Always friendly and helpful staff whenever I go in for parts or even just to see if they have the color paint I’m looking for

Nice people and good location for me. They usually have what I need and the prices are fair but not great. I usually complete the order online and pick up in the store so I know they will have the part I need when I arrive. They accept waste oil without question. If they want to stand out as a auto parts store they might start accepting used anti-freeze also. That would be a real blessing for me and many others.

Managers Steve and Ruby went above and beyond to resolve an alternator issue I had. I recommend this store highly.

I needed a part and I went online to see that they had it. I even called up to make sure they had it in stock by looking at it. Then I went into town to get it. I got a clerk there who was about to send me away and then the guy that I talked to on the phone overheard us and got me the part. If you didn't overhear me, the other clerk would have sent me away without my part. Always call in to check that they have The part in stock.

The staff was courteous and helpful from the moment I walked in the door of the store. He helped me locate what I was looking for and the entire experience was very quick and efficient. There was more inventory than the app had stated, so I was able to purchase everything I was looking for and the products were at a much lower price than I found on the Walmart website. My only issue was with the lack of parking because I drive a very large truck.

Stephen is honestly such a knowledgeable and amazing employee and I’m really disappointed at this company for not making him the GM which is why l only gave this store 4 stars. Do better advance auto.

Premium prices in mixed results for product availability. One little store just can't keep every possible part for every possible car. A couple of the staff there are fantastic. Jake stands out in my mind as exemplary, knowledgeable, and seems to genuinely care about his job. Seems a little over work from time to time but he also always does his best for you. Honestly if it wasn't for him I probably wouldn't have such a nice review. The three stars is chiefly because of the prices.

Waking up to a dead battery is one of the worst things. We ended up at Advanced Auto Parts after a jump from my dad. Quick, friendly, and kind service all well entertaining my six year old. Thank you so much!

They were very helpful... and able to jump me as my alternator had died.... unfortunately it died before I could get to a local shop

Very helpful people who take the time to make sure you have the correct parts and exactly what you need. Usually no wait to a very small wait at times.

I refuse to spend my money at any business that is bowing down to our crooked government to help them take away our individual rights to live Free! Mask this!! It's business owners and employees without a spine,that are keeping this madness going! People need to grow a pair and say,ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!. Personally, I would quit if I was forced to tell people how to live their life.

Store had what I needed, counter person had attitude. If you offer speed perks it should not be an issue to use them, attitude from the get go.

Not so good. I went In for a part for my truck and it's either drivers side or passenger. I needed passenger he and I talked about the procedure ect. And how he's done this fix more times than he can count. Well he gave me the wrong side!! Anyway, I go in slot and 98% of the time the guys there are a great help. One mistAke should not reflect on them. I'm writing about Main St. Oneonta N.Y. not River St..

No worries....Jake was the man!!! Asked and double asked me questions about the car to make sure I was purchasing the correct parts. Assured me wat to do to make sure i was satisfied with my choices. Left there feeling quite confident ?

Employees are very friendly here. I think they finally weeded out the bad eggs because the service is wonderful. If one employee doesn't have an answer, they will go above and beyond to help find an answer.

Was told by Advance Auto that the 2 year warranty on the brake rotors that I purchased were only valid for a 1 - time replacement within the 2 year warranty period even though they warped 2 - times ...looks like I find a new place to buy auto parts! Auto Zone!

I have been disappointed in their paint selection lately. One or two cans of the stuff you need or sometimes nothing at all. For parts and lights they have been alright but the last few times I have gone it has been a waste of a trip.

Good customer service. Help us find what we can't find on our own and when I needed to return parts because we ended up scraping the vehicle, they gave us credit which we quickly ended up using for cleaning products for our new vehicle.

Most times I come here I always have an issue. Only will come here if I desperately need a part for my car and all other places are closed. I always make sure to look online to see if they have whatever part in stock and i always make sure I know exactly what I need

Wish I knew the gentleman's name for the purposes of this review. He was wonderfully attentive and helpful. First experience I have ever had being a woman in an auto parts store without being typed as someone who didn't know about cars. So for THAT I appreciate this location. Clean, stocked and overall good experience.

I was given a tip by a kind tow truck driver to go to Advance Auto Parts for a new car battery - mine was completely dead. I bought the battery there and within 15 minutes they had the new battery in my car and I was ready to go! Very friendly too - I really appreciated the customer service!

We came in for a signal light. The sign outside saying loaner tools available, so my boyfriend asked to borrow a screwdriver so he can quickly in the parking lot change the bulb. Cashier Mike says 'No', very rude man. And you think he can put in 1 penny so we don't have to break a $20? Nope. .99 cents change.

We just got new wiper blades and the clip broke off. The blades were purchased at this oneonta location. Jeff came outside told my husband they don't even sell them and that he had been doing this 17 years and never saw them. My husband went inside and got new blades. He brought the old ones back in to show Jeff the blades off the car and exactly where he got them in their store. Jeff sees my husband come in and disappears. The younger gentleman behind the counter sees the blades in my husbands hand and identifies them as something that they sell. In short Jeff was less than pleasant and treated my husband like a liar. We have always bought our wiper blades from Advanced. We will no longer be shopping there. The blades are less than a few months old. He also claimed they don't have any warranty on their blades.(the receipt for the new blades states they do) What could have made this situation better? Jeff could have been nice. All he had to so was say wow that stinks that your blade just came flying off your car while in motion. Show me where you got them from inside. Unfortunately we don't have a warranty for them. Let me recommend these blades. I suggest spending your money someplace where the employees understand customer service, and treating the customer with respect.
