Pratow are an absolute pleasure to deal with. I’ve had cause to use their services on two separate occasions now and I can’t rate them highly enough. Knowledgeable, reliable and competitively priced, I honestly wouldn’t choose to go anywhere else. Brian & Samantha are just “old skool” and serve you with integrity.

I award this establishment 5 stars, as the outstanding service they provided was truly amazing, and their suggestions proved invaluable throughout the tow service process.

The town had my car towed without cause, and the company was very understanding. After dealing with the insane hassle of getting my paperwork in order and whatnot I finally got to pick my car up. The police had informed them of the mix-up, and told me I'd have to pay for the service anyway and (hopefully) get reimbursed. Instead, they said they wouldn't charge me to not only save me the trouble but probably the money (I wasn't hopeful about the reimbursement). Can't say enough how much I appreciated this, it really made the whole process feel much less daunting and now I have my car back. Thanks guys!

Brian was great in helping us navigate a bad situation when our car was hit by another driver. Very knowledgeable and helpful in a stressful situation! (Plus they have a gorgeous, sweet German Shepherd who is friendly and served as my therapy dog as I dealt with the stress of our accident)

I cannot say enough good words to say about pratow. I was hospitalized from an accident and they picked up my car. Safely secured it. They are very knowledgeable with insurance and police which madey life so much easier given the circumstances. As for the dog he is very friendly and just wants to be included in the matter as any well trained dog would.pratow is and will be my first choice in any matter regarding my vehicle. The worst shop you can go to. you enter the office and a massive dog comes at you. The people look at you and ask what do you want, not telling the dog to go away. pricing is ridiculous. tried giving a woman owned shop a chance.... never again

I recently came to Pratow randomly as I had a flat and needed some help right away. Not only did they fix my flat, but they added on extra service I needed, squeezing me in, helping me make my schedule work. The owner and his staff were lovely-I just could feel who they are and that they are trustworthy. They are my new go-to car place. Thank you Pratow for easing my stress that day!

As Safety Manager for a small trucking company in Rome Ga. I called & spoke to Brian here when one of my drivers alternator went out in his freightliner. Brian was very nice & helpful. He immediately sent 2 of his men to not only replace the alternator but make sure the drivers batteries were charged for safe travels home. I would highly recommend & will use again. Stay away, Brian and his daughter Samantha are thieves, they're rude and unprofessional, they hang up the phone on you. They doubled the quote of the original estimate without ANY authorization. The truck is not worth double the estimate, a complaint with the attorney general, better business bureau, and consumer's affair will be filed. They've received the majority of the estimate, and have doubled the original estimate and will not release the truck! STAY FAR AWAY! We will have to get an attorney involved, thankfully, I know a few, Mom was town attorney in Harrison, Dad was an attorney too!

They were so flexible and helpful when my car got towed. If my car had to get towed for “abandonment” by any company im glad it was them. Absolute best!!!

I was very impressed with Brian and Samantha! They were prompt on returning my calls…Especially on a Sunday…and gave me all the info I needed to ease my mind. Also the nicest towing office I’ve been in.

We were 3 hours from home and blew out our run flat tire. We were 2 miles from the tire place and the tire started to shred. AAA couldn’t get anyone dispatched for over 2 hours so we called Pratow. He was there in 15 minutes. Life saver on. Sunday…and really nice guy. . Helped us out a lot! Highly recommend.

My car was hit from the rear. I got paid out by my insurance and only had a limited amount of money to spend because they totaled my car. I brought the car to a nearby shop and the bumper fell off just a few days later. I brought the car into pratow and the experience was great. They put the bumper on real fast, pulled the frame and had everything done lickity split. The girl behind the counter had a great smile too! Thanks guys

The crew at pratow towing are awesome! Ifound myself stranded on the side of the road with a busted axle on my trailer. As a trucking company that runs all over the US, we occasionally have mechanical issues in unfamiliar territory that need immediate fixing. It is such a relief to find a place like Pratow's. They looked at us right away, correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed it at a decent price. We were back on the road within two hours.

Pratow provides excellent customer service and is quick to arrive when called for a job. They had kind employees on their tow crew who were very helpful during a stressful breakdown alongside the highway.

I've been towed by Pratow 3 or 4 times and the job has been done quickly and efficiently. Being stuck is no picnic but Pratow puts your mind at ease and is the only towing company I'd ever use. 24/7/365 they're there for you! I've been in their yard and have watched how they work to get a car off the rig...perfect, there's never a rush to dump the car off...careful and precise are the words I'll use!
