. The finish on the parts looks amazing, and his attention to detail really shows. These guys are the absolute best! I wrecked my Tesla after spinning out on the highway while hydroplaning in a severe thunderstorm, and the next Tesla collision center appointment wasn’t for over a month. Northern Westchester Autobody came up on the list of approved services, so I called them after hours, and Mike, the son of the father & son run operation, answered and was extremely kind, caring and professional. They looked at my car first thing the next morning and then held my hand through claims and repair process. Super easy to work with, super professional and do such a great job! 10/10 would recommend. Car was detailed and spotless as a bonus when picked up.
