Horrible horrible workers there I order a control arm with ball joint online to be picked up I didn't need it anymore asked them to refund me I never even took part from them they said oh well don't order parts you don't need ur not getting refund I called police I now have to sue them in civil court they are lying saying I picked up the part check cameras and police reports from that day these people are liers and theives will get over on you in anyway they can DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!! ADVANCED AUTO IS UP THE STREET AND TREAT PEOPLE AmaZING NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEM EVER GO THERE
The staff in this store bend over backwards to assist. They don’t push-they ask if i need help finding something and they take me right to what I need. They are head and shoulders above the Advanced Auto in the same town so I highly recommend going to NAPA over Advanced. They are very close in proximity, however, I really cannot say enough good things about the service, quality and selection at NAPA Bedford Hills!
I was the only person at the store and all of the staff ignored me when I was waiting and asking for assistance at the front. When I asked for help, one staff member was extremely rude to me and answered sarcastically, also glaring at me in a really nasty way. DO NOT GO HERE!!! GO ELSEWHERE!!!
I live in Cortlandt Manor right next to Napa. I would take the trip to Bedford anytime to go to this store. The two men who waited on me Sunday could not have been more helpful pleasant and accommodating. For a pleasant no stress place to buy auto parts this place stands out.
I just have to say this about this team and company. They are absolutely amazing. The way they support each other. The way they work as a team. They take care of one another and I love that. Imagine I’m all the way in the south. And call them for help and they took the time to help me. I will always love NY. Thank you guys for always being great! Thank you Irving William and Sammy. For all the help you did for me and taking the time. It means a lot. Thank you for taking care of each other as well.

Prices are very reasonable but the service really is the best
Super helpful and accurate. Cost more than buying online, but you don't have to pay for shipping, and you can check that the part actually works and then swap it out if it doesn't!
The store has reduced it's footprint over time, not as much selection as in the past. That said, the staff is helpful and the carry all the basics that departments stores no longer do.
Store is clean with a good selection. However what sets this place apart is the very helpful people working here. Everyone's more than happy to jump in and help one another. I was very happy!
Big fan of this NAPA store! A little while back sometime in 2018 I was driving from CT to Armonk for my job and my oil light came on just before I got to the exit for Mt. Kisco. I pulled off the exit to get out my phone and look for the nearest auto parts store and found this one. When I got to the store and purchased my oil I had a really hard time getting my oil cap off as it was frozen shut. After many attempts to get it off leaving my hands shredded I went back into the store to ask if they had a pair of pliers I could borrow. Without hesitation they took a pair off the wall and let me use them to open my oil cap without forcing me to pay for them. It made my day easier and I appreciated it a lot. Ever since I continue to come to this store before or after work to get my car parts. Thanks NAPA!
Bridge has a helpful team. Unpretentious too, like some auto spots can be. I bought some wiper blades and after describing what I needed - the service person came out to my car to see first-hand what the car required - so that I was happy. Good stuff guys! Keep it up!
Nice people with lots of knowledge. They usually have every basic thing for your car or they will order it and you can pick it up on the next day most of the time.
