To be quite honest with you I found that they were very expensive and overpriced they shouldn't charge you more than $20 a day to hold your vehicle and they charged a $65 a day they did come down on the price when we offered to pay him cash and he came down on the price okay otherwise it would have been almost $1,000 that we would have had to pay him and he was kind of a grumpy guy but it worked out okay I'm just glad it's over with he wouldn't let us get our stuff out of the car really until we gave him the money and then he allowed us to get our stuff he did let the car stay there long enough that we could pay him to cash and he did come down on a couple hundred dollars on the amount given when we paid him cash and that's the story
Do not use
This company was called by the cops to tow our inoperable car from the scene of an accident on a Wednesday night. They would only take the car to their shop, even though the body shop was very close. It took until Monday afternoon, 5 days later, to get the car released from them to our body shop.
Call them & they will rip u apart .
Charged $1679.81 for 2 hours of their time today , unbelievable . Giving them 1 star as Google wouldn't let me finish my review without a star rating .
USELESS ( STAY AWAY )
My car was towed. I called this location, OMG! What an attitude had this old man, nothing is clear. I arrived to this business, I called when I was there, everything were closed. They old man yelled at me and charged me an exorbitant amount of money. Worst experience ever in my life. What a headache.
My 64 Dodge 2 Dr sedan was towed to there yard and when I went to collect my car learned I was a few hundred dollars short of the 400 he was demanding so I finished working out the week went back to learn he claimed he sold it because quote I needed the room I later learned what he really meant was stole it .you can usually find Pete in local courts answering small claims summons from all the items that go missing from victims cars .
Very good people with professional friendly service. From the owner, right down to the person's in the garage. You don't find people and places like this any more! ??
How do you guys expect to even have good business if you deal with your customers the way you do? Maybe you should take a class in how to treat other human beings like they are persons just like you. No wonder this place has such low reviews. Absolute trash. Not to mention these magical fees that seem to calculate out of nowhere!
I have never dealt with such distress from a single establishment. The man I spoke with on the phone was such a crabby individual who already gave me attitude just because I was trying to confirm the address.
Their people were called to pick up my car after a small collision, further damaged the door of my car when he came for it it, then charged my family ridiculous fees and refused to see eye to eye.
They are nothing short of money grubs.
