I don’t usually bash companies, especially when I know the owners personally. But please steer clear from service department!
I always have to call the owners when I need something done to my vehicle. My vehicle is experiencing engine and transmission problems that are covered under warranty. The service manager Jenna told me she had a loaner vehicle available but it’s “promised” to another customer who has yet picked up the vehicle. She stated “they might come today, they might come tomorrow who knows”. She said that they had this customer on a waiting list for 4 weeks. I know that if I was waiting for a loaner car for 4 weeks I’d pick it up the second I got the call. Another customers’ problems aren’t mine.
I text Robbie, got told I need to speak with service department. Does knowing the owner personally help? No.

NEVER REALLY WROTE A REVIEW BEFORE. IF I DIDN’T LIKE THE SERVICE OF WHAT EVER, JUST NEVER WENT BACK. BUT I BELIEVE THIS IS WORTH MENTIONING. I AM IN THE AUTO BUSINESS AND MY BEST FRIEND PURCHASED A TRUCK HERE. HE SAID EVERY THING WENT GREAT PURCHASING THE TRUCK. HE PURCHASED THE TOP OF THE LINE INSURANCE. A LITTLE OVER A YEAR LATER IN THE MORNING TRUCK DIDN’T START. HE CALLED ME & I HELP TALK HIM THROUGH WHAT TO LOOK FOR. HE COULD HEAR THE STARTER CLICKING BUT WOULD NOT CRANK. TOLD HIM SOUND LIKE THE STARTER BEING ITS ONLY CLICKING .SECURITY SYSTEM IS WORKING BEING ITS TRYING TO CRANK.
HE INSISTED TO PUT A BATTERY IN IT AND IT CRANKED & STARTED. 2 DAYS LATTER SAME THING. TOLD HIM IT NEEDS A STARTER. HAVE IT TOWED TO YOUR SELLING DEALER. THE TOW TRUCK MAN TOLD HIM YA SOUND LIKE THE STARTER. AT THE DEALER .THEY SAID THE CHECKED BATTERY & CONNECTIONS AND DIDN’T CRANK. THEY SAID THEY MANUALLY CRANKED OVER THE ENG. AND THEN IT CRANKED AND STARTED. THEY TOLD HIM THEY COULD PROVE IT WAS THE STARTER AND HE HAD TO PAY THE DIAGNOSTIC FEE. I WENT WITH HIM ON SATURDAY TO PICK IT UP. SPOKE TO SEVERAL PEOPLE THEY SENT MY WAY THAT COULDN’T LOOK AT ME STRAIGHT IN THE FACE WHILE MAKING EXCUSE. IT COULD BE THIS ,THAT ETC… TOLD THEM ITS ONLY GUNNA HAPPEN AGAIN IT NEEDS A STARTER ! THEY REFUSED AND FORCE HIM TO PAY. SO I CALLED MONDAY AND ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE SERVICE MANAGER AND EXPLAINED THE SITUATION. ALL SHE DID AS WELL WAS MAKING EXCUSES IT CAN BE THIS, THAT ETC… ITS ONLY GOING TO COME BACK FOR A STARTER I TOLD HER. ONLY MORE EXCUSES HE HAS TO PAY !! CONCLUSION ; THE FISH STINKS FROM THE HEAD DOWN. AND OH YA A WEEK LATER HE HAD TO HAVE IT TOWD BACK AND MIRACULOUSLY THEY FOUND OUT IT NEEDED A STARTER. STAY AWAY LOOKS LIKE JUST A MONEY GRAB COMPANY AND OR JUST PLAIN INCOMPETENCE
Saw Robbie help a older gentleman hook his cell phone to the chevy app, then get him hooked up and fixed his vehicle no charge ?, now that's a dealer ????
I was berated at the service dept because when I made an appointment they said they would try to make sure I had a service car as I recently purchased the vehicle from them. I was yelled at and made to feel like somehow it was my fault when they didn't even have the request for a vehicle in the system when I arrived for the appointment a month later. . Last time I will go there. Someone needs people skills. Bought 3 cars in a row there and one before that. They lost a good customer
I recommend them I took My truck In for service. They took care of it right away. If you need anything There's always to whom to talk if you have any issues or anything. Just got an other truck from them greet great service
Gary is professional, has extensive knowledge, was really quick to respond and is courteous. I find myself saying this in very rare occasion, Gary at Robert Green Auto made car buying experience nice and pleasant. I am very happy with mine. 100% recommend Gary and Robert Green Auto if you are searching for a vehicle.
Very dissatisfied with this Robert Green dealer ! Do not deal with them they just do not care about the customers time and the phone staff is in believable we called to make an appt for service they told us to come in we drive 50 minutes to get there and they turn us away. Then would not make an appointment the girl was on her cell phone the whole time. The sales staff was not helpful either.
On top of it all no one was working on any cars!! They could have take. Us IN RIGHT away like they had told us in the phone! Very rude , horrible customer service . Also over priced do not waste your time.
The service is horrendous! We had a recall on our truck. 1st they gave us an appointment and after we left it there they didn't do it because they didn't have the part. Finally a month ago they gave us an appointment for a couple days ago and told us to drop it off Monday and they would do it Tuesday. It should take about 3 hours. It us now Wednesday and it hasn't even made it into the shop. Now they say maybe tomorrow tomorrow's and it will take a day and a half

I went to get two keys cut for my vehicle and also them to be programmed. Cameron was of of the service representatives there, he was extremely professional, helpful and explained everything that he was doing step-by-step also what I needed to do. He is absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable. I thank you for a great experience.
My fiancé was told to drop of his vehicle around 8:30 a.m. and when he dropped it off he was told to pick it up at 6 p.m. or they would call if anything changes. After 6 p.m. we wait a few minutes understanding that maybe they need more time to fix the problem. At 7 o’clock we decided to call and see if his vehicle was ready but we had to try about five times to get someone on the line. Once we got on the line they told us they had no knowledge about the vehicle or if they even have it. The lady who helped my fiancé, Ann Marie, didn’t bother to call us and let us know what was happening and why it wasn’t ready. She didn’t bother to leave any information about the vehicle with any other staff member. If they didn’t have the car ready she should have called to let us know. Very unprofessional.
That guy George in the prep department really helpful. I was wondering around looking at trucks and wasn't sure the best way to go. I don't need any add ons I just wanted the most basic affordable truck. That guy George saw me getting ready to leave and showed me a no frills truck they had in stock then escorted me to a sales person. Not only did I buy that truck they are swapping in it's twin to join my fleet. That makes two trucks for me. Thanks. And thank you to that guy George ( he is a guy well built maybe 5'6" with thick glasses) he cleaned my truck up beautiful. Most important part didn't let me leave.
Please read before you go dump your money with unprofessional lying people. I bought a truck from RG, they lied and will treat me with no respect after they get my money. The goal is to lure you to pay and will never receive any assistant from them. Robbie is the worst guy there, please don't buy anything from them. Take it from me
