Ultimate Auto was great. My car looks brand new! I had a small accident and Greg took care of the whole situation. I dropped off my car and had a rental car in 5 minutes. He had all the paperwork together and called allstate for me and handled all the stuff you don't want to deal with. I had a very pleasant experience. Especially after a major battle with my insurance company over a minor issue. I needed to have photos taken of my car to restart my insurance. I can’t say I have a top of line car but it’s decent happily I was treated as if I had Mercedes !! 1.)My appointment was easy to make they really accommodated my limited time. The owner himself Greg met me early on a Saturday morning! He had another customer there too whom I’m he had also accommodated. He was quick and attentive. He asked me the pertinent questions, checked my car everything was done within a matter of minutes. 2.) He even made a few simple suggestions reasonably priced in my favor regarding my car care upkeep! 3.) He was very personable, sensitive and he actually listened paid attention to my current and possible car future needs. 4.) He wasn’t seated behind a computer He actually came out and talked to me!! Go figure!! 5.) He gave me a customer card to come back for a few car washes after which if had few car washes I could return and get a free detailing for inside my car which I really need!!! He even put great, awesome smelling air freshener in my car, turned my AC ( it was a hot day and I was rushing to be on time I hadn’t bothered with my AC) So when I got into my car it was nice and cool and he even added some mints Lol!!! So I definitely plan to return after enduring the pandemic and returning to businesses that are highly impersonal this was a wonderful, calming experience and nice touch !!!!

I recently brought my car to Ultimate Auto Body and I could not be happier. Not only is the staff knowledgeable and friendly, they went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Upon arriving, they helped me deal with my insurance company and file a claim, which made the process so much easier. For someone who doesn’t know much about cars, I felt very well taken care of. My car was in rough shape when I first brought it in and now it looks beautiful! The detailing is flawless - I can’t believe my 2010 RAV4 looks new again. We've used Ultimate Auto Body several times in the past few years for body work after accidents, and the results have always been beautiful. The overall experience was outstanding from start to finish. Gregory explained the entire process and simplified every step and made sure I was satisfied at all times. Drop off and pick up were literally 15 minutes each. The offices and waiting room were immaculate and clean. Above all, the quality and workmanship was exceptional. Definitely the best Auto body in the area. You most go see Darrin and he sure will take good care of you. I had a hit and run at work and as soon as I informed Darrin, right away he told me to bring the car in. It took them only a week to fix it. The SERVICE was amazing! They really are top notch mechanics and in my experience, they are the best. My Chevy Trax had taken a big hit after having a terrifying experience of hydroplaning and hitting a tree. My car was completely destroyed on the front right side, the door on the passenger side could not open and the head lights on both sides were shattered. My father who works in the auto parts industry knew exactly where to take me and told me to go directly to Ultimate Body Shop. As soon as I arrived Matty was extremely professional and friendly. He and his team were honest and reliable. Not to mention we got a great value for the damage that was done! I was also impressed when they checked the condition of the car from inside out. My car was returned in immaculate condition. After this experience, this company will certainly have all our business and we highly recommended them!!!!

Ultimate Auto Body is great! Everyone there is nice and they seem to really care about their customers. I needed my car to be fixed in a very small period of time and they were able to get it done for me. Definitely recommend them to anyone!

Let's start by saying, it was a dark night & the tree that shattered my back window out came out of nowhere. So now I was on the hunt for a place to fix my car, her name is Ruby! I went to two other places before finding Ultimate Auto Body. The first 2 places took a couple of pic's & gave me an estimate and said, "let me know what you decide." Then my husband told me about Matt's place Ultimate Auto Body. I went on a Saturday morning, let me tell you as soon as you walk in you know you're gonna have a different experience. His waiting area is very homey, a place for the kids, beautiful ships his granddad made, it looks like a family living room. We went to go look at the damage on my car, Matt asked me some questions, I asked him some & then I left Ruby in his care . I felt confident that my car was in good hands! After a couple of weeks Matt called & let me know to pick my car up. I was truly floored by how GREAT Ruby looked!!! They not only fixed my car but gave her back to me like a Showroom Beauty!! Hopefully I won't have to go back to Ultimate Auto Body but I will without hesitation tell my friends & anyone I over hear saying they need a Body Shop to go see Matt & his guys! They went beyond any expectations I had. Thank you again!!!

