Stay away! Stay far away I can’t believe I’m writing this because I’ve been a customer for 9 years. I can’t thank Honda enough for changing out My condenser being the car is nine years old. The fact that this company stands behind their product so many years after warranty is incredible but lying to me is why I’m here writing this review. Honda told me that my radiator was leaking, Of course the car has almost 150,000 miles on it so when I took it In to get my transmission fluid changed, they found other issues typical for the mileage the car had. But what they lied to me about was my radiator leaking. They said it wasn a slight leak but it didn’t occur to me after the service was I never noticed any leaking coolant. I park in the garage every night and
There was never a drop of coolant on the floor. Their mechanic nicked it in the process of removing it and my close friend who is also a
Mechanic (I trust him enough to do my oil annd breaks but not enough to do my tranny fluid) and does all my other services on the vehicle told me this is common. I get it we all make
Mistakes but to try and charge me for a new radiator And lie to me that is was leaking is beyond outrageous ! This Honda also has multiple lawsuits from all there missdoings. I used to deal with Chris their former service manger and he told

I have had an extremely frustrating experience with Mt. Kisco Honda and would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with them.
When I purchased my vehicle on December 19, my license plates were ordered through the dealership. Weeks went by and the plates were never delivered. During that time, I repeatedly tried to contact someone at the dealership to get an update, but it was nearly impossible to reach anyone. My calls were constantly sent to voicemail boxes that were full, I was transferred in the middle of explaining the situation, and in some cases the call was simply disconnected. It felt like no one wanted to take responsibility or even listen.
Because my temporary plates expired while I was waiting, I actually received tickets from my apartment complex for having expired plates. The only way I was finally able to get any attention was by physically driving to the dealership to speak to someone in person. Interestingly enough, after weeks of getting nowhere over the phone, my plates were suddenly delivered the very next morning.
Unfortunately, the problems didn’t stop there. Now, almost three months later, I’m receiving late payment notices related to my previous lease. As part of my deal, Mt. Kisco Honda was supposed to cover the final three months of that lease. Instead, I’m now dealing with notices and the stress of wondering whether this will affect my credit.
Overall, the experience has been disorganized, stressful, and incredibly disappointing. Basic follow-through and communication should not be this difficult. I expected far more professionalism from a dealership handling something as important as vehicle registration and lease obligations.
I’ve been with Mt Kisco Honda for years. My last two visits were great. I stayed and waited for my car. They ensured I was informed & took care of my car the entire time. Thanks to the techs & Illiana.
My experiences was exceptional. Ibro Kalic, the sales consultant, knew his stuff. Any question asked he did not hesitate to answer. He was very patient and showed me any and everything about the car that I bought. I would not hesitate to buy another and send anyone his way. Everyone there was very kind. Great experience.
I just had a great experience at Mount Kisco Honda! I wasn't sure what to expect because I've been A customer for many years under different management. What an amazing improvement this was- to say the least! They were willing to work within my budget while making sure I got what I needed in a vehicle. I highly recommend! It was a very positive experience.
I had my 24 accord inspected, scheduled oil change, tire rotation, air and cabin filter. All maintenance was done quickly and satisfactory. I would recommend Mt Kisco Honda for any of you auto needs!

They have great customer service. I have been a valued customer for years. They acknowledge my needs and they are very flexible. Everyone is very nice and always professional. I was forced into buying a new car when some jerk ignored a red light and totaled my existing car. Therefore, going into this process, I was stressed and felt like I was doing it against my will! But, I can't live without a car so I had no choice. In the 7 years since I got my last car, the choices and means to find those choices are quite overwhelming. I tried tons of websites, but CapitalOne Auto Navigator was actually the easiest to deal with. I pored over listings and was able to whittle it down to 5 but reached out to Mt. Kisco first cause that was the only blue one! Ibro reached out to me almost immediately. I was already out of work and had a crazy night of transporting kids but he was able to field and answer all of my crazy questions via text. I visited him the next day and he took me out for a test drive and went over my options when we got back to the dealership. He was very patient and walked me through the whole process with ease. I never felt like I was being pushed (which was my experience at a NJ dealership 7 years ago) The whole team worked together to get it registered, Ibro called my insurance to add the vehicle and put on my plates. Lastly, I worked with Debbie for the financing portion. I hate all things to deal with logistics of money, so she was able to talk to me like I know nothing (which is what I need hehehe) and find me the loan option that was best for my budget while still getting an extended warranty to have that ease of mind. It was a long day, but I felt that they cared about my experience and concerns and have walked away with a really great car!

