absolutely not clear at the entrance of the auction which way transporters should go. They have a small sign customer pickup. attention, manager!, transporter is not a customer! also, not clear at all where the office is once you park your truck at the pickup area. manager!, put a nice clear sign, where transporters should park their trucks and where they should go to pick up the paperwork!

The people that work they’re not doing their job you gotta pick up a vehicle there. You stay there for two hours just to pick up one car.

Kat is super nice, but they messed up my didge Charger, picked it up with a forklift and bent the suffrage, hadbit towed finally after 3 months back to me and they forgot the keys and the plates.
