John helped me out giving me advice on brake pads and new rotors. Even when a mistake happened and I got the wrong set of pads I was able to return them with no issue!

I called AutoZone in a bind spoke with Jordan who went out of his way to drive to Middletown to pick up two strut bolts and then drop them off at my home where I was stranded. awesome service !

I don’t even know where to start. We were on hour SEVEN of needing help when we finally got our car to AutoZone in Monticello. Darren and his manager were a bigger help than the guy our insurance company sent with “roadside assistance”- helpful hint: don’t ever let something with your battery happen on a Sunday!! The terminal post on our battery had come loose at some point and the acid was obviously spraying for quite awhile. As busy as the store was, they made sure we were helped along with everyone else who came in and with a smile on their faces the whole time. Darren helped us get a new battery in and off we went. Without going into too much detail, it was a saga i don’t want to EVER have again, but if we had to do it, this would be the place we’d start. Literally couldn’t have done it without you guys!!!

Nice store, good people, clean. I ordered online and my parts were ready the next morning when I rolled in. Edit 3/3/2025 - still a very good place to shop for your auto care needs. In the past year they've delivered a battery when mine died and had niche chemicals in stock when I needed them.

Went in to get new headlights. Personals at the store are super helpful and assisted me every step of the way.

After trying to put air in my tire at 2 of the local gas station air machines I was unsuccessful and asked the attendant for help. He actually released 20 lbs of pressure and my electronic reading was now showing 11 lbs in one tire that contracted due to extreme cold. I was in dire need of help and the Monticello AutoZone was right next door. Jordan assisted me and filled my tire to the required amount listed inside the door. He also showed me which product I could use in case of an emergency (which I still have to go back to purchase). He was very knowledgeable, helpful, kind and quick to help a customer in an emergency ! Thank you Jordan and Auto Zone's rechargeable, portable air compressor (brand name "Slime").

Super nice guy working there…didn’t catch his name but he has a long blonde curly pony tail and glasses. Helped me this morning with testing my battery and switching out some screws on the battery terminal. Really didn’t need to go out of his way like that. I love autozone because of the free battery and code testing. Thank you!

I was just there today getting parts for my 2002 seebrin the employee was super nice, patient and very Helpful. He took his time to help my husband look for a tool that he needs for his truck. 🙏🏽

Been here plenty of times before but just about a week ago I went to get a headlight bulb. Michael T, who is a manager here was expectional. He made sure to help me pretty much my whole time there. Customer Service here is great, and they always have what I need. Keep up the good work. 04/05/24: STILL love AutoZone!

Excellent customer service. This store was fully stocked. They had everything I needed. Hopefully nothing goes wrong with my car but if it does I’ll definitely be back.

Noah was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to help me with my car issues... He was very knowledgeable and polite. I highly recommend going to this location and if he's available, you see him!

The women have nasty attitudes in all the New York Autozones. So when I came to this one it was no surprise to me. But when I go into Pennsylvania to get parts they are so nice and even help you, they go out of there way!

I have no complaints, they take care of me everytime 👍 Do arrive early and give yourself about an hour and a half if you're visiting for the complimentary battery charge ⚡️

Always doing repairs on the vehicle and one short notice my part is able to be picked up the next day! Can’t complain to much.. we all are looking for experienced care but some are not that knowledgeable workers at least there is YouTube.

Clerk was very helpful doing a free diagnostic check on my vehicle. Explained exactly what I needed to fix. She went as far as explaining how to do it to save money. By the way her name is Ashley if you're looking for great service. And I'm sure her work ethic caries over to others at this location. Owner must possess fantastic leadership skills.... Great store with amazing staff. I've been coming here on and off since I was a kid. I used the liberty Branch as I was in town and needed parts the liberty Branch was atrocious and the people were so rude I didn't even want to go back to the store and brought my parts here for return easy in and out and no issues whatsoever. Staff work extremely understanding and supportive right on the money with what I needed done. Will come here for my parts will never go back to liberty.

These guys were great! They help me diagnose an issue with the battery on my car. Turns out nothing's wrong and I probably just left the light on. Then they didn't they did not even try and sell me anything! I'll be coming back again.

They rent expensive tools at no charge(just with a deposit). I was able to install axle bearings and seals on my Ford 8.8" and save a ton of money. Great service too. More than some family members would do for you!

Wonderful customer service! Max D. went above and beyond for my dad, an older gentleman, who went in with a coil pack he couldn't get apart. This young man took his time and helped my dad find the right tools and physically assisted him. He went above and beyond and it was so appreciated! Kudos!