I had a change in plans and did not wind up purchasing a car at this time, but if and when I do decide to purchase a Honda, I will definitely call Alexander in the sales department. He was so kind, knowledgeable and is just an overall great guy. The fact he was not using the usual high pressure sales tactics, makes me want to buy a car from him even more. I’ll definitely be back!
I have not been to Mt Kisco Honda for a while due to old circumstances but when I arrived, I met with my Service Advisor, Iliana Wright. I was delighted. The customer service I received was top notch. Iliana is extremely knowledgeable, professional and a real pleasure to work with it. I bought a used volkswagen passat from mt kisco Honda and brought it back due to a vibration. My car was in and out the same day. The vibration was gone and they went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied and my kids were safe. I highly recommend Ebro, he is not a typical salesman out for a dollar, he made sure I was Happy with the price and comfortable with the car

This dealership demonstrated an alarming lack of professionalism from start to finish.
Immediately after purchase, the vehicle began smoking while still on the dealership’s property. Despite clear evidence, staff initially attempted to dispute what happened instead of taking responsibility for a vehicle that failed instantly. The purchase process itself was just as chaotic as the buyback that followed. Paperwork was repeatedly missing or incorrect, communication was effectively nonexistent, and I was forced to constantly follow up just to get basic information. Commitments were made and not honored. Even after confirming multiple times that everything would be ready, I arrived to pick up the buyback check only to find the required paperwork was not ready. Although the vehicle was eventually bought back, the process dragged on far longer than reasonable. Due to ongoing issues related to the check I kept following up for copy’s of all the paperwork of the original sale only to find out after many emails and phone calls that everything was shredded. At every stage, the burden was placed on me to chase answers and ensure progress, something no customer should have to do, especially after purchasing a defective vehicle. This experience raises serious concerns about quality control, internal organization, and accountability. If a vehicle can fail immediately and if basic documentation cannot be handled correctly then I strongly urge anyone considering this dealership to proceed with extreme caution and to document everything.

The service at Mt. Kisco Honda is exceptional. Customer care is outstanding. The employees are welcoming, accommodating and very professional. The waiting time is clearly stated and the waiting area is comfortable. They also offer car service to and from your home if the wait period is longer than anticipated. I am extremely pleased and will continue to use them in the future.

We are very happy with Honda in Mt.Kisco! And not just because my uncle worked there and still has plaques on the wall honoring his contributions to local communities.... But because we just leased a car and had such a wonderful experience with the sales team. I can't speak highly enough of them, especially Alex Valera, who really understood our needs and worked hard to get us the best deal possible. He was so personable and responsive. I recommend this dealership!
Went in for a simple oil change and left with a $1,600 upsell attempt from Mt. Kisco Honda. They claimed I urgently needed 4 new tires, an alignment, and a brake flush. The problem? My tires are a year old with zero dry rot, my brake fluid was flushed just 3 months ago, and the alignment “recommendation” only came because they wanted me to buy new tires.
When I pointed this out, the service advisor, Yvonne, told me they “go by mileage” instead of actually checking the condition of the car. That means they were ready to charge me $1,600 for work my car absolutely did not need—without even taking two seconds to inspect the fluid or the tires properly.
This was my first visit as a local customer, and it’ll definitely be my last. If you want honesty and real service, go elsewhere. This dealership will try to take your money on unnecessary upsells the moment you walk in the door.

Made it seamless Also the finance manger for getting me approved. I recommend purchasing a vehicle with Nicohlas. Good job and 10 stars. Thanks again.
