The salesman was short and curt with me. Made me go out to confirm the year of my van. That still didn't give him the information to find the right wiper blades and made me go out yet again. Never offer to put them on dispute that they advertise doing it for free. I had problems with a gift card and he refused to help with it. To the contrary He insisted my niece gave me an empty card and there was nothing he could do about it. Also denied that it could have been a problem with his system. I had to pay with a debit card. I went to another store today and they had no problem verifying the card was not only valid but had $100 on it. I'll never visit that store again.

Went to drop off a UPS return. The black gentleman with the bald head and thick accent, acted like it was the end the world. I used this location many times for the exact thing and he just tried to have me leave it with out him scanning it and entering my email so I have proof...very rude and I see many comments about the same guy and the same thing! Needs to be addressed at this point advance!

Was dropping off a UPS return, this guy in his 30's, black male behind the couter started breaking my stones about dropping off a shoe box side package. I asked him you are an Amazon returns facility are you not? He started grumbling and I just left it there. Also going in to buy something 3 x the same guy giving me the stink eye I decided to purchase the $80 wiper blades as I needed them. The last time I said screw this. Drove to Napa across the street. Well guess what? The people here were normal and friendly! Don't shop at Advanced at all unless you like to be treated like a POS! I await the canned response

I drove 20 minutes to drop off a UPS item but the crazy guy over there didn't want to accept it even though it was a lot of place for the small item I brought. They're just rude people you won't get anything good from them

Freaking customer care and super rude to the customer who came to support their business. Went there to buy car key battery and didn’t get help at all and feeling a bit discriminated also. Never been discriminated in the town before. Never gonna go there again.

Had a UPS package delivered there, UPS claims to have delivered it there, I ask and all I get is “well we don’t have it”, “I don’t know what to tell you.” Talked to both UPS and the original place I bought it from. Both say it was delivered there. I even went to the facility, they said the same thing. It was at the store. Either the workers have no idea what they’re doing or they have a thief working there.

They don't answer the phone. They just pick up and put it down either hanging up on you, or putting you on hold without ever answering.

Store manager Denny is professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. Staff like this make folks want to go to Advanced Auto Parts. Keep up the great work, I will always be a customer at the Monticello location! 1,000,000 stars!

Jackson was incredibly helpful with making necessary decisions regarding my car battery. Super grateful for the honesty so I could be informed. Most folks would just sell and move on. Will definitely be back whenever I’m in the area and in need of any help/parts.

I can do better parts lookup on the computers they're trained on. Dont tell me on the phone you have the part and when I arrive say it's special order.

IM PARTS STORES YOU HAVE TO CALL MORE THAN ONE FOR PRICE AND HOW HARD IT IS TO RETURN THE PARTS AND HOW LONG THAT STORE WILL REPLACE IT IF IT GOSE BAD AND IF IT GOSE BAD IF THAT STORE WILL HALP PAY FOR LABOR TO REINSTALL SOME STORIES WILL AND SOME WHONT IF THE STORE WILL NOT THEN YOU MAY WISH TO CALL AROUND TO 3 OR MORE FOR PRICE

I came in with just a burnt out light bulb for the "orange front light" the associate was able to determine what light it went to and which o e i needed to use to replace it!

Had to get a new battery in the height of one of our many snow storms that blast through here. Jim didn't even hesitate or mention the snow that was howling around him as he installed my new battery, thanks.

On June 1, 2017 I made a purchase... I bought Lucus transmission fix.... I tried returning the same product I purchased with my receipt and they would not give me a refund!!! Not only would they not give me a refund they wouldn't tell me why they wouldn't give me a refund... I called corporate office and they called the store... the associate "Tyler" that was helping me told corporate he was told by his manager not to accept any returns for that product for that day but he didn't even know the reason why.... corporate advised me that they cannot make the store return my products but that they did not agree with the stores was doing and that they would contact "Dave Heath" the district manager about the situation... I'm not sure if I was being racial profiled against or what but I have made a lot of purchases at that store before and I was extremely upset with my customer service experience I will never make a purchase from an advance auto store again.... and I do plan on taking legal matters in my hands ..... I refuse to be treated like this by anyone...
