Made an appointment, he no showed . Then was rude to me when I asked to come in another day . Told me “you had all week to reschedule”. As if he’s not the one who didn’t show up to my appointment. No accountability and disrespectful.
I'm very happy with how everyone is at maplewood. They are nice and considerate and very professional. I haven't had any issues with repairs they are always on point and I don't trust anyone else with my vehicles. More as well as all the other mechanics are amazing.
Went for inspection. They were so uninterested in that task alone, so they tried getting me to purchase new front tires when my current ones still had plenty of life left on them... took my business elsewhere.
I'm surprised at the negative reviews. I've been very pleased with this service center, originally under Tony and now managed by the new owner, Moe. My second car is an older Saturn that I am keeping alive for sentimental reasons and these guys have done amazing things to keep it on the road, always for a reasonable price. Granted, they're sometimes busy and you may need to have some schedule flexibility, but IMHO that's a small price to pay for professional and honest service.
Used to be an awesome trustworthy place. Now that Tony is retired, they have lost a long time customer. I won't even go back for an inspection. My car mats were extremely dirty from oily shoes, food wrappers left in my car, shoddy work. Even though I was told they ordered the wrong parts and the new parts would be cheaper my bill was higher. They have kept both our vehicles for ridiculous amounts of time for services being done and always some lame excuse. I can't list all the bad things from one repair job! I've also had them claim to have repaired a small part for free because of having to wait so long and they didn't fix it. I had to find a new repair shop. Do yourself a favor, don't go here!!!!
The radiator was not connected properly therefore I lost all the coolant. Lousy job. It cost me another 300 dol to correct the problem. I do not think they know how to repair European cars.

Very nice experience, reasonable price. Though only needed to get a tire replaced. They seem to be pretty busy since I expected to get it done in the morning but it wasn't until about 2pm that it was done.
