I brought my car there for a sensor repair. George and Eddie were terrific , they repaired only what needed to be repaired and was not charged for unnecessary repairs . If I lived in this town, these guys would be my go-to mechanics. I’m a Canadian traveller passing through and I was unsure about my tire pressure in the cold, it was in the morning so everyone I know that I would call for advice wasnt awake yet as they’re all on the west coast lol. I literally just called to ask questions and George, the guy I spoke to, just said come on by. When I got there adjusted my tire pressure, reassured me I don’t need to worry about it continuing to drop, he was super kind about my ignorance and he completely refused to take anything from me for it, and told me it was New York hospitality. I’m on this gigantic road trip by myself and I can’t even express, it was all just such a huge relief. Thank you for for kindness, I’ll do my best to pay it forward ❤️

Eddie is a saint. Jeep broke down, late on Friday. Eddie stayed open, found the problem, got the parts, did the repair and I was on my way. I was charged a bargain price. Also, Eddie is a great guy, friendly and competent, a true pro. His young helper guy is also quite capable and does quick and good work. Eddie's is exceptionable.

They are very friendly people I needed an oil change and I was able to get one within the hour. Great group of guys working today!

I had an accident about a year ago and my car was almost totaled, but George fixed it. Recently he fixed my brakes and exhaust. He's very professional, respectful, and affordable. I have nothing to say but thank you! Highly recommended.

When my brakes failed on a Sunday, Eddie was the only shop open, so I had my car towed to him. He was kind and gracious, identifying the problem quickly, and following through with the repair. While I don't live in the area, I'd have no hesitation about bringing my car back for service if needed!

Went in for a tire change on the weekend, they were very accommodating, took care of me swiftly and prices were reasonable.

This shop is responsible for damaging my car and items were stolen from my car. They claimed they knew nothing about it and then tried to charge me again to fix the damage the caused to the car due to poor mechanic work. Definitely a place to Avoid!

I went to him for a job any mechanic would be able to do, yet he managed to cause even more damage to my car. I would definitely not recommend him.

Had a blown transmission, they took care of it in 2 days, good price, 3 year warranty, they even took the car to another shop to get my inspection taken care of. They are now my shop of choice.

Eddie went above and beyond with my wheel bearing repair. I’ll be a repeat customer. He worked late on my car because I had scheduled a wheel alignment the next day. He even drove it to the alignment shop for me and got a business discount. He kept me informed throughout, letting me know that the parts I bought didn’t have an abs sensor hole, but was able to make it work. Great experience, great rates, and a satisfied customer.

30 dollars to reset a check engine light is highway robbery. Wouldn’t recommend to even my worst enemy

I needed 2 tires that were already on rims put on my car. Not only were they open on a Sunday, but very helpful and didn't charge a lot. Definitely will go back and highly recommend.

I want to thank I believe It was the owner for rescuing my husband and I yesterday. We had a car accident and blew out our tire. We were nowhere near home and we were half way to Binghamton to see our daughter. He stayed open for us found a used tire so we could get home safely. There are still good people left in this world and I am forever grateful for what you did for us yesterday. Please visit and give your service to this shop. I thought I smelled a gas leak, and I didn’t want to finish the road trip without getting it checked out. They were one of the only places open on a Sunday. Even though they were busy, they checked out my car promptly and gave me the peace of mine I needed to drive home. Highly recommend!

Get attitude if you ask questions. Doesn't tell you what will be done. Takes much longer than planned. Takes his time and works slowly. Charged much more than estimate. Problem was not fixed after spending 500 dollars when original Estimate was closer to 300.

Repaired damaged undercarriage efficiently and at a reasonable price. Was honest and forthcoming.

The 1 time i got work done it was just a quick tire change. Was cheap and quick... next time i went back the tried to severely over charge me to get my brakes done... needless to say im getting the work done elsewhere

During estimation stages he swore it would be 1hour of labor, 75p/hr.. then he said they didn't have part in stock at Honda && gotta come put deposit on it before they order it but I had just left town so I asked him if he wanted me to just go do it at the store or my mom could come by later to do the deposit. He said I should just do it that'd be great, so I go to Honda (where he called && they had the parts && sold them to me right there) I drop off my car && parts next morning, he still says it'll take about an hour. I had no ride back till later in the afternoon... when I return he charges me 2hours labor && 85p/hr because it wasn't HIS part ... seriously? !? You told me to get it smh && swore it would only be an hour so I spent way more than the original estimate ( I had gotten same estimate somewhere else, 1hr, $75). But chose Eddies because he was ready to do it right away but he played me for a fool && I will NOT be going back because that's not how you treat customers when you want them to return. Smh

DO NOT USE this repair shop. Went there for simple brake work - rear pads and rotors. They misrepresented what needed to be done and did bad work. 1) They told me I needed new rotors even though Mazda dealer later told me they should have just recut them. 2) They put the brake pads on wrong such that they damaged the caliper on the rear driver side and scored the rotor on the rear passenger side. One week after Eddie's work I had to replace the new rotors and pads and replace the damaged caliper. 3) Per the Mazda dealer, I basically had no rear brakes as the pads weren't making much contact on the passenger side and I had brake failure on the driver side. So Eddie's work endangered the safety of me, my passengers and others on the road. 4) Eddie initially agreed to pay for the cost of the repair, then went back on his word. We have now filed a complaint with the NYS DMV who is investigating the repair shop.

Awesome job. I had a leak in my tire i went to a tire shop he couldn't fix it so i came to eddies he found the leak and fixed it. Jim the worker is the best.