My car was looking extremely rough when I brought it in! Not only was the entire ultimate auto body team very nice they were super helpful with talking to my insurance company. When I got my car back it looked better than it did when I first bought it. From the repairs to the detail I could not have been any more satisfied. We had a great experience with ultimate auto body. I have used them several times now because my car keeps getting hit. Matthew Beobide has always been extremely helpful and responsive. He handles everything with the claim from start to finish. Last time, he sent a tow truck to pick up my car when it was undrivable, and did everything he could to reduce my inconvenience. Their work is fabulous, and I have been thrilled with my car every time I got it back from them! I would use them again in a heartbeat…

Just stopped in to get a small issue looked out on my front bumper. They were great. I was met right away with enthusiasm and a great attitude and the manager offered to come outside and look at the damage. He then had me pull into a bay and had his technician take care of it on the spot. Awesome customer service. If I ever need any more repair work done on my car I know where I will go. My two month old BMW 530i was recently plowed into on the Bronx River Parkway. I called Matt at Ultimate the next day and he took care of everything. He arranged to meet with the insurance adjuster and gave me a ride to the car rental site. My car had $19K worth of damage. When I picked it up it was as good as new. They did an awesome job and their service could not be better. I hope I don't need a body shop in the future but if I do I will definitely go back to Ultimate Auto Body.

There are few people that have the integrity and kindness that I saw in Matt at Ultimate. My car was hit and needed extensive repair but I initially brought the car in for an estimate for some dings. Matt and his team are second to none. They immediately helped me call my insurance company, secure a rental car and get me a solid estimate. Then the work began.. he swiftly ordered the parts, fixed the car, cleaned it and ALWAYS answered my questions. If you call the shop, he answers the phone. He is a smart, generous, caring person who happens to run a premiere autobody shop. First and foremost, he is a class act, so it's no wonder his character carries over in his work. I am very thankful for Ultimate and thankful Matt and his shop were able to help my family.

DO NOT USE ULTIMATE AUTO BODY UNTIL YOU READ THIS! I have been a customer of Ultimate Auto Body for several years, giving them several jobs. Everything seemed to work OK - the insurance company paid, I got my car back in a reasonable period of time, the work was quality. However, I had a recent experience where Matt and the ownership of Ultimate Auto Body showed their true colors. The bottom line is these guys are going to pressure/railroad you into getting the most expensive repair possible, even if that's not what you want, and be very nasty to you if you refuse to go along. Read the other reviewers - "slick" is the perfect description of this place. I guarantee you can do better elsewhere. Here's the details. I recently had storm damage that destroyed one car and nearly destroyed the other. Both were towed to Ultimate. I told Matt that I hoped that/wanted both cars to be totaled and, in any event, I did not want any repair work done on either of them. Matt had me signed the "standard" forms (I just assumed that was needed for Matt to have the cars on his lot) and said he would work talk with the insurance company and get back to me. Well it turns out one of the cars was not a total loss. When I discovered this, I told Matt I would have the car towed for private re-sale and that's when the attitude completely changed. I was told work had begun, that I would have to pay charges (which turned out to be over $3,500) to have the car released to me, and that I would have to pay in cash. I was so mortified I wanted both my cars out of their, so they charged me an additional $4,700 to get the total-loss car back, even though ZERO work had been done on it. Talking with the owner Greg (Matt's uncle) went nowhere. It was clear they wanted a repair job (with the insurance company $$ that came with it) and if I wouldn't go along, then to heck with me. They even made me pay cash to get my vehicle released - a nice classy touch. I'm not criticizing the staff and I'm not criticizing the quality of the work. But these folks are clearly not looking to do right by their (even long-time) customers and I'm sure that attitude clearly impacts their interactions with every customer. Avoid them or assume the risk.

I had some body work done today on my BMW 530 wagon. Matt was not only professional but the price he quoted was exactly what I paid, and he beat every competator in the area by 20%. He even went beyond and did extra work at no cost! Extremely professional, courteous and I am absolutely satisfied with the result. Ultimate also offers full detail service and my car was returned to me, cleaner than it was when it was dropped off...inside and out. Not even the scent of paint in the car. I would highly recommend Matt and Ultimate for any auto body work!
