Let’s start with I was given wrong parts. And when I went back to exchange them they put the money back on my card instead (so I had to pay out of pocket again ) instead making it and even swamp. And then was told the computer did it. So now I have money on hold for the weekend. Nice job ….. not really just a day
Katie Parker was so incredible and fixed our oil change issue and diagnosed our engine light expertly! She was such a delight and even poured our oil into the engine tank for us, and explained everything in great detail. Had a great impression of AutoZone because of her!!
Just spent $168 for a class three receiver and trailer hitch ball because I’m out of town I asked if I could put the ball onto the hitch at the counter would’ve took 30 seconds with a wrench that was not packaged just a sticker no no I can’t do that. In a really nasty way. He was distraught un accommodating And Rude. I’d give them less than one star if I could. Hopefully, the place gets better because I’ve done a lot of business here. I have many many friends that are shop owners in town. I’m a business owner myself multiple businesses In Oneonta, I will give them another chance, but their chances aren’t good with that customer service. Hopefully they do better and I can change my review.
We went in as a 501c3 asking about a donation and the manager questioned the legitity of our 501c3.? Said for us to come back after he checked us out WHICH in itself is a first, all of our numbers are listed on the paperwork . So we went back in another day , stood and waited and then he said "I told you I was not interested. " He was extremely rude in front of other customers who are also supportive of our rescue I will never shop there and plan on letting the rest of our supporters know of his behavior.
The employees are always very helpful. Went in about 10-15 min before closing and they were very helpful did not seem upset that I came in so late for last min needs for an oil change I was doing.
The most confused parts store with no knowlege of being a parts store 4 trips trying to give them a chance but now they have lost a customer forever...
It's an AutoZone, so it's pretty much what you'd expect. Having said that, the staff here will go out of their way to help you find what you're looking for and I really appreciate that!
Meh. I went in for a belt for a 10 year-old Hyundai and was told they would have to order it.?? I went in again to see if they could read and reset some codes and was told, "I kin sell yer a code reader." More of the same utterly depressing workforce, just with a new- store smell. Pretty sure this store is part of the Bassett Healthcare network.?
