These guys are the best. Bought several new cars and trucks from Robert Green thru the years and they always provided excellent service. They always do what they say they will do and for a reasonable price. That is sometimes a tough combination to find in the automobile and truck business these days !
Robert Green Truck Division (Plow Dept) seems to be suffering from a bad case of 'we don't care-itis.' I've been calling them daily for almost two weeks to get a part for a plow and a new plow setup, but all I get is a never-ending loop of excuses from the secretary. I called on a Thursday at around 9:30-10:00am for a new 20 foot box truck with an aluminum lift gate for the distribution business I work for. My boss drove away in said truck Friday at 4:00pm. I dealt with Adam who was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and very straight forward. The entire process was so simple and my boss was very happy. The truck was ready, inspected, had plates, insurance complete, and was beautifully clean when he picked it up. Thank you Adam for making the process so simple. I know we will definitely be back when we need another truck.
Drive 50 minutes one way, to go get oil change after calling first to make sure I could come in … to be turned away and they would not make an appt. Hen the girl is in her phone playing like a child, and the sales person was not helpful either. They said to next time ask for the service manager. That is exactly why we called first before driving 5O minutes!

Literally the WORST place!!! Avoid them and their TERRIBLE customer service like the plague!!! Robert Green you SUCK. Everyone in the service dept. is rude. They have zero desire to help their customers. They will lie and cheat anyone. Use ANY other dealership please save yourself the headache!!! AND their work sucks I’m not sure who they are hiring these days!
Doing business with Robbie from Robert Green Truck Division has been an absolute nightmare. He Sold me a new 2021 LCF with 6 defective tires (Flat spots). Told me he would take care of everything and to bring it to a dealer who was more local to me. I brought the truck to Cerrone in South Attleboro, waited a week for them to diagnose the issue and then Robbie refused to pay for the new tires. I wasted so much of my time trying to get these issues fixed. Finally got new tires from Goodyear after having to speak with four different managers. Now I need to get the truck aligned and everyone at GM has been dropping the ball, No dealerships local to me want to do any warranty work on the vehicle. Robbie has the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life in any setting imaginable. He starts screaming at me over the phone saying "I told you I was going to take care of it stop calling me". This dealership is a joke, and GM is no better because they have done nothing to help me resolve any of these issues. My only regret is not reading the many terrible reviews this dealership has, Buyers beware.
Really BAD company cost me tons of lost work told me 10 hrs to install new plow and spreader its now been over 48 hrs and still not done I will never ever do business with this company again Sad they are very very dissed honest unprofessional company
Robert is a very knowledgeable businessman and will do pretty much whatever it takes to make you leave satisfied and confident that you are in good hands when he makes a deal with you.
Awesome group of people. Service department top notch being over 300 miles away they were able to assist me with getting my vehicle taken care of which is a Ram 5500 flatbed. Siobhan in sales is awesome. Katie and her team in the service department unbelievable thanks for all your help and keep up the good work guys
Purchased RAM 5500 - When purchasing the vehicle it was a pleasant experience - same price as everyone else - no deals. Had the ability to test drive some 5500's (unlike some other dealerships). HOWEVER, after purchase everything went downhill. Delivery was delayed by 2 months. RAM had the chassis there on time but the assembly of the box and dump body was delayed (installed by Robert Green Truck). We almost lost our 2017 write off (after purchasing in July). At pickup back-up camera was in the wrong place, box was attached inappropriately, undercoating wasn't dry, vehicle wasn't cleaned properly, remote start didn't work. Very poor workmanship.
Excellent personnel and inventory. I noticed a 1 Star review whichafe me continue to read on and then take a minute to post. My experience with them has been the opposite. Our trucks often have tens of thousands of dollars in tools and equipment and we never had anything missing. I'm not suggesting this person lied, I'm just sharing my many experiences with them would never lead me to believe that this happened. As far as response from owner, I also feel it may have been bad communication and nothing negative intended. There have been curcumstances where I also worked with Rob. Its always been pleasant and there have been occasions where he went over and beyond to be certain that my "special requests" we're clearly understood by their mechanics and addressed properly. I ll start to sum this up by saying besides the company as a whole which Supplied trucks and equipment as needed for extremely competitive pricing they also provide service for the vehicles for the last several years and that too has been excellent. The Service Mamager that handles the 3/4 and 1 ton truck side of things also has gone over and beyond what you would expect for assisting in warranty claims and getting them covered. I can go on and on. I will say that they are a Highly recommended Truck Division for the Consstruction industry as well as just about any other professional industry requiring trucks. I Will continue to do business with them for many years to come.
