Sales was great. Our salesperson has been great throughout the whole time and has even delivered the tractor to me afterthought service department dropped the ball. I have had the tractor 6 months now and have had problem after problem with it requiring service from them twice now and both times things have not gone well. Missed dates where no one shows up with no call return time being weeks later and then never being put on the schedule so it didn’t show up. It has been a very frustrating experience since the initial purchase.
This place is fantastic. Went in and Jason was great in setting up the perfect deal and mower for me. Excellent delivery service and all around nice people. Thanks for my wonderful experience, my KUBOTA ZD 1211 IS amazing ..just finished mowing and it was exception like the service I received. You can't go wrong here.

The gal who assisted us (I think her name was Shelbe) was great! Knowledgeable, welcoming, friendly. We bought from Townline because of her. The others in the store were friendly also. They all made eye contact, said hello....seems like that should always be the case? Well not at the nearby John Deere. Townline employees all seemed happy and down to earth!
Shelby was very explain it to him in regards to the questions we were asking her about a leaf blower and a weed wacker very nice people I go back and spend my wallet to buy both of them steel is a great product
I bought a Kubota lawn mower earlier this season from Sharon springs garage on route 23 in Oneonta ny, for about $5,000.00. All of a sudden it started to leak massive amounts of oil. The leak happened over night at some point. I went out to mow the lawn and to my surprise it was leaking oil as I went over my driveway and around my house. It sprayed oil everywhere without my knowledge. I noticed it after I was done mowing. I also noticed a big oil puddle in my shed out back of my house when I pulled back in as well. I must not have seen it when I initially pulled out to start mowing. As a home owner I can imagine this would make most people upset even without exploring the reasoning behind it. Its not more that 3 months old and this is happening? this doesn't make sense. The reason for my poor review come from my experience when I dropped it off for service this morning. When I told the man who checked in the machine I was very disappointed, that such a new machine was spraying oil everywhere, on my new driveway and my nice cement shed floor he said it may be from the oil dip stick cap implying it was my fault. No kind words, this was followed up by a service man who came out to look who appeared very disgruntled and rude. So my experience this morning at Sharron springs garage made me feel as though I was at fault, no apology was offered and I left upset! I never touched the dip stick, should I have to check the oil that soon after purchase ? I never had this issue with the much less expensive machines so why check the oil on this one I ask myself. After all, its only been a few months. Anyway, maybe I will update my review after I pick it up or hear back from them after the repair. A simply " I am sorry for any inconvenience sir, we will look at it and take care of the problem" would have stoped this review from being written. I don't appreciate being intimidated by people and or having any implication that I am at fault without any real investigation.
